为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品由以下重量份数的原料组成:大豆分离蛋白25-35份、复合油脂粉10-15份、低聚异麦芽糖20-25份、椰子粉25-30份、营养酵母10-20份、糙米粉30-35份、共轭亚油酸5-10份、中链甘油三酯10-15份、低聚果糖2-10份、脱脂乳粉5-10份、阿拉伯糖6-10份。
所述大豆分离蛋白是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂。
所述复合油脂粉由红花籽油、椰子油和亚麻籽油复合而成。
所述营养酵母由细胞色素C、核酸、谷胱甘肽、凝血质、辅酶A和三磷酸腺苷复合而成。
一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一、选用上等天然的低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的大豆分离蛋白,上等天然的糙米和椰子研磨成粉;
步骤二、按照配方称取大豆分离蛋白、复合油脂粉、低聚异麦芽糖、椰子粉、营养酵母、糙米粉、共轭亚油酸、中链甘油三酯、低聚果糖、脱脂乳粉、阿拉伯糖作为原料备用;
步骤三、将称取好的原料进行环保卫生安全合格检测;
步骤四、按比例将复合油脂粉、低聚异麦芽糖、椰子粉、糙米粉、共轭亚油酸、中链甘油三酯、低聚果糖、脱脂乳粉、阿拉伯糖放入搅拌速度为300/min~500r/min的高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到高混和细粉;

步骤六、对混合细粉进行检验,检验合格的混合细粉在10公斤压力下进行气流超微粉碎,得到超微细粉;

步骤九、对干燥细粉进行质量检测,再将检测合格的干燥细粉末通过电磁活化技术进行磁化,得到活化细粉;

本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品由以下重量份数的原料组成:大豆分离蛋白30份、复合油脂粉12份、低聚异麦芽糖23份、椰子粉27份、营养酵母15、糙米粉33份、共轭亚油酸7份、中链甘油三酯12份、低聚果糖6份、脱脂乳粉7份、阿拉伯糖8份。
所述大豆分离蛋白是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂。
所述复合油脂粉由红花籽油、椰子油和亚麻籽油复合而成。

各个原料具有以下效果:
(一)、大豆分离蛋白
大豆分离蛋白中蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸。其营养丰富,不含胆固醇,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一。大豆分离蛋白中富含高蛋白、低脂(对需要低热量膳食的减肥者而言,用大豆蛋白代替膳食中部分蛋白,不仅降低了胆固醇与饱和脂肪的摄入量,同时也达到了营养摄取的均衡)、可增钙、可降胆固醇。
(二)、复合油脂粉
红花籽油其主要成份为人体必需但又不能在体内自行合成的不饱和脂肪酸——亚油酸,它能有效溶解胆固醇,具有降血脂、清除血管内壁沉积物以及降血压的作用。
椰子油这种饱和脂肪酸同样也起抗氧化剂的作用,它可用于治疗儿童的佝偻病、成人的骨质疏松,保护骨骼不受自由基损伤。新鲜椰子和冷榨食疗椰子油含有一种称为甾醇的类脂肪物质,甾醇与孕酮结构相近,在人体内用甾醇转化为孕酮,再转化成脱氧表雄甾酮(DHEA)和黄体酮等激素,椰子中的类孕酮物质就会有利于骨骼健康。
亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量为53%α-亚麻酸有抗肿瘤, 抗血栓, 降血脂, 营养脑细胞, 调节植物神经等作用,亚麻籽油富含各种最基本的ω-3脂肪酸,这是一种对心脏具有保护作用的重要脂肪,它可抑制你的食欲,防止脂肪在你的体内堆积。
(三)、低聚异麦芽糖
低聚异麦芽糖能有效的促进人体内有益细菌-双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,故又称为“双歧杆菌生长促进因子”,简称“双歧因子”。)
直接功效:低聚异麦芽糖难以被胃酶消化,甜度低、热量低,基本上不增加血糖血脂。低聚异麦芽糖能促进肠道内双歧杆菌增殖,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成,增加维生素含量,提高机体免疫力。低聚异麦芽糖不会被胃和小肠吸收,而是直接进入大肠,被双歧杆菌优先利用,助其大量繁殖,系为双歧杆菌增殖因子;而肠内其它有害菌则不能利用,从而能抑制有害菌生长,促使肠道内微生态向良性循环调整。
(四)椰子粉
椰子粉富含人体所需的多种脂肪酸、十八种氨基酸、钙、锌、锰、铁、维生素C等营养元素。椰子的营养价值很高。我国的中医认为,椰肉味甘,性平,具有补益脾胃、杀虫消疳的功效;椰汁味甘,性温,有生津、利水等功能。
研究发现经常喝椰子粉还可以均衡人体营养所需,提高人体营养摄入量,增强人体免疫力。能够起到润肠通便的作用,适合总坐在电脑前而引起便秘的患者。
(五)营养酵母
菌体维生素、蛋白质含量高,包括:细胞色素C、核酸、谷胱甘肽、凝血质、辅酶A和三磷酸腺苷等。
(六)糙米粉
糙米中含有丰富的抗活性氧植酸、阿魏酸等,可以抑制黑色素的产生,使皮肤保持白净,并能促进新陈代谢(减肥),预防动脉硬化、内脏功能障碍和癌症等。大量的氨基酸GABA存在于脑和脊髓中,有改善血液循环、增加氧气供应量、抑制神经失调和老年性痴呆症等功效。
(七)、共轭亚油酸
可以有效的降低体内脂肪组织相对于瘦肉组织的比率,真正的减到肥肉,而使瘦肉比率上升,这样的好处是瘦肉越多,体内新陈代谢能力越高,于是形成良性循环,减肥将更容易达到目标。
(八)中链甘油三酯
中链甘油三酯(MCT)通常可用于那些患有脂肪吸收不良,艾滋病人和癌症病人、糖尿病人的食品,可用于治疗前列腺增生、消散胆石、降低胆固醇、防治高血脂症等。此外还可以帮助减肥,实践证明,食用中链脂肪酸酯MCT对人体的体重、腹部脂肪面积的减少、腰围的减少,均有明显的效果。
(九)低聚果糖
低聚果糖是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;
(十)调制乳粉
脱脂乳粉是将鲜牛奶脱去脂肪再干燥而成,除脂肪可降低至1%左右外,其他变化不大。脱脂乳粉中不含脂肪,适宜肥胖而又需要补充营养的人饮用。
乳糖在乳酸菌的作用下,分解成半乳糖和葡萄糖。可促进钙吸收,具有整肠作用。为人类提供营养、提供能源。乳糖有利于钙的吸收。
(十一)阿拉伯糖
L- 阿拉伯糖在食品和药品方面的使用功能主要有两项,一是抑制双糖水解的降糖作用。二是对肝脏合成脂肪有抑制作用,从而减少体内新脂肪的产生。有排毒、减肥、润肠、降糖作用。减肥:脂肪的累积与消耗与每个人摄入能量的多少相关,一方面,阿糖随餐食用,能够控制主食中糖分的消化吸收,使进入体内的能力减少,机体就要通过分解脂肪转化为能量。另一方面,不被消化的糖进入大肠后被有益菌利用,在有益菌增殖的同时,产生大量的有机酸,有机酸提供给脂肪的合成,减少内敛型脂肪的产生,所以可达到减肥的效果。

