本研究通过随机抽取100张皮料对皮料进行处理,考察该方法各方面的效果。测试项目评分标准为:非常满意5分,满意4分,一般3分,不满意2分,非常不满意1分。其中普通组为普通的处理方法;
综上所述,本发明其不仅可以有效的颜色饱和度、修复皮革伤痕效果、仿古效果和色泽问题,且使用安全、健康、有效,固色效果也更好。该制备方法是通过对传统皮革的加工方法做出突破性的调整,同样在调整的过程中增加了一些独特的原材料和原材料的配比,使整个制备方法更加流畅,而且效果显而易见。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上技术方案以及构思,做出其他各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变和变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、皮胚改色,通过全自动喷皮机将喷改色液均匀的喷到皮胚上;步骤二、成品改色,首先将步骤一中的处理好的皮胚放置到喷油台内部,利用成型喷技术将喷染色液A到皮胚上,其次喷涂好的皮胚放置到抛光机上喷涂收光助剂A,此时抛光机的转速为19转/秒,再次喷涂收光助剂B,此时抛光机的转速为9转/秒,然后将喷涂好的收光助剂B放置到喷油台上,利用线条喷技术将喷染色液B均匀的喷到皮胚上,最后将皮胚放置到抛光机上,将中光鞋乳涂抹到皮胚上,此时抛光机的转速为9转/秒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的喷改色液的成份及重量份数为咖啡色染料20-30份、乳化剂10-12份、混合蜡13-15份、环保型溶剂14-16份、聚胺脂树脂8-10份、渗透剂35-37份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂由环保型溶剂70%、表面活性剂10%及分散剂20%组成,所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠或磺酸化三聚氰。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的喷染色液A成分及重量份数为咖啡色染料25-35份、手感蜡16-18份、综合树脂5-7份、渗透剂5-15份、手感剂11-13份、表面活性剂20-30份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂由环保型溶剂65%、表面活性剂20%及分散剂15%组成,所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠或磺酸化三聚氰,所述的表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酚钙、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的收光助剂A的成份及重量份数为颜料膏棕榈蜡35-45份、天然棕榈蜡10-20份、变色蜡20-30份、手感剂15-25份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的收光助剂B的成份及重量份数为透明颜料膏25-35份、综合树脂30-40份、手感剂15-25份、渗透剂10-20份;所述的渗透剂由环保型溶剂58%、表面活性剂22%及分散剂20%组成,所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠或磺酸化三聚氰,所述的表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酚钙、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的喷染色液B的成份及重量份数为咖啡色染料35-45份、含OH有机溶剂1-10份、稳定剂20-30份、混合蜡1-15份、防沉剂1-10份、有机颜料10-20份;所述的防沉剂由二氧化硅及粉煤灰组成;所述的有机颜料为偶氮颜料或可溶性偶氮颜料;所述的稳定剂为二盐基亚磷酸铅、二盐基硬脂酸铅或三盐基硫酸铅。
9.根据权利要求1所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的中光鞋乳的成份及重量份数为透明颜料膏25-35份、综合树脂30-40份、手感剂25-35份、渗透剂10-20份。
10.根据权利要求9所述的仿古浅咖啡色皮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂由环保型溶剂65%、表面活性剂15%及分散剂20%;所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基甘氨酸钠或十二烷基肌氨酸钠;所述的分散剂为乙醇。
