背景技术
随着人们生活水平提高,越来越多的消费者追求服装的个性化和穿着的舒适化,而个性的面料或成衣印花可以吸引消费者的眼球,尤其是相比常规水浆或者胶浆印花,温变浆印花能够根据外界温度高低进行变化,面料或者成衣上所印的花位色彩受到温度变化时瞬间发生改变,并可以根据外界温度的高低变化而显示不同颜色图案,在降温后,花位色彩即可恢复原状,效果奇妙无比,深受消费者喜爱。但现在市场上温变印花面料生产使用普通的温变涂料丝网印花,且生产过程中使用传统的色浆配制工艺,存在手感硬,花型不精细,湿摩擦牢度较差和多次水洗掉色较严重且温变效果明显减弱的缺点,主要是印花用的涂料本身与纤维没有亲和力,因而需要借助大量的粘合剂连续成膜作用将其粘附到纤维的表面,这就导致印花的牢度和手感很难平衡。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种温变印花涂料和一种温变印花面料的制备方法,通过本涂料和本方法制得的温变印花面料风格独特、手感柔软、性能稳定,织物颜色随着温度变化稳定、快速且可逆,多次水洗后变色也不会出现偏差,变色性能长效、稳定、色牢度好。
为了解决上述技术问题,一种温变印花涂料,以质量份计,包括印花色浆5份-8份、降冰片烯衍生物5份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚2份-5份、异丙醇5份-10份、三乙醇胺 2份-5份、变色涂料5份-10份、聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯5-10份。

本发明的温变印花面料主要通过印花温变印花涂料来实现,在温变印花涂料中最主要的是印花色浆,现有的印花色浆最主要的问题是经过长时间穿着和多次水洗后温变色涂料就会从衣服上脱落造成温变色的失效,而本发明中的印花色浆采用微胶囊化处理,即通过乳液聚合、细乳液聚合、悬浮聚合或微乳液聚合等方法不同程度的实现了有机高分子物聚合物对涂料颗粒的有效包覆,这些微胶囊化处理的涂料分之可以均匀铺展和牢固的与纤维结合,降低了粘合剂的用量,改善了手感,也明显改善了干湿摩擦牢度,耐洗性和洗后温变效果持久性都有一定的改善。与数码喷墨印花机器结合,可以实现花型的精细化,差异化和个性化,甚至可以为每个消费者量身定制适合自己的印花图案,打造个性时尚的穿着效果。本温变印花面料织物颜色随着温度变化织物色泽能够实现快速可逆的变化,温变色能力性能长效、稳定、色牢度好、多次水洗色牢度好,与具有吸湿速干功能+单项导湿功能的面料结合具有超级柔软的手感。

Claims (10)

1.一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,以质量份计,包括印花色浆5份-8份、降冰片烯衍生物5份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚2份-5份、异丙醇5份-10份、三乙醇胺 2份-5份、变色涂料5份-10份、聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,所述的印花色浆包括可逆感温微胶囊,可逆感温微胶囊平均直径在2微米-7微米之间,可逆感温微胶囊外壁为厚度在0.2微米-0.5微米之间的透明环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,所述可逆感温微胶囊的芯材为三芳甲烷类隐色体染料、卤代醇、硼酸及其衍生物、聚乙烯醇可熔融高级脂肪醇和芳烃混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,所述的可逆感温微胶囊通过原位聚合法合成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,在温变色涂料印花时,可对面料坯布直接印花得到制得印花涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,在温变色涂料印花时,可使用数码喷墨对面料坯布进行喷墨印花制得喷墨印花涂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,以质量份计,包括印花色浆5份、降冰片烯衍生物5份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚4份、异丙醇8份、三乙醇胺2份、变色涂料10份、聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯6份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变印花涂料,其特征为,以质量份计,包括印花色浆5份、降冰片烯衍生物5份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚5份、异丙醇7份、三乙醇胺2份、变色涂料10份、聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯6份。
9.一种应用权利要求1温变印花涂料的温变印花面料的制备方法,其特征为包括以下几个步骤,步骤A:选取100%涤或者50%涤、50%铜氨纤维或者50%涤、50%凉感尼龙与吸湿速干纤维通过纱经纬编织造而成具有一面为小网眼一面为平面的双面结构面料坯布,在6路三角结构中,第1路为成圈、成圈、集圈、浮线织造结构,第2、3路为浮线、浮线、成圈、浮线织造结构,第4路为成圈、成圈、浮线、集圈织造结构,第5、6路为浮线、浮线、浮线、成圈织造结构;步骤B:将面料坯布进行连续摇粒步骤C:将面料坯布进行预定型;步骤D:对面料坯布进行染色;步骤E:对面料坯布进行复定型;步骤F:对面料坯布进行温变色涂料涂抹;步骤G:对面料坯布进行柔软复定型;步骤H:对面料坯布进行烘干,烘干后得到一种温变印花面料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种温变印花面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤C预定型时,预定型温度在180℃~200℃,车速在10m/s~30 m/s,超喂比20%~40%;在步骤E复定型时,复定型温度在100℃~120℃,车速在10m/s~30 m/s,超喂比30%~40%;在步骤G柔软复定型时,将面料坯布通过复定型机轧液槽,轧液率在70%-85%之间,压辊压力在3 KPa -5Kpa之间;在步骤H烘干时,烘箱温度100℃-160℃、速度10 m/s -20m/s;在步骤D染色时,面料坯布需要浸入到染色液中,面料坯布与染色液的浴比1~2:10,染色温度为90℃~100℃,处理时间为50min~70 min,染色中还包括1g/L螯合剂、2g/L 分散匀染剂 、4%(owf) 柔软剂和7%(owf)KY阳离子染料;在步骤F温变色涂料涂抹时,可对面料坯布直接印花得到制得印花涂层,也可以使用数码喷墨对印花机面料坯布进行喷墨印花制得喷墨印花涂层。
