技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种隐形针织运动面料。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,生活节奏的加快,新生事物在当今的创新潮流中不断的涌现。目前市场上出现的具有隐形功能的面料,其通过在织物的外层表面压制特制的隐形印花浆料,使得织物表面仅在遇水的情况下显现出印花图案,这种类型的织物表面不容易出现印花图案,大部分情况下只有在流汗或者碰到水后才会显现出来,往往达不到人们所追求的效果。
中国专利号201210178379.6公开了一种单向导湿和隐形印花复合功能面料的加工工艺,其包括以下步骤:(1)调制单向导湿浆料,采用圆网印花机或者平网印花机将所述单向导湿浆料对织物的反面进行压浆处理,然后烘干;(2)调制隐形印花浆料,采用圆网印花机或者平网印花机将所述隐形印花浆料对所述织物的正面进行压浆处理,再次烘干;(3)对经过所述步骤(1)、步骤(2)加工的织物进行干定;(4)对经过所述步骤(3)加工后的织物进行低温定型;其中,步骤(1)与步骤(2)的加工顺序可以互换;所述步骤(1)中单向导湿压浆后烘干的温度为125℃~140℃,车速30m/min~40m/min;所述步骤(2)中隐形印花压浆后烘干的温度为125℃~135℃,车速20m/min~30m/min;所述步骤(3)中的干定温度为135℃~145℃,车速15m/min~20m/min;所述步骤(4)中低温定型时加入30g/L~40g/L的吸湿排汗助剂,温度105℃~115℃,车速35m/min~40m/min;所述单向导湿浆料包括以下质量份数的材料:FCW型干爽剂5份~10份,BSE型增效剂0.3份~0.8份,TH5202型增稠剂2.5份~4.5份,TRS型导湿剂0.3份~0.8份,自来水83.9份~91.9份。该复合功能面料具有良好的单向导湿性能,但其面料外层也只有在遇潮后才能显现出隐形印花的花型,在不潮湿的状态下并无法显现出印花。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种隐形针织运动面料,解决现有技术的印花只有在潮湿或者遇水的状态下才能显现的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种隐形针织运动面料的制备方法,包括正面层和反面层,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)选材:所述正面层用阳离子改性涤纶丝75D/72F的DTY加上氨纶70D,所述反面层采用普通涤纶DTY50D/72F;
2)设备的选用:选用34英寸28针双面针织大圆机,总针数2976针,72路;
3)上机工艺:A、排针:112233443322;B、三角图;C、线长:28cm/100针;35cm/100针;10cm/100针;D、机速:20转/分钟
4)水洗:去除面料的油渍、脏污;
5)胚定:温度:195度;机速:24码/分钟;稳定克重,防止染缸折痕;
6)染色:具体工艺为:在染料中加入染色助剂,在40℃下染色15min,接着以1℃/min的升温速度将温度升到80℃,在该温度下持续反应10min,再以0.8℃/min的速度将温度升至115℃,反应15min后,再以1℃/min的速度升至126℃,反应4min,最后再以10℃/min的速度降至80℃;
7)脱水:把面料的水分甩干;
8)成定:温度105度,机速:22码/分钟,加吸湿排汗助剂、柔软剂;
9)检验包装。
进一步的改进是:所述吸湿排汗助剂为聚硅氧烷50-60重量份、环氧树脂型亲水剂40-50重量份的混合物,其使用浓度为15-20g/L。
进一步的改进是:所述柔软剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:二甲基硅油20-30份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯14-25份、十二烷基磺酸钠5-9份、碳酸氢钠10-20份、硅酸钠5-10份。
进一步的改进是:染色过程中添加的染色助剂为:阳离子表面活性剂。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的隐形针织运动面料,在穿之前是一种普通的平布,穿上之后,平布变成了又花纹的面料,花纹若隐若现,运动后更加明显,充分显示了时尚的动感,增加了运动的魅力。本发明通过在织造工艺上进行改变,应用两种不同的材料在织物的正反两面,组织上,意面深色平布有弹性,另一面是浅亮色小提花,将此面料制成裤子后,在外观上看,正面是深色平纹布,穿上后正面被扩张,在布纹的缝隙中露出底面亮色的花纹。

实施例一
参考图4及图5,一种隐形针织运动面料的制备方法,包括正面层和反面层,包括以下制备步骤:
1)选材:所述正面层用阳离子改性涤纶丝75D/72F的DTY加上氨纶70D,所述反面层采用普通涤纶DTY50D/72F;
2)设备的选用:选用34英寸28针双面针织大圆机,总针数2976针,72路;
3)上机工艺:A、排针:112233443322;B、三角图;C、线长:28cm/100针;35cm/100针;10cm/100针;D、机速:20转/分钟
4)水洗:去除面料的油渍、脏污;
5)胚定:温度:195度;机速:24码/分钟;稳定克重,防止染缸折痕;
6)染色:具体工艺为:在染料中加入阳离子表面活性剂染色助剂,在40℃下染色15min,接着以1℃/min的升温速度将温度升到80℃,在该温度下持续反应10min,再以0.8℃/min的速度将温度升至115℃,反应15min后,再以1℃/min的速度升至126℃,反应4min,最后再以10℃/min的速度降至80℃;
7)脱水:把面料的水分甩干;
8)成定:温度105度,机速:22码/分钟,加吸湿排汗助剂、柔软剂;所述吸湿排汗助剂为聚硅氧烷55重量份、环氧树脂型亲水剂45重量份的混合物,其使用浓度为17g/L;所述柔软剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:二甲基硅油25份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯25份、十二烷基磺酸钠5份、碳酸氢钠20份、硅酸钠5份。
9)检验包装。

9)检验包装。
其中,本发明中,所述吸湿排汗助剂的各组分用量及使用浓度在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:为聚硅氧烷50-60重量份、环氧树脂型亲水剂40-50重量份的混合物,其使用浓度为15-20g/L。
所述柔软剂的各组分在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:二甲基硅油20-30份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯14-25份、十二烷基磺酸钠5-9份、碳酸氢钠10-20份、硅酸钠5-10份。

2)设备的选用:选用34英寸28针双面针织大圆机,总针数2976针,72路;
3)上机工艺:A、排针:112233443322;B、三角图;C、线长:28cm/100针;35cm/100针;10cm/100针;D、机速:20转/分钟
4)水洗:去除面料的油渍、脏污;
5)胚定:温度:195度;机速:24码/分钟;稳定克重,防止染缸折痕;

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种隐形针织运动面料,其特征在于:所述柔软剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:二甲基硅油20-30份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯14-25份、十二烷基磺酸钠5-9份、碳酸氢钠10-20份、硅酸钠5-10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隐形针织运动面料,其特征在于:染色过程中添加的染色助剂为:阳离子表面活性剂。
