Abstract
本发明公开了一种保健营养饮品,该饮品由下列重量份的原料药制成:山楂18-22份、山药8-12份、陈皮1-3份、红枣8-12份、生姜4-6份、食用醋0.8-1.2份、红糖8-12份、白糖8-12份、柠檬酸8-12份、山泉水180-220份。本发明中各原料配伍合理,共奏可延年益寿,补脾健胃,补血养颜,具有降压,降血糖,降血脂,软化血管,防止动脉硬化,抗癌,防衰老。

本发明涉及一种饮品,特别是一种保健营养饮品。
背景技术
随着现在社会人们生活节奏的不断加快,人们的精神压力随之加大,身体抵抗力逐步下降,加之体力劳动的逐渐减少和脑力劳动的增加,活动量少,人们出现亚健康现象极为普遍,所以保健品成了预防疾病的重要措施,也为人们从亚健康逐步恢复健壮体魄提供一种简单易用的饮品
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种延年益寿,补脾健胃,补血养颜,具有降压,降血糖,降血脂,软化血管,防止动脉硬化,抗癌,防衰老等多种功能的保健营养饮品。
本发明的技术方案是:一种保健营养饮品,它由下列重量份的原料药制成:山楂18-22份、山药8-12份、陈皮1-3份、红枣8-12份、生姜4-6份、食用醋0.8-1.2份、红糖8-12份、白糖8-12份、柠檬酸8-12份、山泉水180-220份。
作为本发明的一种改进:该饮品由下列重量份的原料药制成:山楂20份、山药10份、陈皮2份、红枣10份、生姜5份、食用醋1份、红糖10份、白糖10份、柠檬酸10份、山泉水200份。
本发明一种保健营养饮品的制备方法,将山楂、山药、陈皮、红枣、生姜浸泡在山泉水中30分钟后,大火加热沸腾,再小火熬制30分钟,再加入红糖、白糖、食用醋、柠檬酸,稍凉10分钟,消毒灭菌装瓶即可保健营养饮品。
山楂,可食用植物,核果类水果,质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩。山楂具有降压、降脂、抗氧化、增强免疫力,养肝护肝,帮助消化,养肝去脂,预防肝癌等功效;山楂含有维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质,具有养颜瘦身,防衰老、抗癌,能增强机体的免疫力;山楂能降血清、胆固醇及甘油三脂,有效防治动脉粥样硬化,此外,山楂中的黄酮有扩张血管和持久降压的作用;山楂具有活血化淤的作用,是跌打损伤患者的理想选择。
山药,为多年生缠绕木草植物,中药蔬菜兼用;山药具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等多种功效,并且对肺虚咳嗽、脾虚遗精、带下及小便频繁等症,都有一定的疗补作用,而山药中则含有丰富的维生素C及矿物质,所以具有补血、助眠、清凉退火,止血散淤等功效,而且由于山药在人体内产生的综合作用,还可以对消除神经疲劳,自律神经失调,更年期障碍失眠等症状的恢复有所帮助;山药有健脾、除湿、补气、益肺、固肾益精的功效,山药含有可溶性纤维,能推迟胃内食物的排空,控制饭后血糖升高。还能助消化,降血糖,用于糖尿病脾虚泄泻,小便频繁。控制进食欲望,作为高营养食品;山药还含有大量淀粉及蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白、氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素等。其中重要的营养成份薯蓣皂,是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,有滋阴补阳,增强新陈代谢的功效,而新鲜山药块茎中含有的多糖蛋白成份的粘液质,消化素等,可防止心血管脂肪沉积,有助于肠胃的消化吸收。
陈皮,用于胸胀满症状。有辛散通温,气味芳香,长于理气,能入脾肺,故既能行散肺气,壅遏,又能行气宽中,用于肺气拥滞,胸膈痞满及脾气拥滞,腕腹胀满等症。陈皮用于湿阴中焦,脘腹痞胀,便塘泄泻,以及痰多咳嗽等症。陈皮苦温燥温而能健脾行气,故能湿阻中焦,脘腹胀闷,便塘苔腻等症。陈皮用于脾虚饮食减少,消化不良以及恶心呕吐等症,陈皮燥湿而能健脾开胃,适用于脾胃虚弱,饮食减少、消化不良,大便泄泻等症。
生姜,是一种种植广,用途多的药菜兼用品种。生姜用有健脾开胃、促进食欲、防暑、降温提神之功效。生姜具有解毒、消肿治痛,治疗各种痈肿疮毒之症。生姜具有抗氧化,抑制肿瘤,常饮姜汁能抗衰老,防癌之功效。
