Abstract
本发明公开了一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸,由纤维层和装饰纸在含负离子材料的胶粘剂中经同时浸胶辊压复合、预固化而构成整体,其生产方法为:将所述纤维层和装饰纸经第一次浸胶、辊压复合、第一次干燥、第二次浸胶、第二次干燥、冷确至室温、裁边、检验、包装完成,所述纤维层为土工布、玻纤布、聚酰胺纤维层、聚丙烯晴纤维层、聚酯纤维层、聚丙烯纤维层或陶瓷纤维层,所述负离子材料为负离子粉末。本发明具有缓冲遮盖性能、资源节约等优点,使用本发明来生产生态板,工序简单能耗低,还通过持续释放负离子可有效降低生态板中的甲醛,利于人体健康。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,尤其涉及一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸。
背景技术
生态板,在行业内亦叫三聚氰胺板、三胺板、免漆板。目前,其主要生产过程普遍为:以木单板作缓冲平衡层,在细木工板坯板或胶合板坯板等芯板层的上下两表面各与一整张木单板(通常为杨木单板,行业内称为杨木大皮)组胚,送入热压机进行第一次热压,然后移出热压机,在木单板外表面覆贴三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸,再送入热压机进行第二次热压成型。
上述方法不足之处有三点:
一、制作整张木单板普遍需要砍伐大径级木材,不利于生态保护;
二、制作芯板的胶粘剂用量较多且普遍含有甲醛,导致成品板的甲醛释放量较高,难以满足越来越多的消费者对优质环保产品的需求;
三、需要进行两次热压工艺,工序较多、能耗较高。
因此,有必要予以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了避免背景技术中的不足,提供一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸:使用非木质的纤维层代替木单板,无需砍伐大径级木材,利于生态保护;将负离子材料浸渍于集成纸中,制作为生态板后通过持续释放负离子,分解板材中的甲醛,利于人体健康;应用于生态板生产时,只进行一次热压即可成型,工序少、能耗低。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸,它包括纤维层和装饰纸,由所述纤维层和所述装饰纸在胶粘剂中经同时浸胶辊压复合预固化构成整体,采用连续生产线生产,其方法为,将所述纤维层和所述装饰纸经同时浸胶辊压复合、第一次干燥、再次浸胶、第二次干燥、冷确至室温、裁边、检验、包装完成,所述纤维层为聚丙烯纤维层、聚丙烯晴纤维层、聚酯纤维层、聚酰胺纤维层、土工布、陶瓷纤维层或玻纤布,所述纤维层厚度为0.1mm~3.5mm,所述胶粘剂中添加有负离子材料,经浸胶后所述纤维层和所述装饰纸中还包括所述负离子材料。
具体工艺步骤如下:
A、将所述纤维层和所述装饰纸在第一间浸胶池中浸胶辊压复合,浸胶量为所述纤维层质量分数的60%~115%,其中第一间浸胶池中胶粘剂为三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂、脲醛树脂改性胶粘剂、异氰酸酯胶粘剂或改性生物质胶粘剂,所述胶粘剂中加有负离子材料、脱模剂MS-N1和渗透剂HX-8746,负离子材料用量为胶粘剂质量分数的8%~20%,脱模剂MS-N1用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.1%~0.4%,渗透剂HX-8746用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.1%~0.4%;
B、将复合后的集成纸传入第一间干燥房中干燥,干燥温度120℃~145℃,干燥时间35s~80s;
C、再在第二间浸胶池中浸胶,第二间浸胶池中胶粘剂为三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂,浸胶量为所述纤维层质量分数的30%~85%,所述胶粘剂中加有负离子材料、脱模剂MS-N1和渗透剂HX-8746,负离子材料用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0%~15%,脱模剂MS-N1用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.1%~0.4%,渗透剂HX-8746用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.1%~0.4%;因使用三聚氰胺树脂浸渍,故使集成纸具有免漆性能,满足生态板基本的免漆功能;
D、传入第二间干燥房中干燥,干燥温度120℃~145℃,干燥时间35s~70s;
E、冷确至室温,裁边,检验,包装,完成生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸的制备。
所述纤维层为非木质材料且质地均匀、韧性好,通过浸胶预固化后(预固化度为30%~60%)初步获得较强的粘合强度,而且还获得一定的流动性,在生态板热压成型时的高温高压条件下,浸渍其中的树脂渗透填充于芯板表层的接缝,并二次固化,粘合强度进一步增强,可与芯板层紧密粘合,因而缓冲平衡性能优异,完全可以代替木单板,从而无需砍伐大径级木材,利于生态保护。
优选地,所述纤维层厚度为0.2mm~1.0mm。
所述负离子材料为负离子粉末。
所述负离子粉末为能够持续释放负离子的电气石粉、六环石粉、蛋白石粉、海鸥石粉、稀土粉、砭石粉其中的至少一种。
负离子材料作为一种具有健康、环保等多功能的新型材料,科研人员开展了大量实验研究,肯定了其价值,目前已应用于纺织品、陶瓷材料等领域。负离子材料释放出负离子,而负离子具有较高的活性,有很强的氧化作用,可将甲醛等有毒物分解为无毒的二氧化碳和水,消除空气异味,利于环保,而且还能破坏细菌的活性酶的活性,从而达到抗菌杀菌的目的,亦能持续产生远红外波,波长2~18微米,人体吸收这一波段的远红外线后,能在皮下扩张毛细血管,改善微循环,促进新陈代谢,具有保健功效。
