本发明公开了一种断食养生蔬果汁配方及制备方法,所述蔬果汁配方按以下质量份组成:苹果13~20份、胡萝卜6~12份、芹菜13~20份、鸡腿菇12~16份、土豆18~26份、生菜13~20份、油菜13~20份、油麻菜13~20份、茼蒿菜13~20份,通过选用食物调节人体内维生素及矿物质的含量,增强人体免疫功能,以达到调节人体内的营养成分均衡,提高免疫力的目的。

背景技术
快节奏生活的今天吗,很多人没有良好的饮食习惯和作息习惯,导致身体处于亚健康状态,在饮食过程中,往往蛋白质、脂肪等摄入过剩,而缺乏维生素、矿物质的摄入,导致人们抗氧化系统和免疫系统弱化,导致人体出现多种慢性疾病。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种断食养生蔬果汁配方及制备方法,以达到调节人体内的营养成分均衡,提高免疫力的目的。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种断食养生蔬果汁配方,所述蔬果汁配方按以下质量份组成:苹果13~20份、胡萝卜6~12份、芹菜13~20份、鸡腿菇12~16 份、土豆18~26份、生菜13~20份、油菜13~20份、油麻菜13~20份、茼蒿菜13~20 份。
一种断食养生蔬果汁配方,所述蔬果汁配方按以下质量份组成:黄瓜13~20份、南瓜 18~26份、茄子13~20份、秋葵12~16份、菠菜13~20份、芹菜13~20份、白菜13~ 20份、莲花菜13~20份、莴苣13~20份、香菇13~20份、洋葱13~20份。
一种断食养生蔬果汁配方,所述蔬果汁配方按以下质量份组成:苹果13~20份、胡萝卜18~26份、大蒜1~4份、生姜1~4份、卷心菜13~20份、菜花13~20份、辣椒1~4 份、番茄13~20份、葡萄13~20份。
一种断食养生蔬果汁配方,所述蔬果汁配方按以下质量份组成:苹果13~20份、胡萝卜18~26份、菠菜13~20份、生菜13~20份、油菜13~20份、茼蒿菜13~20份、雪里红13~20份、白菜13~20份。
一种断食养生蔬果汁配方,所述蔬果汁配方按以下质量份组成:苹果13~20份、胡萝卜13~20份、韭菜13~20份、大蒜13~20份、白菜13~20份、苋菜13~20份、萝卜18~ 26份、土豆18~26份
一种断食养生蔬果汁的制备方法,包括:按比例取出各类蔬果;将各类蔬果清洗干净;将蔬果切块后放入榨汁机或将蔬果直接放入榨汁机;榨汁后去渣取汁;将蔬果汁按比例兑水后饮用或直接饮用。

取150g苹果、100g胡萝卜、150g芹菜、150g鸡腿菇、150g土豆、150g生菜、150g 油菜、150g油麻菜、150g茼蒿菜,将各类蔬果清洗干净;将蔬果切块后放入榨汁机或将蔬果直接放入榨汁机;榨汁后去渣取汁;蔬果汁与水的比例为1比3,兑水后饮用,本实施例对高血压患者有一定的保健效果。

一种断食养生蔬果汁由下列重量份的成分混合组成:黄瓜15份、南瓜25份、茄子15份、秋葵15份、菠菜15份、芹菜15份、白菜15份、莲花菜15份、莴苣15份、香菇15 份、洋葱15份。