红枣,味甘性湿,脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神,缓和药性的功能。红枣可健脾益胃,脾胃虚弱、腹泻,倦怠无力等症。红枣可增强人体免疫力,红枣含有大量的糖类物质,主要为葡萄糖,含有果糖、蔗糖以及由葡萄糖和果糖组成的低聚糖,阿拉伯聚糖及半乳醛聚糖等;并含有大量的维生素C、核黄素、硫胺素、有胡萝卜素、尼克酸等多种维生素,具有较强的补养作用,能提高人体免疫功能,增强抗病能力。红枣可补气养血,美容养颜,还可抗癌抗突变,红枣含有三种三核类化合物,其中烨木酸、山楂酸均有发现有抗癌活性,对肿瘤S-180有抑制作用,红枣中所含的营养能够增强人体免疫功能,对于防癌、抗癌和维持人体脏腑功能都有一定效果。
醋,是含有乙酸的调味品,是用酒或酒槽发酵制成的一种酸味调料。醋不仅是一种调味品,而且是一种保健养生食品。醋除了含有大量的醋酸外,还含有钙、铁、葡萄酸、乳酸、甘油、脂肪酸和盐类,在食用方面,醋可以溶解食物中的钙和铁,使人体容易吸收,还能保护食物中营养物质不被破坏。醋可消化脂肪和糖,醋中含有氨基酸和有机酸等物质,氨基酸可以促使体内过多的脂肪转变成体能消耗,还可以消化身体吸收外的糖和蛋白质,让新陈代谢顺利进行。醋可利尿通便,醋能促进新陈代谢,利尿通便的功能,还能增加肠胃的蠕动,改善肠燥便秘。醋可以降血压和血清胆固醇,引起高血压和动脉硬化的原因,主要是来自体内的矽酸过多,造成矽酸硬化所致,食醋是有效防止动脉硬化的方法之一。
红糖,性温味甘、入脾,有益气补血、健脾暖胃,缓中止痛,活血化淤等功效。红糖具有补血散淤、暖肝祛寒之功效,适合妇女、儿童贫血患者。红糖还有利尿通便之功效。
白糖,除了具备红糖的一些功能外,还具有润肺、生津的功能。白糖还可补充热量,改善血液循环。
柠檬酸,有温和爽快、清凉、味酸之功效。还可补脾健胃、增强食欲和促进体内钙、磷物质的消化吸收。
山泉水,是来源于大自然降水,经过数十年乃至数百年的地下长距离渗入,循环和位移,与地层裂隙的岩石硅酸盐和矿物质元素等进行一系列物理、化学作用,溶滤了大量有用的矿物质与微量元素。水中的钾、钙、镁、硒、锶是维持人体正常生理功能所必需的;重碳酸盐对促进胃肠道疾患的康复有良好的效果;山泉水中的偏硅酸有助于骨的钙化,促进生长发育;山泉水中的硅对主动脉硬化有防止作用,可降低关节炎、冠心病发病率;山泉水中的锂对中枢神经系统活动有调节作用,能安定情绪,改善造血功能,提高人体免疫机能;山泉水极易被人体所摄取,是一种全面完整的矿物质营养源;对重金属、细菌、有机及气味且有吸附性;锶,是人体必需的微量元素,但含量甚少,它是人体骨骼及牙齿的正常组成成分,锶与心血管的功能及构造有关,锶在人体内有强壮骨骼、防治心血管疾病之功效,锶的聚集程度可以作为观察骨折愈合情况。人体缺乏锶,将阻碍新陈代谢、产生牙齿和骨骼发育不正常等症状;硒:可降血压、降胆固醇、防止血管硬化、提高机体免疫功能、增加体内免疫球蛋白的含量、兴奋骨髓造血功能及滑肠增智等。
本发明中各原料配伍合理, 共奏可延年益寿,补脾健胃,补血养颜,具有降压,降血糖,降血脂,软化血管,防止动脉硬化,抗癌,防衰老。
本发明中的山楂、山药、陈皮、红枣、生姜均为备干的干货,可从药店采购;山泉水为无污染深山中提取,食用醋、红糖、白糖、柠檬酸均可从普通商店采购。
制备方法:将山楂、山药、陈皮、红枣、生姜浸泡在山泉水中30分钟后,大火加热沸腾时,再小子火熬制30分钟,加入红糖、白糖,食用醋、柠檬酸,稍凉10分钟,消毒钉菌装瓶即可得保健营养饮品。
服用方法:与普通保健饮品相同,可长年服用。
实施例1,本发明所述一种保健营养饮品按下述重量组分制备:山楂1000g、山药500g、陈皮100g、红枣500g、生姜250g、食用醋50g、红糖、白糖各500g、柠檬酸500g、山泉水10000g。
制备方法,将山楂、山药、陈皮、红枣、生姜浸泡在山泉水中30分钟后,大火加热沸腾,再小火熬制30分钟,再加入红糖、白糖、食用醋、柠檬酸,稍凉10分钟,即可消毒灭菌装瓶得保健营养饮品。
实施例2-5:采用下述重量的原料制备,制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种保健营养饮品,其特征在于:该饮品由下列重量份的原料药制成:山楂18-22份、山药8-12份、陈皮1-3份、红枣8-12份、生姜4-6份、食用醋0.8-1.2份、红糖8-12份、白糖8-12份、柠檬酸8-12份、山泉水180-220份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种保健营养饮品,其特征在于:所述饮品由下列重量份的原料药制成:山楂20份、山药10份、陈皮2份、红枣10份、生姜5份、食用醋1份、红糖10份、白糖10份、柠檬酸10份、山泉水200份。
3.制备如权利要求1所述一种保健营养饮品的方法,其特征在于:将山楂、山药、陈皮、红枣、生姜浸泡在山泉水中30分钟后,大火加热沸腾,再小火熬制30分钟,再加入红糖、白糖、食用醋、柠檬酸,稍凉10分钟,消毒灭菌装瓶即可保健营养饮品。
