技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性涂料直喷数码印花面料及其印花工艺。
背景技术
伴随着国内经济水平的快速提高,人们对生活品质的追求、审美也在不断提高,大家已不满足于过去大批量生产提供的常规标准化的纺织产品,现在的服装更多地说是一种对美与个性的追求,而服装的美与个性除了服装的整体轮廓、面料特性外,在服装的印花设计上也是可以有强烈的表现。数码印花技术与计算机技术完美融合,使原有的印花工艺线路大大缩短,打破了传统印花套色和花回长度的限制,特别是在对颜色渐变、云纹等高精度图案的印制上,具有无可比拟的优势,可以使纺织品实现高档的印刷效果。然而,目前在棉织物的数码印花工艺需要进行繁复的前处理和后处理工艺,而且常规的浸轧上浆的棉织物数码印花的渗化宽度较大,导致印花图案的边缘出现毛糙色边。
发明内容
为了解决现有数码印花工艺复杂且印花图案的边缘毛糙色边的问题,本发明提供一种水性涂料直喷数码印花面料及其印花工艺。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明第一个方面是提供了一种水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,包括步骤:
(1)预处理:将全棉织物浸渍在预处理液中预处理,然后烘干;
(2)喷射物理吸附剂:将物理吸附剂喷射于最终产品所需的图案的喷墨位置,然后进行印前烘干;
(3)数码喷印:通过数码导带直喷机将水性涂料直喷于所述印前烘干的全棉面料上;
(4)高温固色:将喷印后的全棉面料于100-110℃条件下预热15-20min,再加热到180-200℃,固色60-70s;
(5)水洗、烘干:将水洗后的印花面料,在100-110℃的条件下烘干,得全棉印花面料。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,按重量百分比计,所述预处理液包含:0.5-5wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.3-3wt%的3-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、0.1-1wt%的碳酸氢钠、 0.5-3wt%的海藻酸钠、0.5-3wt%的酒石酸和3-5wt%的甘油,余量为水。
进一步地,按重量百分比计,所述预处理液包含:2-4wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5-2wt%的3-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、0.5-1wt%的碳酸氢钠、1-2wt%的海藻酸钠、2-3wt%的酒石酸和3-4wt%的甘油,余量为水。
进一步地,步骤(2)中,所述物理吸附剂为介孔二氧化硅吸附剂。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,按重量百分比计,所述水性涂料包含:4-8wt%的染色剂、1.6-2wt%的增稠剂、2-4wt%的均染剂、0.5-1wt%渗透剂和2-3wt%的柔软剂,余量为水。
进一步地,所述染色剂为分散黑、分散大红、分散翠蓝、分散藏青、分散黄、分散黄棕、分散红玉、分散红或分散蓝中的一种或几种。

(1)预处理:将全棉织物浸渍在各成分的重量百分比为:2wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5wt%的3-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、0.5wt%的碳酸氢钠、1wt%的海藻酸钠、2wt%的酒石酸和3wt%的甘油的预处理液中预处理,然后烘干。
(2)喷射物理吸附剂:将介孔二氧化硅吸附剂喷射于最终产品所需的图案的喷墨位置,然后进行印前烘干。
(3)数码喷印:通过数码导带直喷机将水性涂料直喷于所述印前烘干的全棉面料上;

(1)预处理:将全棉织物浸渍在各成分的重量百分比为:4wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、2wt%的3-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、1wt%的碳酸氢钠、2wt%的海藻酸钠、3wt%的酒石酸和4wt%的甘油的预处理液中预处理,然后烘干。
(2)喷射物理吸附剂:将介孔二氧化硅吸附剂喷射于最终产品所需的图案的喷墨位置,然后进行印前烘干。

(4)高温固色:将喷印后的全棉面料于100-110℃条件下预热15-20min,再加热到180-200℃,固色60-70s;
(5)水洗、烘干:将水洗后的印花面料,在100-110℃的条件下烘干,得全棉印花面料。

4.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述物理吸附剂为介孔二氧化硅吸附剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,按重量百分比计,所述水性涂料包含:4-8wt%的染色剂、1.6-2wt%的增稠剂、2-4wt%的均染剂、0.5-1wt%渗透剂和2-3wt%的柔软剂,余量为水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述染色剂为分散黑、分散大红、分散翠蓝、分散藏青、分散黄、分散黄棕、分散红玉、分散红或分散蓝中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺,所述均染剂为阴离子型表面活性剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述预热温度为104-106℃,再加热温度为188-192℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料直喷数码印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,所述烘干温度为105-108℃。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述工艺制备的水性涂料直喷数码印花面料。
