胡萝卜的营养价值和功效:胡萝卜含有大量的胡萝卜素,具有促进眼内感光素生成的能力,预防夜盲症和辨色能力,以及含有的琥珀酸钾盐有助于防止血管硬化,同时可以预防肝病的发病率。
洋葱的营养价值及功效:洋葱的防癌功效来自于它富含的硒元素,它是唯一含前列腺A的植物,是天然的血液稀释剂,前列腺A能扩张血管,降低血液黏度,因此可以预防血栓形成,对高血脂和心脑血管病人都有保健作用。
西红柿的营养价值和功效:西红柿含有丰富的碳水化合物,维生素,钙,磷及柠檬酸等成分,不仅具有美白淡斑养心的功效,据研究发现,西红柿能缩小前列腺肿瘤,降低消化道癌,胰腺癌的危险。
上述十种蔬果食材由于具有不同的营养成分和功效,在十种蔬果榨取液混合后饮用,能够达到提高免疫力,预防及控制高血压、高血脂、高血糖发病,同时对于癌症、通风等疾病也有防控作用。
本发明的使用方法:每天空腹饮用3杯,能够达到提高免疫力,预防及控制高血压、高血脂、高血糖发病。
具体实施方式:
为了更高的理解本发明,现结合具体实施方式对本发明的内容进行进一步说明,以下实施例主要是更好的理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。
取新鲜苹果、土豆、苦瓜、西芹、黄瓜、菜椒、茄子、胡萝卜、洋葱、西红柿若干,清洗干净,将苹果放入蔬果萃取机中将苹果打碎、压榨,将苹果汁液压榨出放入容器内备用,将压榨剩余的固体杂质舍弃,用上述同样的方式依此将土豆、苦瓜、西芹、黄瓜、菜椒、茄子、胡萝卜、洋葱、西红柿汁液压榨出分别放入不同的容器内备用,然后按照苹果榨取液200毫升、土豆榨取液30毫升、苦瓜榨取液30毫升、西芹榨取液30毫升、黄瓜榨取液30毫升、菜椒榨取液30毫升、茄子榨取液30毫升、胡萝卜榨取液30毫升、洋葱榨取液30毫升、西红柿榨取液30毫升的比例混合搅拌后饮用,每天三次。为了口味更佳,可以在上述混合榨取液中加入两滴山茶油。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以做出若干改进,例如根据实验结果,将本发明中相应的蔬果榨取液容积百分比折算成相应蔬果质量百分比,按照质量百分比将十种蔬果混合在一起进行榨取。这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种预防高血压、高血脂、高血糖的蔬果榨取液组合物,其特征在于它是由苹果榨取液10%--50%(容积)、土豆榨取液5%--10%(容积)、苦瓜榨取液5%--10%(容积)、西芹榨取液5%--10%(容积)、黄瓜榨取液5%--10%(容积)、菜椒榨取液5%--10%(容积)、茄子榨取液5%--10%(容积)、胡萝卜榨取液5%--10%(容积)、洋葱榨取液5%--10%(容积)、西红柿榨取液5%--10%(容积)组成。
