本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体涉及一种可预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺。
背景技术
脂肪肝被称为“富贵病”,这是因为脂肪肝的发生与我们的饮食有很大关系,特别是爱好喝酒和饮食油腻的人群。然而专家还介绍,因为节食或者生活忙碌不能按时进餐造成的饥饿,也可能引发脂肪肝。
脂肪肝多发于以下几种人:肥胖者、过量饮酒者、高脂饮食者、少动者、慢性肝病患者及中老年内分泌患者。肥胖、过量饮酒、糖尿病是脂肪肝的三大主要病因。
脂肪肝是一种常见的弥漫性肝病,如能及时诊治可使其逆转;反之,部分病人可发展为脂肪性肝炎,甚至肝硬化。首先,找出病因,有的放矢采取措施。如长期大量饮酒者应戒酒。营养过剩、肥胖者应严格控制饮食,使体能恢复正常。有脂肪肝的糖尿病人应积极有效地控制血糖。营养不良性脂肪肝患者应适当增加营养,特别是蛋白质和维生素的摄入。
因此,对于脂肪肝的预防,我们也要从饮食入手。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种可预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺。
一种预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:其配方及生产工艺如下。
步骤1:挑选、称取新鲜、成熟的苹果150-200份、黄瓜60-100份、番茄50-80份、雪莲果50-80份、芹菜40-60份、海带40-60份、无花果30-50份、制何首乌30-50份、决明子30-50份。
步骤2:将苹果洗净去皮、去核后切成块,放入盐水中;将黄瓜洗净去皮后切成段;将番茄洗净,在开水中烫8-10秒,去皮、去蒂后切成块;将雪莲果洗净、去皮后切成块,浸入盐水中;将芹菜洗净后切成段;将海带洗净后切成段;将无花果、制何首乌、决明子洗净,用水浸泡1-2个小时。
步骤3:将上述苹果、黄瓜、番茄、雪莲果、芹菜、海带捞出,送入打浆机破碎打浆,过200目筛网,并静置沉淀,取上层澄清的果汁浓缩得到浓缩液,备用。
步骤4:将无花果、制何首乌、决明子一起放入提取罐内,加水煎煮,进行两次提取,加热温度为85-100℃,浸提时间为25-35分钟,浸提后合并两次提取液。
步骤5:将上述果汁浓缩液、提取液混合搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂进行均质,均质压力设定为15-40MPa。
步骤6:将上述料液泵入真空脱气机中,进行脱气处理。
步骤7:将上述均质脱气后的饮料进行高温灭菌、灌装封口,再冷却至常温,所述高温灭菌温度为121℃,时间为25-45分钟。
步骤8:经检验合格后,将上述成品保存于阴凉、通风、干燥处。
本发明所述的预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述饮料中添加0.01-0.04%维生素C。
本发明所述的预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为果胶、琼脂、海藻酸钠、黄原胶或卡拉胶中的一种。
本发明所述的饮料中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述苹果含有丰富的钾,可排出体内多余的钠盐,维持正常的血压,具有生津止渴、益脾止泻、和胃降逆的功效,用于中气不足、腹泻、便秘等。苹果中富含的维生素C,是心血管的保护神,心脏病患者的健康元素,苹果可以降肝火、胃火、大肠火,对于身体排毒、排泄大有好处。医学认为苹果具有降低血脂、润肺除烦、健脾益胃、养心益气等功效。

实施例1:一种预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:其配方及生产工艺如下。
步骤1:挑选、称取新鲜、成熟的苹果175份、黄瓜80份、番茄65份、雪莲果65份、芹菜50份、海带50份、无花果40份、制何首乌40份、决明子40份。

步骤5:将上述果汁浓缩液、提取液混合搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂进行均质,均质压力设定为30MPa。
步骤6:将上述料液泵入真空脱气机中,进行脱气处理。
步骤7:将上述均质脱气后的饮料进行高温灭菌、灌装封口,再冷却至常温,所述高温灭菌温度为121℃,时间为35分钟。

步骤1:挑选、称取新鲜、成熟的苹果150-200份、黄瓜60-100份、番茄50-80份、雪莲果50-80份、芹菜40-60份、海带40-60份、无花果30-50份、制何首乌30-50份、决明子30-50份;
步骤2:将苹果洗净去皮、去核后切成块,放入盐水中;将黄瓜洗净去皮后切成段;将番茄洗净,在开水中烫8-10秒,去皮、去蒂后切成块;将雪莲果洗净、去皮后切成块,浸入盐水中;将芹菜洗净后切成段;将海带洗净后切成段;将无花果、制何首乌、决明子洗净,用水浸泡1-2个小时;
步骤3:将上述苹果、黄瓜、番茄、雪莲果、芹菜、海带捞出,送入打浆机破碎打浆,过200目筛网,并静置沉淀,取上层澄清的果汁浓缩得到浓缩液,备用;
步骤4:将无花果、制何首乌、决明子一起放入提取罐内,加水煎煮,进行两次提取,加热温度为85-100℃,浸提时间为25-35分钟,浸提后合并两次提取液;
步骤5:将上述果汁浓缩液、提取液混合搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂进行均质,均质压力设定为15-40MPa;
步骤6:将上述料液泵入真空脱气机中,进行脱气处理;
步骤7:将上述均质脱气后的饮料进行高温灭菌、灌装封口,再冷却至常温,所述高温灭菌温度为121℃,时间为25-45分钟;
步骤8:经检验合格后,将上述成品保存于阴凉、通风、干燥处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述饮料中添加0.01-0.04%维生素C。
3.根据权利要求1所述的预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为果胶、琼脂、海藻酸钠、黄原胶或卡拉胶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的预防脂肪肝的天然饮料及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述原料及其重量比例为:苹果175份、黄瓜80份、番茄65份、雪莲果65份、芹菜50份、海带50份、无花果40份、制何首乌40份、决明子40份。
