本发明公开了一种羊绒织物数码印花前处理浆和数码印花工艺,前处理浆由海藻酸钠糊、植物种子胶KCA‑90糊、TCEP、渗透剂、尿素、硫酸铵和水组成;羊绒织物数码印花工艺:上浆→干燥(温度 40℃,时间 10min)→汽蒸(温度 85℃,时间 45min)→冷水洗(室温,10min)→皂洗(皂洗剂A 2g/L,海藻酸裂解酶 1mg/L,Na2CO3 0.5g/L,温度 60℃,时间 5min)→热水洗(温度 60℃,时间 5min)→冷水洗(室温,5min)。按照本发明预处理加工,结合本发明数码印花工艺,印花羊绒织物得色量高、颜色均匀、无露白现象,花纹图案边缘清晰,色牢度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及数码印花领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种羊绒织物数码印花前处理浆和数码印花工艺。
背景技术
羊绒是一种天然纤维,具有许多其它纤维无法比拟的优良性能,被称为“钻石纤维”,深受广大消费者的青睐。从国际服装消费和纺织技术发展趋势来看,高档羊绒印花制品在国际市场需求日益旺盛,但是我国目前的羊绒制品深加工技术和模式已经不能满足市场日益多样化的发展需求。由于受羊绒纤维特点和传统编织工艺的局限,我国羊绒制品的花型、图案大多数以提花、嵌花等编织方式来实现,使得一些色彩多样、花形复杂的图案难以在羊绒制品上实现,即便是有部分羊绒印花制品也大多地采用传统丝网印染技术,存在着耗水量大、污染严重(糊料用量大、染料残留多)、污水处理压力大、工艺流程长、合格率低、无法满足羊绒服装的高档及个性化需求等突出问题,因此采用先进的无水或少水的环保的新型印染技术来提升产品的竞争力成为羊绒制造业一个新的发展方向。
喷墨印染技术具有用水少,污染小,工序简单,印花品质高,适合个性化、小批量生产等优异特点,它使个性化,小批量,快反应的市场需求得到真正的体现。同时摆脱了传统印花分色、制版、制网的过程,喷印过程中不产生噪音,不用水和色浆,杜绝了调浆间印花机冲洗而排放的染液,达到印花过程无污染,也省去了胶片、丝网等材料消耗,占地面积只有传统印花方式的几十分之一。
目前,羊绒制品数码印花像棉织物数码印花一样实现市场化、产业化,仍存在很多问题,需要解决一些关键技术。具体表现在羊绒纤维表面疏水类脂层和高度交联、致密的外角质层阻挡了染料分子通过鳞片层向纤维内部扩散转移,羊绒织物数码印花时,色墨在羊绒织物表面吸附渗透性差,造成织物透染性差,有透白现象,得色浅,且不均匀,需要长时间高温汽蒸帮助染料向纤维内部扩散,造成羊绒纤维损伤,品质下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种羊绒织物的数码印花前处理浆和印花工艺。
所述羊绒织物数码印花前处理浆包括:海藻酸钠糊为0-3%,KCA-90糊为0-3%,TCEP为1-5%,尿素3-6%,渗透剂0.1-2%,硫酸铵为3-6%和水。
所述羊绒织物数码印花工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)上浆:所述前处理浆包括:海藻酸钠0-3%,KCA-90为0-3%,尿素3-6%,TCEP为1-5%,渗透剂0.1-2%,硫酸铵3-6%和适量的水。
(2)喷印,干燥,干燥温度为40-60℃,干燥时间为2-10min;
(3)汽蒸,汽蒸温度85-100℃,时间30-60min;
(4)冷水洗,温度小于35℃,时间5-10min;
(5)皂洗,皂洗剂A 2-4g/L,海藻酸裂解酶1-2mg/L,Na2CO3 0.5-1g/L,温度40-80℃,时间5-10min;
(6)热水洗,温度60-80℃,时间5-10min;
(7)冷水洗,温度小于35℃,时间5-10min;
特别优选,所述羊绒织物数码印花工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)上浆,前处理浆包括:海藻酸钠糊2%,KCA-90糊1.5%,尿素为3%,TCEP1%,渗透剂0.5%,硫酸铵为6%。
(2)喷印,干燥,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为10min。
(3)汽蒸,汽蒸温度85℃,时间45min。
(4)冷水洗,温度小于35℃,时间10min。
(5)皂洗,皂洗剂A为2g/L,海藻酸裂解酶为1mg/L,Na2CO3为0.5g/L,温度60℃,时间5min。
(6)热水洗,温度60℃,时间5min。
(7)冷水洗,温度小于35℃,时间5min。
本发明所述羊绒织物数码印花前处理浆的特征在于,通过上浆处理,不仅将羊绒织物表面毛羽平伏,TCEP可打开羊绒鳞片表层的二硫键,而不破坏鳞片层完整性,从而减少鳞片对染料扩散的阻碍,渗透剂使用阴离子或两性表面活性剂,如十二烷基磺酸钠或十二烷基甜菜碱等,起到溶解染料和溶胀纤维,帮助染料从纤维表面向纤维内部渗透的作用。采用本发明前处理浆处理及按照本发明所述数码印花工艺制备的印花羊绒织物不仅得色率高,无落白现象,花纹清晰,花色均匀,色牢度高,而且降低了汽蒸温度,缩短了汽蒸时间,降低了汽蒸对羊绒纤维的损伤,保证印花羊绒织物的品质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
织物表观色深度k/s值测试及表征
表观色深度k/s值用侧配色系统测试所得,表观色深度可以用Kubula-Munk函数表示,即k/s值表示为:k/s=(1-R∞)2/2R∞
k-表示有色物质的吸收系数;
S-表示散射系数;
k/s值表示物体颜色的深浅,其值越大,表示颜色越深;反之则表示颜色越浅。将所染羊绒织物叠成四层,放到DATA COLOR测配色仪上,测定染色织物的k/s值,为了读数准确测定3个不同位置,取平均值。
织物耐摩擦色牢度的测定
耐摩擦色牢度的测定参照《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》GB/T3920-1997。
织物耐洗色牢度的测定
耐洗色牢度的测定参照《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度:试验1》
GB/T3921.1-1997.
