本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料及其生产工艺,能够使面料具有透气性好、手感柔软、尺寸稳定持久,易保养的特点,是制作高档休闲外衣、裤的理想原料,利于市场推广。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料,包括前梳组织、后梳组织和短绒组织,所述前梳组织由前梳长丝编织而成,所述后梳组织由后梳长丝编织而成,所述短绒组织由前梳组织和后梳组织的外侧面拉毛整理形成,所述前梳组织与后梳组织异向垫纱编织,编织过程中采用双梳变化经编结构。

步骤二:整经,双组分6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝整经工艺参数:整经速度为400~450m/min,整经张力:5.20~ 6.52cN;车间温度:24~25℃;车间相对湿度:65%~70%;整经根数:前后梳均为360;穿纱方式:前后梳均为满穿;50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝整经工艺参数:整经速度为450~550m/min,整经张力:8.20~ 8.82cN;车间温度:24~25℃;车间相对湿度:65%~70%;整经根数:前后梳均为180;穿纱方式:前后梳均为一穿一空;
步骤三:织造,在高速经编机上进行织造,双组分6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝与50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝按照2:1的根数整经配置后,双组分6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝与经编机上的前梳栉连接,50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝与经编机上的后梳栉连接,前梳栉与后梳栉之间固定垫纱,采用双梳变化经编结构,采用前梳栉满穿和后梳栉一穿一空的穿纱方式编织得到坯布;
步骤四:拉毛,浸泡烘干,采用拉毛机对坯布表面进行拉毛处理,修剪多余绒毛,得到半成品坯布;

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对前、后梳组织结构的设计及两种原料的垫纱运动、显露关系、送经张力等编织工艺参数对织造工艺影响的研究,解决该产品的织造难题;采用自制的聚醚改性有机硅整理剂对织物进行亲水、柔软、蓬松整理,进一步强化项目产品的柔软、舒适、亲水等功能,通过采用以双组分6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝为前梳、50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝为后梳,采用双梳变化经编组织结构,结合高速经编机,通过整经、织造、拉毛和聚醚改性有机硅亲水柔软整理制备,产品与一般涤纶经编面料相比具有透气性好、手感柔软、持久的尺寸稳定性与易保养性,是制作高档休闲外衣、裤的理想原料,市场前景十分广阔。

1.一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料,其特征在于:包括前梳组织(2)、后梳组织(1)和短绒组织(3),所述前梳组织(2)由前梳长丝(5)编织而成,所述后梳组织(1)由后梳长丝(4)编织而成,所述短绒组织(3)由前梳组织(2)和后梳组织(1)的外侧面拉毛整理形成,所述前梳组织(2)与后梳组织(1)异向垫纱编织,编织过程中采用双梳变化经编结构,所述后梳长丝(4)由50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝整经而成,所述后梳长丝(4)采用“Z”捻,所述后梳长丝(4)的单丝捻度为500T/m,所述后梳长丝(4)为一穿一空编织,所述短绒组织(3)表面浸涂有有机硅亲水层,一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一选料,选取6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝和50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝作为纺织原料丝;
步骤二:整经,6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝整经工艺参数:整经速度为400~450m/min,整经张力:5.20~ 6.52cN;车间温度:24~25℃;车间相对湿度:65%~70%;整经根数:前梳360;穿纱方式:前梳满穿;50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝整经工艺参数:整经速度为450~550m/min,整经张力:8.20~ 8.82cN;车间温度:24~25℃;车间相对湿度:65%~70%;整经根数:后梳180;穿纱方式:后梳一穿一空;
步骤三:织造,在高速经编机上进行织造,6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝与50D/50FCooldry涤纶长丝按照2:1的根数整经配置后,6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝与经编机上的前梳栉连接,50D/50F Cooldry涤纶长丝与经编机上的后梳栉连接,前梳栉与后梳栉之间固定垫纱,采用双梳变化经编结构,采用前梳栉满穿和后梳栉一穿一空的穿纱方式编织得到坯布;
步骤四:拉毛,浸泡烘干,采用拉毛机对坯布表面进行拉毛处理,修剪多余绒毛,得到半成品坯布;
步骤五:亲水性处理,通过处理液对半成品坯布采用二浸二轧的浸轧工艺进行整理,最后依次经过水洗、皂洗和烘干定型,得到高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料,其特征在于:所述前梳长丝(5)由6. 8 tex / 36 f 仿棉涤纶长丝整经而成,所述前梳长丝(5)采用“Z”捻,所述前梳长丝(5)的单丝捻度为300T/m,所述前梳长丝(5)为满穿编织。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料,其特征在于:所述步骤五中,处理液为聚醚改性有机硅整理剂与去离子水的混合液,浴比为1:6~8,处理液的温度为55~65℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高导湿透气仿棉经编运动面料,其特征在于:所述步骤四中,浸泡烘干包括将坯布浸没在70~80℃的去离子水中,超声波震荡清洗2~3h,取出坯布,采用红外线加热烘干。
