Abstract

本发明提供了一种纤维素纤维织物喷墨转移印花方法,该方法以疏水性PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜为基材,首先采用喷墨打印的方式将活性染料墨水打印到经涂层处理的疏水性薄膜表面,然后将打印好的薄膜与经预处理的纤维素纤维织物贴合、轧压,完成花型图案的转印,最后经汽蒸固色、水洗完成印花过程。该转印方法染料转移率高、印花织物的色牢度好、印制后的薄膜可重复利用。

[0002] 热转移印花起源于20世纪50年代,该技术具有操作方便、正品率高、设备投资少、 节能减排等优点,但该转印方法局限于涤纶等化纤织物。为实现纤维素纤维织物的转移印 花,上海长胜纺织品有限公司开发了冷转移印花技术,并申请了多项专利。该技术是以涂覆 离型剂的纸作为承印物,将色浆印刷在纸上,然后通过冷转移印花机在一定压力下转印到 布上,该技术在节能降耗、排污及提高纺织品印花附加值方面具有显著的优势,但也存在染 料转移率低、工艺不稳定、废弃转印纸回收再用困难等问题。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种纤维素纤维织物喷墨转移印花方法,该方 法以疏水性PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜为基材,首先将吸墨涂层处理到基材表面制备转移印花薄 膜,然后采用喷墨打印的方式将活性染料墨水打印到薄膜上,再将经预处理的纤维素纤维 织物与打印好的薄膜贴合、乳压,完成花型图案的转移,最后经汽蒸固色、水洗完成印花过 程。该方法染料转移率高、印花织物的色牢度好、印制后的薄膜可重复利用。

Claims (4)

1. 一种纤维素纤维织物喷墨转移印花方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: (1) 转印薄膜的制备:将配制好的涂层剂均匀涂覆到PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜上,晾干,备 用;其中,涂层剂配方为: 海藻酸钠 2 4% 羧甲基纤维素 1-3% 凹凸棒土 0.5-1% 石蜡乳液 0,05%-0,1% 水. 适量 总量 100% (2) 织物预处理:将经退浆、煮练、漂白处理的纤维素纤维织物浸入壳聚糖整理液中,两 浸两乳,乳余率70 % -100 %,再浸乳质量分数为5 % -20 %NaOH溶液,两浸两乳,乳余率80_ 100%,80-85°C烘干后,140-160°C焙烘l_3min,然后用蒸馏水洗涤3-5次,烘干后,浸乳碱 液,两浸两乳,乳余率80-100 % ; (3) 转印、固色及后处理:采用活性染料墨水将花型图案打印在转印薄膜上,晾干后,将 其与预处理织物贴合,平板烫画机乳压转印,然后将薄膜从织物表面揭开后,转印织物在 80-85°C烘干,102-105°C汽蒸30-60min,汽蒸结束后,经水洗、皂洗、烘干即可。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维素纤维织物喷墨转移印花方法,其特征在于:步骤 (2)中所述的壳聚糖整理液配方为:壳聚糖的浓度为0.25g/L-l. 25g/L;环氧氯丙烷浓度为
0.01-0.05mol/L;所用溶剂为质量分数为5 %-10 %的柠檬酸溶液,壳聚糖分子量为1.1-2.5 X IO5,脱乙酰度为75-95%。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维素纤维织物喷墨转移印花方法,其特征在于:步骤 (2)中所述的碱液配方为: 碱剂 40-60g/L 渗透剂 2g/L 2 %海藻酸钠糊 8g/L 所述的碱剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠中的一种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维素纤维织物喷墨转移印花方法,其特征在于:步骤 ⑶中所述的平板烫画机乳压转印压力为2-4kg/cm2,转印时间为30-90s。