本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:大豆分离蛋白28份、复合油脂粉10份、低聚异麦芽糖25份、椰子粉28份、营养酵母16、糙米粉32份、共轭亚油酸8份、中链甘油三酯13份、低聚果糖3份、脱脂乳粉6份、阿拉伯糖6份。其它原料组成、制备工艺均与实施例1相同。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:营养丰富均衡,具备多种保健功效,天然无公害,口感极佳,能够缓解体力疲劳,滋阴补肾,强身健体,适量饮用有益健康,易于推广,不添加任何反腐剂,安全可靠。

步骤三、将称取好的原料进行环保卫生安全合格检测;
步骤四、按比例将复合油脂粉、低聚异麦芽糖、椰子粉、糙米粉、共轭亚油酸、中链甘油三酯、低聚果糖、脱脂乳粉、阿拉伯糖放入搅拌速度为300/min~500r/min的高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到高混和细粉;
步骤五、向高混和细粉中依次加入一定比例的大豆分离蛋白和营养酵母,混合均匀,得到混合细粉;
步骤六、对混合细粉进行检验,检验合格的混合细粉在10公斤压力下进行气流超微粉碎,得到超微细粉;
步骤七、将超微细粉投入均质机中进行均质,得到均质细粉;
步骤八、将均质细粉进行微波真空干燥处理,得到干燥细粉;
步骤九、对干燥细粉进行质量检测,再将检测合格的干燥细粉末通过电磁活化技术进行磁化,得到活化细粉;
步骤十、将检活化细粉根据重量规格进行灌装,得到灌装细粉;
步骤十一、对灌装细粉进行辐照灭菌,对灭菌的灌装细粉进行压袋处理,得到压袋细粉;
步骤十二、对压袋细粉进行环保卫生安全合格检测;
步骤十三、对检测合格的产品进行进行贴签、装外盒,得到所述的具有多种保健功能的营养保健品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品,其特征在于:所述大豆分离蛋白是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品,其特征在于:所述复合油脂粉由红花籽油、椰子油和亚麻籽油复合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品,其特征在于:所述营养酵母由细胞色素C、核酸、谷胱甘肽、凝血质、辅酶A和三磷酸腺苷复合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品,其特征在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:大豆分离蛋白30份、复合油脂粉12份、低聚异麦芽糖23份、椰子粉27份、营养酵母15、糙米粉33份、共轭亚油酸7份、中链甘油三酯12份、低聚果糖6份、脱脂乳粉7份、阿拉伯糖8份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种保健功能的营养保健品,其特征在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:大豆分离蛋白28份、复合油脂粉10份、低聚异麦芽糖25份、椰子粉28份、营养酵母16、糙米粉32份、共轭亚油酸8份、中链甘油三酯13份、低聚果糖3份、脱脂乳粉6份、阿拉伯糖6份。
