图6A示出了在进入装置10的密封部分40之前具有歪斜构造的包装30的俯视图。在形成底部部分,填充食品或者将包装运输到装置10期间,包装30可能变得歪斜。如果在密封包装的顶部之前未纠正歪斜的构造,则将在密封爪12、14之间形成不对称的翅片34。这会产生令人不快的外观,并可能会影响密封形成的效率。密封的包装也可能会显示凸起的增加。如图6B所示,随着密封爪12、14在密封过程中朝向彼此移动,凸耳24的倒角表面50接触包装30的歪斜的竖直边缘并且将包装30的构造校正为当从上面观看时围绕其横轴高度对称的构造(如点划线所示)。然后,密封爪12、14继续沿图6B中箭头所示的方向朝彼此移动以形成如图6C所示的翅片34并密封包装30的顶部。
图7示出了用于形成、填充和密封容纳食品的包装的系统60。如果需要,系统60可具有用于存储扁平包装材料坯件的包装盒62。在系统60的操作期间,包装材料坯件从包装盒62(或其它来源)供应到底部形成和密封站64,在该处坯件被折叠并且包装的底部被形成并密封。然后将部分形成的包装供给到杀菌站66,在杀菌站66中,用过氧化氢溶液和/或UV光对包装进行杀菌。然而,在系统60中包括杀菌站66并不是必需的。包装从杀菌站66(或底部形成和密封站64)供应到填充站68,以用食品填充包装。最后,如上面参照图1A-1C和图2所述,将容纳食品的包装运送到密封装置10,以密封包装的顶部。
使用凸耳24便于在密封之前校正歪斜的包装构造,由此造成包装凸起减少和顶部密封更有效。在其中一个密封爪上使用橡胶托盘20(而不是简单地使用带有状态标记的不锈钢爪表面)使得不管在运输未密封包装到装置10期间可能发生的包装定位的不规则性如何,在两个密封爪之间都能形成有效的密封。不管包装规格(如套筒宽度和折痕容差)如何变化,橡胶托盘20也能够有效地密封包装。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于密封食品包装(30)的顶部的装置(10),所述装置包括:
成对的相对设置的第一和第二密封爪(12、14),其被配置用于在所述包装(30)的顶部上彼此可逆地接合,
位于所述第一密封爪(12)上的至少一个楔块(26),所述楔块(26)被配置用于接触所述包装(30)的第一顶部部分以形成第一山墙形板(32),
位于所述第二密封爪(14)上的键形物(22),所述键形物被构造成用于接触所述包装(30)的第二顶部部分以形成第二山墙形板(33),
位于所述键形物(22)上的至少一个凸耳(24),所述凸耳配置用于在密封之前减少所述包装(30)的歪斜,以及
在第一或第二密封爪(12,14)上的橡胶托盘(20),所述橡胶托盘(20)和与橡胶托盘(20)相对的密封爪(12,14)被构造形成并密封在橡胶托盘(20)与所述与橡胶托盘(20)相对的密封爪(12,14)之间的翅片(34),由此密封所述包装(30)的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(10),其中,所述橡胶托盘(20)位于所述第二密封爪(14)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其中,所述橡胶托盘(20)具有配置用于接触所述第一或第二山墙形板(32,33)的倾斜表面(46)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其中,所述橡胶托盘(20)的厚度在2mm和6mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其中,所述橡胶托盘(20)的厚度为4mm。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其中,所述橡胶托盘(20)具有用于接收用于将所述橡胶托盘(20)固定到所述第一或第二密封爪(12,14)的紧固元件的多个孔(44)。

11.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其中所述第一和第二密封爪(12,14)还包括冷却部分(42),所述冷却部分构造成用于接收已密封的包装(30)。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其还包括成对的臂(16,18),每个臂连接到所述第一和第二密封爪(12,14)中的一个并且被配置用于可逆地将所述第一和第二密封爪(12,14)彼此接合。
13.一种用于形成、填充和密封容纳食品的包装的系统(60),所述系统(60)包括:

填充站(68),所述填充站(68)用于用食品填充所述包装;以及
根据前述权利要求中任一项所述用于密封食品包装的顶部的装置(10)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统(60),其中,还包括用于存储所述包装材料坯件的包装盒(62)。
15.根据权利要求13或权利要求14所述的系统(60),其还包括用于在用所述食品填充所述包装之前对所述包装进行杀菌的杀菌站(66)。
