Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an essence composition with a whitening effect and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The beauty-seeking heart of people in the modern society is more and more prominent, and the white and red skin is probably the pursuit of most of the Chinese people. The amount and distribution of melanin content in the epidermis are the main reasons for determining human skin color, melanin is produced by melanocytes, and the production and consumption processes of melanin mainly comprise the following ways: the tyrosine produces dopa under the catalysis of tyrosinase, and the dopa is further oxidized and polymerized to form melanin; a part of melanin is transferred to keratinocytes through dendrites, and the melanin migrates to the stratum corneum along with the keratinocytes and finally drops off along with the keratinocytes; another part of melanin migrates to the superficial dermis, is phagocytized and degraded by phagocytes, or is transported to the blood circulation to be decomposed. The production and consumption of melanin are normal physiological processes, and melanin can protect the skin to some extent. However, due to factors such as ultraviolet light, the secretion of melanin increases, resulting in pigmentation of the skin and a less aesthetic appearance of the skin. Meanwhile, unhealthy living habits and environmental pollution cause more and more problems of poor skin state, rough skin, dull and dull luster, pigmentation and the like. With the pursuit of people for reddish-white skin, safe and effective whitening skin care products become a trend, and the comprehensive and effective improvement of whitening and brightening skin color from inside to outside is a new development direction for the research and development of cosmetics.
Among many whitening ingredients, niacinamide is most frequently used, is relatively stable and mild, has a small molecular weight and can be effectively absorbed by cells, and studies have shown that the absorption rate of skin rises linearly with the addition amount when the content of niacinamide is less than 2%, and the absorption rate is slowed down when the addition amount exceeds 2.0%. At present, products with the addition amount of more than 10 percent of nicotinamide are available, and the high content of nicotinamide can bring better whitening effect, but the irritation of the product is enhanced. Niacinamide itself is very mild, but it is a highly irritating substance because of the small amount of niacin that is added during the production of niacinamide, and when it is accumulated to a certain amount, it will cause some irritation to the skin.

Firstly, safety testing.
Subject: the age is 20-50 years for 30 people, half of men and women.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: examples 1 to 4 spot test of the essence composition having whitening effect prepared; selecting a qualified spot tester, placing about 0.02-0.025 ml of a tested object into the spot tester by a closed spot test method, externally applying a medical adhesive tape to the upper back of the tested object, removing the tested object after 24 hours, observing skin reactions 0.5, 24 and 48 hours after the spot is removed, and recording the results according to the skin reactions respectively standard in technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).
And (4) experimental conclusion: the experimental evaluation criteria are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 grading Standard of adverse skin reactions
As shown in Table 1, the results of the human skin patch test showed that no positive reaction occurred in the subjects. According to the regulation in technical specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), the test substance does not cause adverse skin reactions to the batch of subjects, so the essence compositions with whitening efficacy in examples 1-4 meet the detection regulation.
Second, evaluation experiment of human body brightness
The experimental principle is as follows: the amount of melanin and hemoglobin is measured by using three different wavelength absorptions and reflections to determine the appearance of skin color.
Subject: example 1 was used as a test sample. Healthy volunteers aged 20-50 years without skin diseases and allergic history were selected as test subjects, the number of volunteers was 10, and 5 male and female were selected.
An experimental instrument: mexamter MX18 (manufacturer: CK Electronic GmH, Germany)
The experimental conditions are as follows: room temperature below 20 + -2 deg.C, Relative Humidity (RH) below 50 + -5%; the tested person enters the testing environment 30min before the test for quiet test, and the tested part is exposed 10min before the test.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: according to the test requirements, the appropriate areas of the bending areas of the left and right cheeks and the right arm forearm of the tested person are selected as the tested areas. Before the cosmetics are coated, a probe of Mexamter MX18 is vertically placed on the skin, and after the measured value is stabilized after 3-5 s, the values of melanin and haematochrome of the measured part are read. The melanin and red pigment values immediately after, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks after application of the cosmetic were measured according to standard procedures, respectively; the dark reddish pigment of each test site was measured 5 times, and the average value was obtained.
And (4) experimental conclusion: the experimental results are shown in tables 2 to 3 below:
TABLE 2 melanin values at different times using test samples
TABLE 3 Red pigment values at various times using test samples
As can be seen from tables 2 and 3 above, the test shows the color of the skin in terms of the melanin and red pigment content of the skin, with the lighter the skin color, i.e., the whiter the less the melanin and red pigment content. As can be seen from the table, example 1 has a clear brightening effect.
