本发明公开了一种生产数码印花纺织品的方法,包括根据墨水类别进行选择合适的半成品面料、对已经选择好的半成品面料进行上浆、烘干面料、颜色分析、喷印过程和烘干蒸化过程。通过上述方式,本发明生产数码印花纺织品的方法突破了传统纺织印染花样的套色限制,灵活性大大提高,色彩更加丰富,污染小。

技术领域
本发明涉及数码印花领域,特别是涉及一种生产数码印花纺织品的方法。
背景技术
传统的印花方式由于花筒和筛网的数量有限,套色数量有限,并且容易出现对花不准的情况,而在印染过程中,需要清洗浆桶、筛网会产生大量污水污染环境,生产步骤繁琐,需要花费大量的时间和人力。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产数码印花纺织品的方法,通过数码印染方式,突破了传统纺织印染花样的套色限制,灵活性大大提高,色彩更加丰富,污染小。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种生产数码印花纺织品的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据墨水类别进行选择合适的半成品面料;
(2)对已经选择好的半成品面料进行上浆:在一容器放入适当量的浆料,加入开水稀释,搅拌8-9分钟,把半成品面料放入完全浸泡;
(3)烘干面料:把上浆完成的半成品面料送入烘干房中,采用喷射热风的方式,避免面料产生大的起伏波动;
(4)颜色分析:把各种数字化图案输入计算机,再通过电脑分色印花系统处理;
(5)喷印过程:然后再到数码设备处,使用专用染料进行直接喷印;
(6)烘干蒸化过程:把布料放入烘蒸房,利用高温高压蒸汽固定面料的颜色。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的专用染料是活性涂料、分散涂料或酸性主涂料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的数字化图案是扫描图片、数字相片或计算机制作处理的图像。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的浆料是玉米粉、小麦粉或海藻酸浆粉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的半成品面料棉、化纤或锦纶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的数码设备是应用RIP软件。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种生产数码印花纺织品的方法,通过数码印染方式,突破了传统纺织印染花样的套色限制,灵活性大大提高,色彩更加丰富,污染小。

1.一种生产数码印花纺织品的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据墨水类别进行选择合适的半成品面料;
(2)对已经选择好的半成品面料进行上浆:在一容器放入适当量的浆料,加入开水稀释,搅拌8-9分钟,把半成品面料放入完全浸泡;
(3)烘干面料:把上浆完成的半成品面料送入烘干房中,采用喷射热风的方式,避免面料产生大的起伏波动;
(4)颜色分析:把各种数字化图案输入计算机,再通过电脑分色印花系统处理;
(5)喷印过程:然后再到数码设备处,使用专用染料进行直接喷印;
