Abstract
本发明目的是提供一种适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料,以实现三高协同调理。其用下述重量份原料制成:桑叶8-12、柠檬8-12、蒲公英25-35、赤小豆8-12、罗汉果4-6、马齿笕30-50、陈皮25-35、荞麦芽8-12、薄荷8-12。本发明采用药食同源的原料,这些原料组合具有降血脂,降血压和调整血糖的功效,而且这些组分中柠檬、薄荷、陈皮不仅保健效果好,口感也非常适宜,适合长期饮用。

本发明属于食品制造技术领域,特别是一种保健饮料。
背景技术
“三高”是指:高血压,高血脂,高血糖。患有“三高”中任意一种疾病的患者称为三高人群。“三高”是心脑血管病的罪魁祸首,严重危害现代人健康。而且三高之间互相都有关系,特别是高血压与糖尿病都与高血脂关系密切,因此防治高血压病与糖尿病都应该同时降血脂。
现有的调节三高的食品都功能单一,一般只适合某一种症状,无法实现三高协同调理。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料,以实现三高协同调理。
适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料,其用下述重量份原料制成:桑叶8-12、柠檬8-12、蒲公英25-35、赤小豆8-12、罗汉果4-6、马齿笕30-50、陈皮25-35、荞麦芽8-12、薄荷8-12。
本发明优先推荐用下述重量份原料制成:桑叶10、柠檬10、蒲公英30、赤小豆10、罗汉果5、马齿笕40、陈皮30、荞麦芽10、薄荷10。
本发明中采用的桑叶具有降血压、血脂、抗炎等作用。实验证明,桑叶所含的蜕皮甾酮对多种方法诱导的血糖升高均有降糖作用,可促进葡萄糖转化为糖元,但不改变正常动物的血糖。
柠檬生津止渴,化痰止咳,祛脂降压,消食,健脾,壮骨,发汗解表,消炎止痛,降糖消渴。柠檬茶能防治心血管疾病和降低血糖。科学研究证明柠檬的成分中含有大量的柠檬酸,它可以和钙离子结合形成可溶性的物质,从而可以防止血液的凝固,保持血液畅通,此外,柠檬酸还可以加强毛细血管的功能,促进凝血,增加血小板的数量,因此也具有十分显著的止血功效。
蒲公英泡水喝不仅清热解毒可用于热毒证,尤善清肝热,治疗肝热目赤肿痛,以及多种感染、化脓性疾病;还可以消痈散结治疗热毒壅结于肌肉所致的痈肿疮毒,高热不退。对乳痈有良效,能解毒散结通乳。
赤小豆具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。
罗汉果是葫芦科多年生宿根攀援性藤本植物,成熟果实含丰富的强甜味物质葫芦烷三萜甙类化合物,其甜度是蔗糖300倍。是糖尿病患者的理想代糖食品。日本学者研究发现罗汉果所含的大量甜味物质不是葡萄糖,而是“萜配糖体”及少量果糖。由于小肠不会吸收萜配糖体,只会排除体外,故自然不会转化为热量,如果善加利用,它应是糖的最佳替代品,适合嗜甜又想减肥或必须控制糖份摄取量的人群,尤其是糖尿病患者。另据发现,罗汉果能加强胰脏机能,帮助胰岛素分泌,而其所含的维生素E能加强细胞膜的渗透,更有助胰岛素的分泌,所以专家认为罗汉果是糖尿病患者的恩物,堪称果中奇品。
马齿苋又称长命菜、五行草、安乐菜、长寿菜。英国科学家发现,马齿苋含有ω-3脂肪酸,能够抑制和消除人体血清胆固醇和甘油三酯的生成,防止胆固醇在血管壁沉积而发生动脉硬化。ω-3脂肪酸还可以是血栓素A(一种强烈的血管收缩剂和血小板聚集剂)减少,从而使血管扩张,血液黏稠度下降,防止血栓形成和冠状动脉痉挛,有效地防治冠心病。因此马齿苋不愧是护心菜。
陈皮泡茶饮,适宜脾胃气滞、脘腹胀满、消化不良、食欲不振、咳嗽多痰之人食用;也适宜预防高血压、心肌梗死、脂肪肝之人、急性乳腺炎者食用。
荞麦蛋白质中含有丰富的赖氨酸成分,铁、锰、锌等微量元素比一般谷物丰富,而且含有丰富膳食纤维,是一般精制大米的10倍。所以荞麦具有很好的营养保健作用。荞麦芽含有丰富的维生素E和可溶性膳食纤维,同时还含有烟酸和芦丁(芸香甙),芦丁有降低人体血脂和胆固醇、软化血管、保护视力和预防脑血管出血的作用。它含有的烟酸成分能促进机体的新陈代谢,增强解毒能力,还具有扩张小血管和降低血液胆固醇的作用。荞麦含有丰富的镁,能促进人体纤维蛋白溶解,使血管扩张,抑制凝血块的形成,具有抗栓塞的作用,也有利于降低血清胆固醇。荞麦芽某些黄酮成分还具有抗菌、消炎、止咳、平喘、祛痰的作用。另外这些成分还具有降低血糖的功效。
