Abstract

本发明涉及到一种铸造设备,特别是钢带铸造设备。浇铸钢带必须在铸造装置转接时应力和机械变形减少的被支撑。为了支撑紧接着铸造装置具有一柔性支撑,尤其是带有托辊的链条,其长度可以通过相应的调整装置来改变。

Description

带铸造设备
本发明涉及到一种带铸造设备,尤其是用于金属带,特别是钢带浇铸。
具有优点的是在铸造设备上浇铸的钢带厚度可达10毫米。
在DE 34 23 843 C2中阐述了一种用于浇铸特别是熔化钢水的铸造设备。由储料罐流出的钢水通过喷嘴形成一连续循环的,被冷却的并由托辊所支撑的钢带。固化的钢带由后续设备的输送装置进行输送,以便进一步的加工,特别是轧制。固化的钢带相对来说还是软的,在浇铸之后,即循环的钢带流出来之后无论如何不应直接由铸造机施以弯曲加载。此外在钢带内部与钢带表面之间还存在巨大的温度差。
本发明的任务是减少浇铸钢带中的热应力和机械应力。为此按照本发明在紧接着铸造设备的装置中安置一柔性的支撑部件。这一柔性的支撑部件特别的在铸造设备与紧接着的输送设备之间被张紧。通过这一柔性的支撑部件来承受由重力产生的垂直力。在此支撑和引导部件的长度是可调的。作为柔性部件可以使用能够支撑在托辊上的张紧钢带,在此托辊可以与输送设备同时或同步地被驱动。具有优点的是共同运行的托辊可以使钢带拉力最小。为此驱动器被调控。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供一种带有熔化金属输送和至少一冷却熔化金属的冷却装置的钢带铸造设备,其特征在于,对于固化钢带安置一柔性输送支撑部件,支撑部件的长度是可调节的,在柔性支撑部件上安置有至少一个用于在长度方向上调整张力的调整装置。
根据本发明的有益的结构,柔性支撑部件由自行车链条式的开口链所构成,在此在钢带宽度方向上并排安置有多条链条或相互交织排列,以形成足够大的支撑面积。
根据本发明的另一有益的结构,柔性支撑部件,即链条,带有托辊部件。这种托辊部件可以由钢带输送方向上的循环托辊或者球状部件所构成。在这种结构中具有重要意义的是,承受垂直力和保证在浇铸钢带输送方向上尽可能没有摩擦的输送。为了避免支撑范围内的拉压应力,托辊部件是被一起滚动或在钢带长度方向隔段驱动的。
根据本发明的另一有益的结构,对于柔性支撑部件,尤其是支撑钢带或最好是带有托辊部件的链条,安置有用于在柔性支撑部件的长度方向上调整柔性支撑部件张力的调整装置。由此可以调整悬挂曲线和由柔性支撑部件所支撑部分的长度。由此除了具有支撑钢带和减少浇铸钢带应力的优点以外,还能够平衡输送装置(输送托辊)中不同的旋转速度。因此柔性支撑部件也担当着调整钢带拉力的缓冲任务。当后面的输送装置相对于前面的输送装置具有较快的速度时,可以通过缩短柔性支撑部件同时降低后面输送托辊的速度来平衡钢带拉力。相反当后面的输送托辊速度太慢时可以减少对柔性支撑部件的张力,从而使支撑长度增加同时提高后面输送托辊的速度。
具有优点的是柔性支撑部件的支撑长度可以通过调整装置来改变,调整装置可根据铸造设备上一起移动的托辊的转矩通过适当的测量和加工装置的连接来控制和调整。
对于连续循环钢带或链条可以采用张紧辊作为调整部件。
具有优点的是对于有端钢带或链条在钢带端部或一个端部安置有液压缸。尤其是循环钢带也可以与支撑链条组合应用。
下面根据附图所示的实施例来详细阐述本发明。
按照本发明铸造设备由带有连续循环钢带,平衡部分2和后面的输送装置3的浇铸装置1所组成。浇铸段4在输送装置3与浇铸装置1的托辊11之间被输送。在两个输送装置3,11之间的平衡部分2中间安置柔性支撑部件5。柔性支撑部件5如图所示由带有托辊的链条所组成。链条5通过支撑托辊51和链条张紧器52而张紧。链条5的悬挂曲线确定钢带4的长度。在张紧状态钢带4实际上在虚线的位置上成直线地于输送装置11和3之间运行。在减少链条张力时钢带以相应的悬挂曲线垂挂在托辊51之间。
通过没有画出的测量和控制装置的连接根据托辊12的转矩来调整链条5的张力。具有优点的是通过控制装置输送装置3的托辊的速度也被调整。
为减少垂直应力,柔性支撑部件装置设置在必须得支撑浇铸段的位置是具有普遍的优越性的。因此柔性支撑部件不仅应用于钢带铸造设备,而且也适用于其它几何形状的铸造设备。
在另一具有优点的布置中支撑部件的长度可以这样被改变,以对上面的钢带施加一连续的支撑力。在此例如作用于链条上的力是与位置有关的。由浇铸段的测力差考虑到惯性力可以得出由控制量所建立的支撑力。
在另一具有优点的装置中链条或钢带在一点或多点被滚动支承,以形成两个或多个环套。由此可减少垂度,例如用于调节保护气体的支撑部件可以具有减少的体积。

Claims (7)

1.带有熔化金属输送和至少一冷却熔化金属的冷却装置的钢带铸造设备,其特征在于,对于固化钢带安置一柔性输送支撑部件,支撑部件的长度是可调节的,在柔性支撑部件上安置有至少一个用于在长度方向上调整张力的调整装置。
2.按照权利要求1的这种铸造设备,其特征在于,安置链条作为柔性支撑部件。
3.按照权利要求1的这种铸造设备,其特征在于,在柔性支撑部件中安置托辊部件。
4.按照权利要求1的这种铸造设备,其特征在于,安置钢带作为支撑部件。
5.按照权利要求1或4的这种铸造设备,其特征在于,支撑部件构成连续的环。
6.按照权利要求5的这种铸造设备,其特征在于,支撑部件是循环的。
7.按照权利要求1的这种铸造设备,其特征在于,在柔性支撑部件上至少安置一张紧辊。
