Description

Whitening skin-care essence with synergistic whitening effect and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to whitening and skin-care essence with a synergistic whitening effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
East asian women were beautiful with white from ancient times, and many methods were used for whitening. Such as milk baths, etc. Even many toxic substances, such as the early lead and mercury facings, were used until the last century.
With the development of modern science and technology, people know skin color systems more and more deeply. The shade of skin color is regulated by various factors, but still depends mainly on the content and distribution of melanin. Melanin is produced by melanocytes. Melanocytes, one of the important constituent cells of the skin, are dendritic processes through which melanin formed within the cell is transported into the cells of the stratum corneum. It forms an epidermal unit with keratinocyte at a ratio of 1: 36, and exists in epidermal basal layer, and melanocyte determines skin color by synthesizing melanin, and can absorb ultraviolet ray to prevent organism from being damaged by ultraviolet ray. The specific melanin formation process is as follows: when ultraviolet rays irradiate the skin, keratinocytes are stimulated to produce inflammatory factors, histamine, and the like, and at the same time, DNA is damaged and free radicals are generated. Melanocytes are stimulated by inflammatory factors, free radicals, etc. to differentiate and accelerate. The activity of internal tyrosinase is increased, tyrosine is converted into dopa under the catalytic action of tyrosinase, and is further converted into dopaquinone, and the dopaquinone is converted into melanin through free radical reaction. Melanosomes are delivered to keratinocytes via dendrites. Eventually resulting in pigmentation of the pigment in the skin.
Many whitening agents have been developed and selected since the recent years. At present, one of the most effective skin lightening actives is hydroquinone, but hydroquinone has a small molecular weight, destroys melanocytes, and may induce inflammation. Therefore, hydroquinone is subject to strict regulations in most countries of the world and is prohibited from being used as a cosmetic ingredient. Rhododendrol was a whitening active primarily by certain famous cosmetic companies in japan, but the problem of excessive whitening was noted later.
Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring medium chain fatty acid. It is an important skin whitening agent and has tyrosinase inhibiting effect. There are some technical and formulation problems in application. First, azelaic acid must be effective at high concentrations. At high concentrations azelaic acid does not dissolve, making the formulated cosmetic of poor quality, especially very thick systems difficult to spread. Secondly, azelaic acid has a higher melting point and is generally more difficult to formulate.
L-ascorbic acid and its derivatives and licorice extract are easy to discolor, and its stability is not a little problem, and special attention is required for use.
At present, in order to make a short-term profit, some illegal merchants add glucocorticoid to cosmetics such as facial masks. The whitening and firming effect can be generated in a short time, but the long-term use of the whitening and firming agent has very serious consequences on the skin of a human.
There are also many companies that develop some whitening compositions, and more products with simply superimposed effects, which are difficult to achieve. How to develop a whitening scheme with high efficiency, safety, stability and synergy becomes a difficult point in the current cosmetic industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical defects, the invention provides the whitening skin-care essence with a synergistic whitening effect. The whitening skin-care essence can absorb ultraviolet rays, inhibit inflammatory factors, repair damaged DNA, remove free radicals, inhibit tyrosinase, reduce melanin, and phagocytize melanin, thereby achieving the purpose of whitening. The skin care essence not only can play an important role in tyrosinase inhibition and melanin transfer, but also can play a synergistic role in other aspects, so that the skin whitening effect can be achieved, and the skin care essence can be balanced and cooperated without causing negative feedback phenomenon.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the whitening skin-care essence with the synergistic whitening effect comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
Figure RE-GDA0001758264980000021
wherein the whitening complex 1 comprises water, butylene glycol, arbutin, citric acid, sodium sulfite, acetyl tyrosine, strawberry saxifrage extract, peony root extract, aminopropanol ascorbic acid phosphate, scutellaria root extract, glutathione, hydrolyzed cherry plum; the whitening compound 2 comprises water, glycerol, sucrose dilaurate, polysorbate-20, pea extract, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, p-anisic acid, and sorbic acid. In the whitening complex 1: arbutin and radix Scutellariae extract can absorb ultraviolet; radix Scutellariae extract and radix moutan extract have effects in inhibiting inflammatory factor activity; arbutin can inhibit tyrosinase activity; the extract of strawberry saxifrage, the extract of radix Scutellariae and the aminopropanol ascorbic acid phosphate ester can inhibit the natural oxidative polymerization of melanin and reduce the formation of melanin; the extract of herba Saxifragae can repair DNA damage caused by ultraviolet; glutathione can promote the synthesis of pheomelanin but not eumelanin; acetyl tyrosine competes with tyrosine for tyrosinase; the aminopropanol ascorbic acid phosphate and citric acid promote cell proliferation and keratinocyte renewal; hydrolyzed cherry plum inhibits melanin from being engulfed by keratinocytes.