实施例1
一种羊绒织物前处理浆,按照如下配方配制:
羊绒织物数码印花工艺:上浆→干燥(温度40℃,时间10min)→汽蒸(温度100℃,时间60min)→冷水洗(室温,10min)→皂洗(皂洗剂A2g/L,海藻酸裂解酶1mg/L,Na2CO3 0.5g/L,温度60℃,时间5min)→热水洗(温度60℃,时间5min)→温冷水洗(室温,5min)
按照上述前处理及印花工艺的印花织物k/s值为27,与前处理浆中未加TCEP和十二烷基磺酸钠比,增加值为17,干摩擦牢度为4-5级,湿摩擦牢度为4级,皂洗褪色牢度为4级,棉沾色4-5级,毛沾色4-5级。
实施例2
一种羊绒织物前处理浆,按照如下配方配制:
羊绒织物数码印花工艺:上浆→干燥(温度40℃,时间10min)→汽蒸(温度100℃,时间60min)→冷水洗(室温,10min)→皂洗(皂洗剂A 2g/L,海藻酸裂解酶1mg/L,Na2CO3 0.5g/L,温度60℃,时间5min)→热水洗(温度60℃,时间5min)→温冷水洗(室温,5min)
按照上述前处理及印花工艺的印花织物k/s值为18,与前处理浆中未加TCEP和十二烷基甜菜碱比,增加值为12,干摩擦牢度为4-5级,湿摩擦牢度为4级,皂洗褪色牢度为3-4级,棉沾色4-5级,毛沾色4-5级。
实施例3
一种羊绒织物前处理浆,按照如下配方配制:
羊绒织物数码印花工艺:上浆→干燥(温度40℃,时间10min)→汽蒸(温度100℃,时间60min)→冷水洗(室温,10min)→皂洗(皂洗剂A 2g/L,海藻酸裂解酶1mg/L,Na2CO3 0.5g/L,温度60℃,时间5min)→热水洗(温度60℃,时间5min)→温冷水洗(室温,5min)
按照上述前处理及印花工艺的印花织物k/s值为12,与前处理浆中未加TCEP和十二烷基磺酸钠比,增加值为5,干摩擦牢度为4级,湿摩擦牢度为3-4级,皂洗褪色牢度为3-4级,棉沾色4-5级,毛沾色4-5级。
实施例4
一种羊绒织物前处理浆,按照如下配方配制:
羊绒织物数码印花工艺:上浆→干燥(温度40℃,时间10min)→汽蒸(温度85℃,时间45min)→冷水洗(室温,10min)→皂洗(皂洗剂A 2g/L,海藻酸裂解酶1mg/L,Na2CO3 0.5g/L,温度60℃,时间5min)→热水洗(温度60℃,时间5min)→温冷水洗(室温,5min)
按照上述前处理及印花工艺的印花织物k/s值为24,与汽蒸温度100℃,汽蒸时间60min工艺相近,干摩擦牢度为4级,湿摩擦牢度为3-4级,皂洗褪色牢度为3-4级,棉沾色4-5级,毛沾色4-5级。

1.一种羊绒织物数码印花前处理浆,其特征在于,其基本组成及质量百分比为:

(1)上浆:前处理浆包括:海藻酸钠糊0-3%,KCA-90糊0-3%,尿素3-6%,TCEP1-5%,渗透剂0.1-2%,硫酸铵3-6%和适量的水。
(2)喷印,干燥,干燥温度为40-60℃,干燥时间为2-10min;
(3)汽蒸,汽蒸温度85-100℃,时间30-60min;
(4)冷水洗,温度小于35℃,时间5-10min;
(5)皂洗,皂洗剂A 2-4g/L,海藻酸裂解酶1-2mg/L,Na2CO30.5-1g/L,温度40-80℃,时间5-10min;
(6)热水洗,温度60-80℃,时间5-10min;
(7)冷水洗,温度小于35℃,时间5-10min。
3.如权利要求1中所述,前处理浆组成及浓度为:海藻酸钠糊为0-3%,KCA-90糊为0-3%,TCEP剂1-5%,渗透剂0.1-2%,硫酸铵3-6%和水。特别优选为海藻酸钠2%,KCA-90为1.5%,TCEP为1%,尿素为3%,渗透剂为0.5%,硫酸铵为6%和适量水。
