本发明原料中南瓜子含有丰富的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素及胡萝卜素等营养成分,经常吃南瓜子不但可预防肾结石的发生,还可促进已有结石的排出;另外,南瓜子中的活性成分和丰富的锌元素,对前列腺有保健作用。
山楂粉含多种维生素、酒石酸、柠檬酸、山楂酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。
枸杞:性味甘平;归肝、肾、肺经。养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分。枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。
黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分。有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用,同时可以增加体内黑色素,有利于头发生长。。
绿茶中含有维生素C及类黄酮,其中的类黄酮能增强维他命C的抗氧化功效,这种类黄酮也是珍贵营养品,所以它对维持皮肤美白,绿茶粉是一种经济实惠的食物,绿茶能瘦身,原因是绿茶中芳香族化合物能溶解脂肪、化浊去腻、防止脂肪积滞体内,维生素B1、C能促进胃液分泌,有助消化与消脂
桑椹中的脂肪酸具有分解脂肪、降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用;桑椹含有乌发素,能使头发变的黑而亮泽;桑椹有改善皮肤血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老。
蜂蜜能迅速弥补精力,消除疲惫,增强对疾病的抵抗力;另外蜂蜜能改进血液的成分,推进心脑和血管功效,因而常常服用对于心血管患者很有好处。

一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,步骤如下:
1)称取以下重量份的原料:南瓜子仁7份、玉米10-12份、黑芝麻3份、小麦粉35份、食用盐2份、魔芋粉6份、蜂蜜3、山楂3份、枸杞2份、桑葚5份和绿茶粉7份。
2)将重量份的南瓜子仁、玉米、黑芝麻、枸杞、山楂和桑葚分别粉碎后并进行混合得到混合料A备用,搅拌均匀后团成圆团;
3)将步骤2)中的圆团放入在油锅内油炸,油炸后取出后备用;
4)再将重量份的小麦粉、食用盐、魔芋粉、蜂蜜和绿茶粉进行混合搅拌后,加入适量水,和成面团;
5)将步骤4)中制备好的面团压平,然后包裹在所述步骤3)油炸后的圆团外壁,再放入蒸锅内蒸制,即制备出新型南瓜子保健食品。
实施例2:
一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,步骤如下:
1)称取以下重量份的原料:南瓜子仁8份、玉米10份、黑芝麻4份、小麦粉36份、食用盐2份、魔芋粉6份、蜂蜜4、山楂3份、枸杞2份、桑葚7份和绿茶粉8份。
2)将重量份的南瓜子仁、玉米、黑芝麻、枸杞、山楂和桑葚分别粉碎后并进行混合得到混合料A备用,搅拌均匀后团成圆团;
3)将步骤2)中的圆团放入在油锅内油炸,油炸后取出后备用;
4)再将重量份的小麦粉、食用盐、魔芋粉、蜂蜜和绿茶粉进行混合搅拌后,加入适量水,和成面团;
5)将步骤4)中制备好的面团压平,然后包裹在所述步骤3)油炸后的圆团外壁,再放入蒸锅内蒸制,即制备出新型南瓜子保健食品。
实施例3:
一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,步骤如下:
1)称取以下重量份的原料:南瓜子仁9份、玉米12份、黑芝麻4份、小麦粉38份、食用盐2.5份、魔芋粉7份、蜂蜜5、山楂4份、枸杞3份、桑葚6份和绿茶粉9份。
2)将重量份的南瓜子仁、玉米、黑芝麻、枸杞、山楂和桑葚分别粉碎后并进行混合得到混合料A备用,搅拌均匀后团成圆团;
3)将步骤2)中的圆团放入在油锅内油炸,油炸后取出后备用;
4)再将重量份的小麦粉、食用盐、魔芋粉、蜂蜜和绿茶粉进行混合搅拌后,加入适量水,和成面团;

1.一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)称取以下重量份的原料:南瓜子仁7-9份、玉米10-12份、黑芝麻3-5份、小麦粉35-45份、食用盐2-3.5份、魔芋粉6-9份、蜂蜜3-6、山楂2-5份、枸杞2-6份、桑葚5-8份和绿茶粉7-9份。
2)将重量份的南瓜子仁、玉米、黑芝麻、枸杞、山楂和桑葚分别粉碎后并进行混合得到混合料A备用,搅拌均匀后团成圆团;
3)将步骤2)中的圆团放入在油锅内油炸,油炸后取出后备用;
4)再将重量份的小麦粉、食用盐、魔芋粉、蜂蜜和绿茶粉进行混合搅拌后,加入适量水,和成面团;
5)将步骤4)中制备好的面团压平,然后包裹在所述步骤3)油炸后的圆团外壁,再放入蒸锅内蒸制,即制备出新型南瓜子保健食品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中称取以下重量份的原料:南瓜子仁8-9份、玉米11-12份、黑芝麻3-5份、小麦粉37-45份、食用盐3-3.5份、魔芋粉6-8份、蜂蜜3-5、山楂2-4份、枸杞2-4份、桑葚5-7份和绿茶粉7-9份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中称取以下重量份的原料:南瓜子仁8份、玉米11份、黑芝麻4份、小麦粉37份、食用盐3份、魔芋粉7份、蜂蜜5、山楂4份、枸杞4份、桑葚6份和绿茶粉8份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中油炸的时间为3-5min。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中面团压平后的厚度为5-8mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种新型南瓜子保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中蒸锅蒸制时间为15-20min。