Through research and experimental analysis on the mechanism, in the whitening and skin-care essence, when the dosage of the whitening compound 1 is lower than 1%, the whitening effect of the whitening and skin-care essence is not obvious. When the whitening complex 1 is used in an amount of more than 4%, the heat-resistant and light-resistant stability of the whitening and skin-care essence is deteriorated, and thus the amount is selected to be 1-4 parts.
The sucrose dilaurate and the pea (PISUM SATIVUM) extract in the whitening compound 2 can effectively inhibit the maturation of melanosomes, act on B16 melanocytes, and can remarkably reduce the formation of melanin and reduce the activity of tyrosinase. In the whitening and skin-care essence, when the dosage of the whitening compound 2 is less than 1%, the whitening effect is not obvious. When the whitening complex 2 is used in an amount of more than 3%, the heat-resistant and light-resistant stability of the whitening skin-care essence is deteriorated. The amount is therefore chosen to be 1 to 3 parts.
The citrus peel extract has the function of coordinating with other components to make the skin smoother and brighter in the whitening and skin-care essence. The total flavone amount and kind are one standard of the quality. The citrus peel extract adopted in the whitening and skin-care essence adopts a carbon dioxide supercritical extraction technology, the content of the total flavone of the citrus peel extract extracted by the technology can be more than 2.5 percent, is obviously higher than that extracted by other methods, and has the advantages of environmental friendliness and energy conservation. In the test of the whitening skin-care essence, when the content of the citrus peel extract is less than 0.2%, the effect is slight, and when the content of the citrus peel extract is more than 1.5%, the whitening skin-care essence is easy to change color under illumination and 45 ℃ heat resistance, so 0.5-1.5 parts is selected.
The whitening skin care essence uses arbutin as a cosmetic grade raw material with the content of over 98 percent, has the capability of inhibiting the activity of key enzyme-tyrosinase in the process of melanin generation, and also has the effect of absorbing ultraviolet rays. Because arbutin has similarity with tyrosine in structure, the arbutin can compete with tyrosine to bind tyrosinase in the process of synthesizing melanin by tyrosine, thereby reducing the effect of tyrosinase on synthesizing melanin. When the content of the whitening skin care essence arbutin is lower than 0.1%, the whitening effect is very small; when the content is more than 0.8%, the whitening and skin-care essence is easy to turn red in the storage process, so 0.1-0.5 part is selected.
Further, the whitening skin care essence with the synergistic whitening effect comprises the following components in parts by weight:
Figure RE-GDA0001758264980000031
Figure RE-GDA0001758264980000041
the nicotinamide adopted by the whitening skin-care essence is a high-purity raw material, and the nicotinic acid content of the nicotinamide is lower than 100 PPM. It has outstanding effects in inhibiting melanosome transfer and accelerating the repair of damaged DNA. When the content of the nicotinamide in the whitening skin care essence is lower than 1%, the overall whitening effect is greatly weakened through tests. When the nicotinamide content is more than 3%, the cytotoxicity is too high through in vitro cell tests. Therefore, 1 to 3 parts of the catalyst is selected.
Specifically, the whitening compound 1 comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of water, 40-50 parts of butanediol, 0.3-0.8 part of arbutin, 0.3-0.6 part of citric acid, 0.4-0.6 part of sodium sulfite, 0.1-0.3 part of acetyl tyrosine, 0.01-0.30 part of strawberry saxifrage extract, 0.01-0.20 part of peony root extract, 0.001-0.100 part of aminopropanol ascorbic acid phosphate, 0.01-0.10 part of scutellaria root extract, 0.001-0.100 part of glutathione and 0.01-0.60 part of hydrolyzed cherry plum.
Specifically, the whitening compound 2 comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 36.95-50.0 parts of water, 28-30 parts of glycerol, 20-22 parts of sucrose dilaurate, 5-6 parts of polysorbate-20, 2-3 parts of pea extract, 2-3 parts of phenoxyethanol, 1-2 parts of caprylyl glycol, 0.3-0.5 part of p-anisic acid and 0.2-0.3 part of sorbic acid.
Preferably, the nicotinic acid content of the nicotinamide of the invention is less than 100 PPM; the citrus peel extract is extracted by carbon dioxide supercritical extraction, and the content of total flavonoids is more than or equal to 2.5 percent; the arbutin is a cosmetic grade raw material with the content of more than 98 percent.
Further, the whitening skin-care essence also comprises 60-98 parts of a cosmetic auxiliary material matrix, wherein the formula of the cosmetic auxiliary material matrix comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