本发明的负离子材料为粉末状,将其均匀分布于所述胶粘剂中,其用量为胶粘剂质量分数的5%~25%,通过浸胶,所述负离子材料均匀浸渍于所述纤维层和所述装饰纸之中,亦就是随之均匀浸渍于所述生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸之中,所述生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸制作为生态板后,通过持续释放负离子,可有效分解生态板中的甲醛。
所述装饰纸为素色纸或印刷纸。
本发明优选产品指标为:厚度0.4mm~1.2mm,负离子材料用量为所述纤维层质量分数的10%~25%,浸胶量为所述纤维层质量分数的120%~180%、挥发物含量6%~10%、预固化度30%~60%、定量为150g/m2~450g/m2。
本发明是由纤维层和装饰纸集成而成,它将现有技术中的缓冲平衡层和装饰纸集成为一体,应用本发明的生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸来生产生态板时,将生态板现有生产工艺中的热压贴木单板和热压装饰纸的两次热压合二为一,只需在芯板层的上下两表面覆贴本发明的生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸进行一次热压后,再裁边即可完成,工序少、能耗低,其热压参数为:热压温度120℃~135℃,热压压强0.8MPa~1.4MPa,热压时间7min~12min。
本发明的优点是:采用连续生产线生产,效率高、成本低,且缓冲遮盖性能好,完全可以代替木单板,从而无需砍伐大径级木材,有利于生态保护;本发明中的负离子材料经浸胶均匀分布于集成纸之中,应用于生态板后,通过负离子材料持续释放负离子,能够有效分解生态板中的甲醛,利于人体健康;本发明将生态板现有生产技术中的缓冲平衡层和装饰纸集成为一体,使用本发明来生产生态板时,将生态板现有生产工艺中的热压贴木单板和热压装饰纸的两次热压合二为一,只需在芯板层的上下两表面覆贴本发明的生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸进行一次热压后,再裁边即可完成,工序少能耗低。

具体实施方式
实施例:
纤维层1选择为0.5mm厚的聚丙烯纤维层。
装饰纸2选择为印刷纸。
负离子材料3选择为1000目的电气石负离子粉。
本实施例的一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸,具体生产工艺步骤如下:
A、将纤维层1和装饰纸2在第一间浸胶池中同时浸胶辊压复合,浸胶量为所述纤维层质量分数的90%;第一间浸胶池中胶粘剂选择为脲醛树脂改性胶粘剂,经搅拌均匀混入负离子材料3、脱模剂MS-N1和渗透剂HX-8746,其中负离子材料3用量为胶粘剂质量分数的15%,脱模剂MS-N1用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.2%,渗透剂HX-8746用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.2%。
B、将复合后的集成纸传入第一间干燥房中干燥,干燥温度132℃~134℃,干燥时间55s。
C、再在第二间浸胶池中浸胶,浸胶量为所述纤维层质量分数的70%;第二间浸胶池中胶粘剂为三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂,经搅拌均匀混入负离子材料3、脱模剂MS-N1和渗透剂HX-8746,其中负离子材料3用量为胶粘剂质量分数的5%,脱模剂MS-N1用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.2%,渗透剂HX-8746用量为胶粘剂质量分数的0.2%。
D、传入第二间干燥房中干燥,干燥温度133℃~135℃,干燥时间40s。
E、冷确至室温,经裁边刀裁边,检验,包装,即得到实施例的一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸,其指标:厚度为0.7mm,负离子材料含量为所述纤维层质量分数的16%,浸胶量为所述纤维层质量分数的160%、挥发物含量7.5%、预固化度46%、定量为255g/m2。
应用上述实施例的生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸来生产生态板时,只需在芯板层的上下两表面覆贴本发明的生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸进行一次热压(热压温度130℃,压强1.2MPa,时间8min)后,再裁边即可完成,工序简单能耗低,资源节约利于环保,生态板产品结构稳定,甲醛释放量为0.46mg/L,可达E0级的佳值水平。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本发明来说,还可以具有多种变换及改型,因而本发明的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或替代以及改型;尽管本文较多地使用了纤维层1、装饰纸2、离子材料3、聚酰胺纤维层、聚丙烯晴纤维层、聚酯纤维层或聚丙烯纤维层等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性,把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

1.一种生态板饰面用负离子浸渍集成纸,其特征在于:它包括纤维层和装饰纸,由所述纤维层和所述装饰纸在胶粘剂中经同时浸胶辊压复合预固化构成整体,采用连续生产线生产,其方法为,将所述纤维层和所述装饰纸经同时浸胶辊压复合、第一次干燥、再次浸胶、第二次干燥、冷却至室温、裁边、检验、包装完成,所述纤维层为聚丙烯纤维层、聚丙烯晴纤维层、聚酯纤维层、聚酰胺纤维层、土工布、陶瓷纤维层或玻纤布,所述纤维层厚度为0.1mm~3.5mm,所述胶粘剂中添加有负离子材料,经浸胶后所述纤维层和所述装饰纸中还包括所述负离子材料;
所述负离子材料为负离子粉末;所述负离子粉末为能够持续释放负离子的电气石粉、六环石粉、蛋白石粉、海鸥石粉、稀土粉、砭石粉其中的至少一种。
