Abstract

本发明一种模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,包括:a.进行CNC加工制作铝合金卡帽,铝合金卡帽上设有一用于注塑包胶的连接结构;对铝合金卡帽进行阳极氧化,完成铝合金卡帽的表面着色;b.将不锈钢带材进行冲压,制成增强不锈钢片;所述增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,其形状尺寸与卡托本体尾部的形状尺寸相应;c.将阳极氧化后的铝合金卡帽作为卡托本体头部的注塑镶件,将增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,采用PA+10%GF材料作为卡托本体材料在注塑模具内进行模内注塑,完成卡托本体注塑以及铝合金卡帽、卡托本体、增强不锈钢片的连接;d.采用超声波切割去模内注塑后留下的流道塑胶凝料,制成卡托产品。

Description

一种模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及手机零部件加工领域,特别涉及一种模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法。
背景技术
手机作为消费电子产品,已经越来越渗透到人们生活当中,成为人们生活、学习、交流的必需品。随着智能手机的快速发展和普及,迎来了手机和手机零部产业的井喷,随着加工技术的和方法的不断提升,各厂商纷纷加快速度抢占手机零部件的市场份额,手机零部件制造行业的竞争也越来越激烈,利润也不断地被压缩。在这样的形势下,就要求手机零部件加工企业抓紧完成对自身技术的更新,优化工序和生产工具,降低加工成本,以取得竞争优势。手机卡托是手机承载CIM卡的安装与取出的重要零件,是手机不可缺少的部分,为此针对手机卡托的加工方法也多种多样,但是也都存在较大局限性,例如MIM工艺能够减低成本,但只能制作不锈钢材质的卡托,为此还要铆接一个铝合金的卡帽以满足阳极氧化进行外观处理的需求。还有采用铝合金板材锻冲一体、CNC加工的方法制造一体式卡托,由于需要CNC去除的材料非常多,必然浪费材料,增加加工工时,成本较高,竞争优势也不大。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,包括:
a.进行CNC加工制作铝合金卡帽,铝合金卡帽上设有一用于注塑包胶的连接结构;对铝合金卡帽进行阳极氧化,完成铝合金卡帽的表面着色;
b.将不锈钢带材进行冲压,制成增强不锈钢片;所述增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,其形状尺寸与卡托本体尾部的形状尺寸相应;
c.将阳极氧化后的铝合金卡帽作为卡托本体头部的注塑镶件,将增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,采用PA+10%GF材料作为卡托本体材料在注塑模具内进行模内注塑,完成卡托本体注塑以及铝合金卡帽、卡托本体、增强不锈钢片的连接;所述增强不锈钢片镶嵌于卡托本体尾部的内部,对卡托本体尾部进行刚性增强,连接结构镶嵌于卡托本体头部的内部;
d.采用超声波切割去模内注塑后留下的流道塑胶凝料,制成卡托产品。
优选的,进行CNC加工制作铝合金卡帽时,在铝合金卡帽上设置两个定位孔,用于在模内注塑时在将铝合金卡帽准确放置和定位。
优选的,所述不锈钢带材为0.18mm 304L-1/2 H不锈钢带材。
优选的,将不锈钢带材进行冲压,制成增强不锈钢片时,制作多个增强不锈钢片以及将多个增强不锈钢片连接的工艺连接料,多个增强不锈钢片和工艺连接料形成一体的增强不锈钢片组合体,所述多个增强不锈钢片按照注塑机内注塑模具的排布相应的排布于工艺连接料边沿。
进一步的,所述工艺连接料内设有三个大小不同的定位孔,可用于模内注塑时的定位和防呆,也可在后续超声波切割时进行定位,保证切割的准确性。
进一步的,在采用超声波切割去模内注塑后留下的流道塑胶凝料时,同时对增强不锈钢片组合体进行切割,将增强不锈钢片和工艺连接料分离,制成卡托产品。
进一步的,所述工艺连接料为带状,工艺连接料两侧均匀对称排布共八个增强不锈钢片,且同侧相邻增强不锈钢片的间距与铝合金卡帽的长度一致。
进一步的,所述工艺连接料的长度为四个卡托产品宽度及三个用于模内注塑的注射流道宽度之和。
优选的,制成卡托产品后再进行字符串镭雕,满足卡托产品的最终出货要求。
本发明采用CNC加工制作铝合金卡帽再进行阳极氧化着色满足产品的外观颜色需求,采用模内注塑工艺生产卡托本体,并在注塑时将增强不锈钢片嵌入卡托本体尾部,并通过在铝合金卡帽上设计连接结构,使其注塑时嵌入卡托本体头部,使其形成一体,并与增强不锈钢片一起增强卡托的整体强度。与纯粹的CNC加工卡托、锻冲一体铝合金卡托、MIM不锈钢卡托、MIM不锈钢卡体铝合金卡帽焊接组合式卡托相比,减少了机械加工过程,大幅度提高了效率,降低了成本,完全满足手机的使用要求。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合实施例及附图1、2、3、4对本发明进行进一步详细描述。
在具体实施时,按以下步骤进行:
a.对铝合金基材进行CNC加工,制作如图1、4所示铝合金卡帽1,铝合金卡帽的包胶面上设有一用于注塑包胶的连接结构11,以便后续模内注塑时与卡托本体8连接,连接结构可设计为从包胶面延伸出的铝合金片,铝合金片内设有多个槽孔;在铝合金卡帽上还设置有两个定位孔12,用于在模内注塑时在将铝合金卡帽准确放置和定位;对铝合金卡帽进行阳极氧化,完成铝合金卡帽的表面着色;
b.采用200T冲床将0.18mm 304L-1/2 H不锈钢带材不锈钢带材进行冲压,制成如图2所示增强不锈钢片组合体2,增强不锈钢片组合体包括8个增强不锈钢片21以及将8个增强不锈钢片连接的工艺连接料22,增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部82的注塑镶件,其形状尺寸与卡托本体尾部的形状尺寸相应;工艺连接料为带状,工艺连接料两侧均匀对称排布共八个增强不锈钢片,其排布应与注塑所用注射机型号和注塑模具相应,同侧相邻增强不锈钢片的间距与铝合金卡帽的长度一致,工艺连接料的长度为四个卡托产品宽度及三个用于模内注塑的注射流道宽度之和,为注塑的注射流道留下足够空间;
c.将阳极氧化后的铝合金卡帽作为卡托本体头部81的注塑镶件,将增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,采用PA+10%GF材料作为卡托本体材料,使用80T立式注射机在卡托的注塑模具内进行模内注塑,完成卡托本体注塑以及铝合金卡帽、卡托本体、增强不锈钢片的连接;增强不锈钢片镶嵌于卡托本体尾部的内部,对卡托本体尾部进行刚性增强,连接结构镶嵌于卡托本体头部的内部;如图3所示为模内注塑完成后的卡托产品9及工艺连接料22;
d.采用超声波切割去模内注塑后留下的流道塑胶凝料3,并对增强不锈钢片组合体进行切割,将增强不锈钢片和工艺连接料分离,制成单件的卡托产品,如图4所示。
特别的,如图2、3所示,在工艺连接料内设三个大小不同的定位孔,可用于模内注塑时的定位和防呆,也可在后续超声波切割时进行定位,保证切割的准确性。
e.制成卡托产品后再进行字符串镭雕,满足卡托产品的最终出货要求。
采用CNC加工、冲压、阳极氧化工艺进行表面颜色处理、模内注塑的工艺过程,均为现有常规工艺,在此不作赘述。
以上为本发明的具体实现方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些显而易见的替换形式均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,包括:
进行CNC加工制作铝合金卡帽,铝合金卡帽上设有一用于注塑包胶的连接结构;对铝合金卡帽进行阳极氧化,完成铝合金卡帽的表面着色;
将不锈钢带材进行冲压,制成增强不锈钢片;所述增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,其形状尺寸与卡托本体尾部的形状尺寸相应;
将阳极氧化后的铝合金卡帽作为卡托本体头部的注塑镶件,将增强不锈钢片作为卡托本体尾部的注塑镶件,采用PA+10%GF材料作为卡托本体材料在注塑模具内进行模内注塑,完成卡托本体注塑以及铝合金卡帽、卡托本体、增强不锈钢片的连接;所述增强不锈钢片镶嵌于卡托本体尾部的内部,对卡托本体尾部进行刚性增强,连接结构镶嵌于卡托本体头部的内部;
采用超声波切割去模内注塑后留下的流道塑胶凝料,制成卡托产品。
2.依据权利要求1所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:进行CNC加工制作铝合金卡帽时,在铝合金卡帽上设置两个定位孔,用于在模内注塑时在将铝合金卡帽准确放置和定位。
3.依据权利要求1所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:所述不锈钢带材为0.18mm 304L-1/2 H不锈钢带材。
4.依据权利要求1~3任一所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:将不锈钢带材进行冲压,制成增强不锈钢片时,制作多个增强不锈钢片以及将多个增强不锈钢片连接的工艺连接料,多个增强不锈钢片和工艺连接料形成一体的增强不锈钢片组合体,所述多个增强不锈钢片按照注塑机内注塑模具的排布相应的排布于工艺连接料边沿。
5.依据权利要求4所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:
所述工艺连接料内设有三个大小不同的定位孔,可用于模内注塑时的定位和防呆,也可在后续超声波切割时进行定位,保证切割的准确性。
6.依据权利要求4所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:在采用超声波切割去模内注塑后留下的流道塑胶凝料时,同时对增强不锈钢片组合体进行切割,将增强不锈钢片和工艺连接料分离,制成卡托产品。
7.依据权利要求4所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:所述工艺连接料为带状,工艺连接料两侧均匀对称排布共八个增强不锈钢片,且同侧相邻增强不锈钢片的间距与铝合金卡帽的长度一致。
8.依据权利要求7所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:所述工艺连接料的长度为四个卡托产品宽度及三个用于模内注塑的注射流道宽度之和。
9.依据权利要求1所述模内注塑手机卡托的制造方法,其特征在于:制成卡托产品后再进行字符串镭雕,满足卡托产品的最终出货要求。
