Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法,包括如下步骤:坯布规格→坯布去油水洗→烘干→数码印纸→转移印花→后整理→成品。本发明主要采用芳砜纶与阻燃涤纶交织,达到很好的阻燃效果,根据各种标准要求的不同,调节芳砜纶在面料中的使用比例。由于芳砜纶结晶度高,染料不容易进入纤维内部,因此在数码印花墨水中要加载体,提高印花鲜艳度。数码印花阻燃面料通过加阻燃涤纶,降低成本,使芳砜纶从特种行业,进入民用行业。

Description

一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于面料数码印花的技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法。
背景技术
芳砜纶属于对位芳纶系列,学名为聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺纤维,它是一种在高分子主链上含有砜基(-SO2-)的芳香族聚酰胺纤维,为三元无规共聚物。由于芳砜纶大分子主链上存在强吸电子的砜基,通过苯环的双键共轭作用,使芳砜纶纤维具有十分优异的耐热稳定性。具体优势如下:
1.化学稳定性:在强酸、油中纤维强度保持率高于Nomex纤维,但强碱性能较差。纤维经80℃浓度为30%的硫酸、盐酸、硝酸处理后,除硝酸使纤维强力稍有下降外,其余均无明显影响。而纤维在同样的温度下,以20%浓度的NaOH水溶液处理后,强力损失达60%以上。芳砜纶在抗有机溶剂方面,除了几种强极性溶剂,例如:DMAc、DMF、DMSO、N-甲基吡咯烷酮以及浓硫酸外,对各种化学品均能保持良好的稳定性。
2.尺寸稳定性:芳纶l3l3的致命缺点是高温尺寸稳定性较差,它的沸水收缩率为3%,在300。C热空气中的收缩率高达8%,而芳砜纶在相同条件下的热收缩率分别为0.5%~l%和2%,其高温尺寸稳定性比芳纶l3l3好得多。在制备消防服和特种军服时,采用DuPontNomex纤维时。往往要加入另一种价格更贵的低收缩纤维。以保持受热时服装平整而芳砜纶则无须添加其它组分。
3.阻燃性能:芳砜纶具有良好的阻燃性。纤维在燃烧时不熔融、不收缩或很少收缩。离火焰自熄,极少有阴燃或余燃现象。其限氧指数在各种纤维中也是很高的。芳砜纶和芳纶l3l3都属难燃纤维,但芳砜纶的LOI值高达33。比芳纶l3l3高5个百分点阻燃性更佳。
4.耐热性能:芳矾纶在250℃和300℃时的强度保持率分别为70%,50%比芳纶1313高5-10个百分点,即使在350℃的高温下依然保持38%的强度,而此时芳纶1313已遭破坏。芳矾纶在250℃和300℃热空气中处理100h后的强度保持率分别为90%和80%,而在相同条件下芳纶1313仅78%和60%。可见,芳矾纶的耐热性和热稳定性优于芳纶1313,它可在250℃的温度下长期使用。
5.染色性能:与Nomex相比芳砜纶具有良好的染色性能。一般情况下芳纶1313不可染,只有在加入一种有毒载体后可勉强上色,DuPont为此开发了有色纤维,不但色彩较少,而且价格非常昂贵,这严重制约了它在防护服上的应用。而芳砜纶在常用的高温高压条件下即可染色,面料的后整理成本较低,在防护服领域应用十分适合。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法。
技术方案:一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法,包括如下步骤:坯布规格→坯布去油水洗、脱水→烘干→数码印纸→转移印花→后整理→成品;
(1)坯布规格:
面料为:30-50份芳砜纶,50-70份阻燃涤纶交织物;密度为:(50D*50D) *(108*96);克重为150±2% G/m2;宽度为:152cm-156cm;
(2)坯布去油水洗、脱水:
采用平幅水洗机,处方如下:
去油剂 2-3g/L;
皂洗剂 1-2g/L;
浴比 1:20;
以90℃-100℃温水洗两次各25-35min,然后50℃-60℃温水洗一次10min -15min,冷水洗5min-10min,直接出机脱水;
(3)烘干工艺:定型机烘干温度190℃-200℃,时间1-2分钟;
(4)数码打印:采用数码喷绘机在涂层纸上打印图案,阳离子染料染芳砜纶鲜艳度比分散染料好,但是阳离子染料数码印花墨水的研究不够成熟,因此仍采用分散染料数码印花墨水,在芳砜纶面料上转移印花,为了提高印花鲜艳度和深度,在分散染料墨水中加入载体,打印墨水配方如下:纳米分散染料1-2份;正丁醇2-7份;苯乙酮8-10,乙基纤维素46份;异丙醇,30-36份;苯丙醇0-9份;余量为水;
(5)转印:打印好的涂层纸转印到面料上,温度:210℃-230℃;时间:10-30分钟;
(6)整理:定型机温度180℃—200℃,时间0.5—1分钟;
(7)包装:打卷包装。
有益效果:本发明主要采用芳砜纶与阻燃涤纶交织,达到很好的阻燃效果,根据各种标准要求的不同,调节芳砜纶在面料中的使用比例。由于芳砜纶结晶度高,染料不容易进入纤维内部,因此在数码印花墨水中要加载体苯乙酮,提高印花鲜艳度和深度,使K/S值提高10-12%。数码印花阻燃面料通过加阻燃涤纶50-70%,降低成本,但阻燃效果仍达到GBT5455-1997 纺织品 燃烧性能试验 垂直法标准,使芳砜纶从特种行业,进入民用行业。
本发明的具体优势如下:
1、本发明中,由于芳砜纶价格较贵,一般在11-12万元/吨,因此,为了降低成本,用阻燃涤纶丝交织。
2、本发明由于芳砜纶结构特殊性,用普通分散染料墨水数码印花颜色暗哑,墨水中要加载体,提高鲜艳度。
3、本发明采用芳砜纶与阻燃涤纶交织,由于涤纶得色率高,也能提高数码印花颜色鲜艳度。
4、本发明中的芳砜纶的阻燃效果极佳,芳砜纶与阻燃涤纶按一定比例交织能达到各种标准要求的阻燃效果。
5、本发明中的芳砜纶数码印花打破了特种行业只有染色劳保服装的先例,为阻燃产品转向民用行业打下基础。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述。
具体实施例一:
一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法,包括如下步骤:坯布规格→坯布去油水洗、脱水→烘干→数码印纸→转移印花→后整理→成品;
(1)坯布规格:
面料为:30份芳砜纶,70份阻燃涤纶交织物;密度为:(50D*50D) *(108*96);克重为150±2% G/m2;宽度为:152cm;
(2)坯布去油水洗、脱水:
采用平幅水洗机,处方如下:
去油剂 2g/L;
皂洗剂 1g/L;
浴比 1:20;
以90℃温水洗两次各25min,然后50℃温水洗一次10min,冷水洗5min,直接出机脱水;
(3)烘干工艺:定型机烘干温度190℃,时间1分钟;
(4)数码打印:采用数码喷绘机在涂层纸上打印图案,打印墨水配方如下:纳米分散染料1份;正丁醇2份;乙基纤维素46份;异丙醇40份;余量为水;
(5)转印:打印好的涂层纸转印到面料上,温度:210℃;时间:10分钟;
(6)整理:定型机温度180℃,时间0.5分钟;
(7)包装:打卷包装。