薄荷功效功效如下:1、燃烧脂肪:所含的薄荷醇能加速体内循环、去油腻、缓解腹胀感并达到分解、燃烧体脂肪、轻身减肥的目的。2、养颜美容:从薄荷中提炼出来的精油可用于芳香疗法以及制作香水和化妆品,保护皮肤。3、缓解压力抚平情绪:薄荷含有挥发油、薄荷精以及单宁等物质,有助于抚平愤怒、沮丧等负面情绪,是消除疲劳、缓解压力、平心静气的心灵补药。
本发明采用药食同源的原料,这些原料组合具有降血脂,降血压和调整血糖的功效,而且这些组分中柠檬、薄荷、陈皮不仅保健效果好,口感也非常适宜,适合长期饮用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:桑叶8、柠檬12、蒲公英25、赤小豆12、罗汉果4、马齿笕50、陈皮25、荞麦芽12、薄荷8。各组分以公斤计量,柠檬、罗汉果提取鲜果汁,马齿笕、荞麦芽榨取浓缩汁,赤小豆煮熟磨细成粉,与薄荷、桑叶、蒲公英、陈皮的水提取物混合加入适量纯净水制成。可以瓶装饮用。浓度以每升饮料含有原料不低200克计量。
实施例2:桑叶12、柠檬8、蒲公英35、赤小豆8、罗汉果6、马齿笕30、陈皮35、荞麦芽8、薄荷12。柠檬、罗汉果、马齿笕、荞麦芽榨取浓缩制成干粉,赤小豆煮熟磨细成粉,薄荷、桑叶、蒲公英、陈皮干燥清洗后粉碎,所有物料混合后制成袋泡茶。开水冲泡成饮料饮用,每次冲泡量20克左右。
实施例3:桑叶10、柠檬10、蒲公英30、赤小豆10、罗汉果5、马齿笕40、陈皮30、荞麦芽10、薄荷10。柠檬切片烘干、马齿笕、荞麦芽冷冻干燥,赤小豆烘焙干燥粉成颗粒,罗汉果、薄荷、桑叶、蒲公英、陈皮干燥清洗适当粉碎,所有物料混合后制成。泡水饮用,每次用量20-40克。
本发明由于采用原料均为药食同源,没有毒副作用,在2011年8月自2013年10月期间经过519名有三高症状的人群连续饮用以实施例3制作的饮料3个月,饮用者均为患有三高病症多年,平均年龄超过52.4岁,在饮用期间不改变原有饮食、用药习惯,并且多人同时交叉患有三高症。三个月后统计结果如下:
统计其中201名有继发性高血压症状者中,28名服用前血压在140—159/90—99mmHg,全部变为120/80mmHg进入理想的血压,高血压症状全部消失;94人服用前血压160—179/100—109mmHg,饮用后血压在130-139/85-89mmHg,只具有高血压临界症状;79人饮用前血压在180/110mmHg以上,进入高血压Ⅲ期,并伴有脑出血、心力衰竭、肾功能衰竭等病变,饮用三个月后血压在139-150/92-95mmHg,得到明显控制,而且其余心脑血管病变症状有所改善。
其中228人有继发性高脂血症服用前LDL-C浓度>130mg/dl,饮用三个月后LDL-C浓度<100mg/dl有191人,37人LDL-C浓度<100-110mg/dl。
其中234人自述患有糖尿病,并在饮用前测血糖:2h血糖≥12.2mmol/L;IGT:2h血糖≥8.9mmol/L且<12.2mmol/L,诊断为糖尿病。饮用三个月后,测量糖化血红蛋白,HbA1c3.2-6.5%,说明在饮用后血糖控制比较理想。
Claims (5)
1.适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料,其特征是用下述重量份原料制成:桑叶8-12、柠檬8-12、蒲公英25-35、赤小豆8-12、罗汉果4-6、马齿笕30-50、陈皮25-35、荞麦芽8-12、薄荷8-12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料,其特征是用下述重量份原料制成:桑叶10、柠檬10、蒲公英30、赤小豆10、罗汉果5、马齿笕40、陈皮30、荞麦芽10、薄荷10。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料的制备工艺,其特征是柠檬、罗汉果提取鲜果汁,马齿笕、荞麦芽榨取浓缩汁,赤小豆煮熟磨细成粉,与薄荷、桑叶、蒲公英、陈皮的水提取物混合加入适量纯净水制成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料的制备工艺,其特征是柠檬、罗汉果、马齿笕、荞麦芽榨取浓缩制成干粉,赤小豆煮熟磨细成粉,薄荷、桑叶、蒲公英、陈皮干燥清洗后粉碎,所有物料混合后制成袋泡茶。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的适宜三高人群饮用的植物饮料的制备工艺,其特征是柠檬切片烘干、马齿笕、荞麦芽冷冻干燥,赤小豆烘焙干燥粉成颗粒,罗汉果、薄荷、桑叶、蒲公英、陈皮干燥清洗适当粉碎,所有物料混合后制成。
