背景技术
随着我国家具制造业及装饰装修行业的跳跃式增长,其发展更是突飞猛进,涌现了大量的业界行家,人们对板材的使用范围变得越来越广,而板材的加工工艺也随之越来越多,对于不同使用功能的板材来说加工工艺也是不同的,同时加工所产生的板材性能自然不同。
但是目前市场上的木皮合成工艺复杂,传统工艺加工出来的板材油漆消耗量大,浪费资源,而且甲醛含量高,影响人们的身体健康,不具备节能环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,包括原木皮,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸和三合板,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)、选取优质原木皮,进行粉粹,然后利用蒸汽脱脂杀虫,再将原木皮粉末放入蒸汽房里面,通入蒸汽,当蒸房内温度达到40℃以上时,持续蒸2小时以上,脱去原木皮中的树脂以及将原木皮中的虫杀死;
(2)、将步骤(1)中的蒸汽房内通过100℃以上蒸汽,对原木皮进行烘烤,持续时间1小时以上,减少原木皮中的水分,使其含水量为15%-20%;
(3)、将步骤(2)中的原木皮粉末添加粘合剂,在放入挤压打包机中挤压,挤压成122cm*240cm*1cm规格的薄板;
(4)、将三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过粘胶剂固定;
(5)、将步骤(4)中的三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过三聚氰胺浸胶纸黏贴在薄板上,然后将其转入压力容器中,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸薄板在温度200℃和1000T的压力下热压5min,即可得到表皮;
(6)、将步骤(5)中的表皮与三合板,转入到真空压力容器中,同时添加强化剂,在压力作用下将强化剂挤压入三合板内,即可得到木板;
(7)、将步骤(6)中的木板,经过喷涂油漆,即可得到门板;
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的三聚氰胺表层纸制备方法为;将纸张浸泡在三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂中浸泡,然后干燥固化,即可得到三聚氰胺表层纸;
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述强化剂由以下重量份的原料组成,环氧树脂15-25份、玻璃纤维18-20份、氧化铝13-17份、氧化锆8-13份、硅胶6-10份、碳化钽10-15份,树脂15-20份;
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述强化剂制备方法为:将氧化铝和氧化锆混合研磨,然后经300目筛过滤,加入到玻璃纤维中混合均匀,将混合物加热到220-280℃,加入环氧树脂和碳化钽,混合均匀后烘干,最后加入硅胶和树脂,即可得到强化剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明工艺简单,够利用木皮为加工原料,生产出符合条件的木板,即增加了原木皮的使用范围,又节约了木材资源,对环境保护有着较为重要的意义,具有节能环保的特征,本发明利用三聚氰胺表层纸贴附在板面上,再生产过程中既减少了油漆的消耗,同时使板材在使用过程中具有防潮防水的特征,同时也增加了木板的使用寿命。

实施例1,一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,包括原木皮,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸和三合板,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)、选取优质原木皮,进行粉粹,然后利用蒸汽脱脂杀虫,再将原木皮粉末放入蒸汽房里面,通入蒸汽,当蒸房内温度达到40℃以上时,持续蒸2小时以上,脱去原木皮中的树脂以及将原木皮中的虫杀死;
(2)、将步骤(1)中的蒸汽房内通过100℃以上蒸汽,对原木皮进行烘烤,持续时间1小时以上,减少原木皮中的水分,使其含水量为15%-20%;
(3)、将步骤(2)中的原木皮粉末添加粘合剂,在放入挤压打包机中挤压,挤压成122cm*240cm*1cm规格的薄板;
(4)、将三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过粘胶剂固定;
(5)、将步骤(4)中的三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过三聚氰胺浸胶纸黏贴在薄板上,然后将其转入压力容器中,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸薄板在温度200℃和1000T的压力下热压5min,即可得到表皮;
(6)、将步骤(5)中的表皮与三合板,转入到真空压力容器中,同时添加强化剂,在压力作用下将强化剂挤压入三合板内,即可得到木板;
(7)、将步骤(6)中的木板,经过喷涂油漆,即可得到门板;

(5)、将步骤(4)中的三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过三聚氰胺浸胶纸黏贴在薄板上,然后将其转入压力容器中,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸薄板在温度180℃和600T的压力下热压10min,即可得到表皮;
(6)、将步骤(5)中的表皮与三合板,转入到真空压力容器中,同时添加强化剂,在压力作用下将强化剂挤压入三合板内,即可得到木板;
(7)、将步骤(6)中的木板,经过喷涂油漆,即可得到门板;

Claims (4)

1.一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,包括原木皮,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸和三合板,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)、选取优质原木皮,进行粉粹,然后利用蒸汽脱脂杀虫,再将原木皮粉末放入蒸汽房里面,通入蒸汽,当蒸房内温度达到40℃以上时,持续蒸2小时以上,脱去原木皮中的树脂以及将原木皮中的虫杀死;
(2)、将步骤(1)中的蒸汽房内通过100℃以上蒸汽,对原木皮进行烘烤,持续时间1小时以上,减少原木皮中的水分,使其含水量为15%-20%;
(3)、将步骤(2)中的原木皮粉末添加粘合剂,在放入挤压打包机中挤压,挤压成122cm*240cm*1cm规格的薄板;
(4)、将三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过粘胶剂固定;
(5)、将步骤(4)中的三聚氰胺表层纸和装饰牛皮纸通过三聚氰胺浸胶纸黏贴在薄板上,然后将其转入压力容器中,三聚氰胺表层纸、装饰牛皮纸薄板在温度200℃和1000T的压力下热压5min,即可得到表皮;
(6)、将步骤(5)中的表皮与三合板,转入到真空压力容器中,同时添加强化剂,在压力作用下将强化剂挤压入三合板内,即可得到木板;
(7)、将步骤(6)中的木板,经过喷涂油漆,即可得到门板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,其特征在于,所述的三聚氰胺表层纸制备方法为;将纸张浸泡在三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂中浸泡,然后干燥固化,即可得到三聚氰胺表层纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,其特征在于,所述强化剂由以下重量份的原料组成,环氧树脂15-25份、玻璃纤维18-20份、氧化铝13-17份、氧化锆8-13份、硅胶6-10份、碳化钽10-15份、树脂15-20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保型原木皮合成工艺,其特征在于,所述强化剂制备方法为:将氧化铝和氧化锆混合研磨,然后经300目筛过滤,加入到玻璃纤维中混合均匀,将混合物加热到220-280℃,加入环氧树脂和碳化钽,混合均匀后烘干,最后加入硅胶和树脂,即可得到强化剂。