一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法,包括如下步骤:坯布规格→坯布去油水洗、脱水→烘干→数码印纸→转移印花→后整理→成品;
(1)坯布规格:
面料为:50份芳砜纶,50份阻燃涤纶交织物;密度为:(50D*50D) *(108*96);克重为150±2% G/m2;宽度为:156cm;
(2)坯布去油水洗、脱水:
采用平幅水洗机,处方如下:
去油剂 3g/L;
皂洗剂 2g/L;
浴比 1:20;
以100℃温水洗两次各35min,然后60℃温水洗一次15min,冷水洗10min,直接出机脱水;
(3)烘干工艺:定型机烘干温度200℃,时间2分钟;
(4)数码打印:采用数码喷绘机在涂层纸上打印图案,打印墨水配方如下:纳米分散染料2份;正丁醇7份;乙基纤维素46份;异丙醇46份;苯丙醇9份;余量为水;
(5)转印:打印好的涂层纸转印到面料上,温度:230℃;时间:30分钟;
(6)整理:定型机温度200℃,时间1分钟;
(7)包装:打卷包装。
具体实施例三:
一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法,包括如下步骤:坯布规格→坯布去油水洗、脱水→烘干→数码印纸→转移印花→后整理→成品;
(1)坯布规格:
面料为:40份芳砜纶,60份阻燃涤纶交织物;密度为:(50D*50D) *(108*96);克重为150±2% G/m2;宽度为:154cm;
(2)坯布去油水洗、脱水:
采用平幅水洗机,处方如下:
去油剂 2.5g/L;
皂洗剂 1.5g/L;
浴比 1:20;
以95℃温水洗两次各30min,然后54℃温水洗一次13min,冷水洗8min,直接出机脱水;
(3)烘干工艺:定型机烘干温度194℃,时间1.5分钟;
(4)数码打印:采用数码喷绘机在涂层纸上打印图案,打印墨水配方如下:纳米分散染料1.5份;正丁醇4份;乙基纤维素46份;异丙醇44份;苯丙醇7份;余量为水;
(5)转印:打印好的涂层纸转印到面料上,温度:220℃;时间:20分钟;
(6)整理:定型机温度190℃,时间0.8分钟;
(7)包装:打卷包装。

1.一种阻燃面料数码印花的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:坯布规格→坯布去油水洗、脱水→烘干→数码印纸→转移印花→后整理→成品;
(1)坯布规格:
面料为:30-50份芳砜纶,50-70份阻燃涤纶交织物;密度为:(50D*50D) *(108*96);克重为150±2% G/m2;宽度为:152cm-156cm;
(2)坯布去油水洗、脱水:
采用平幅水洗机,处方如下:
去油剂 2-3g/L;
皂洗剂 1-2g/L;
浴比 1:20;
以90℃-100℃温水洗两次各25-35min,然后50℃-60℃温水洗一次10min -15min,冷水洗5min-10min,直接出机脱水;
(3)烘干工艺:定型机烘干温度190℃-200℃,时间1-2分钟;
(4)数码打印:采用数码喷绘机在涂层纸上打印图案,打印墨水配方如下:纳米分散染料1-2份;正丁醇2-7份;乙基纤维素46份;异丙醇40-46份;苯丙醇0-9份;余量为水;
(5)转印:打印好的涂层纸转印到面料上,温度:210℃-230℃;时间:10-30分钟;
(6)整理:定型机温度180℃-200℃,时间0.5-1分钟;
(7)包装:打卷包装。
