本发明涉及沥青生产设备技术领域,更为具体地说是指一种基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备。
背景技术
沥青混合料搅拌设备按照搅拌工艺分一般分为间歇式和连续式。间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备的计量、搅拌、卸料过程是间歇性的,一般按照一定的搅拌周期循环运行,其具有以下优点:1、间歇式的计量过程可以保证很高的计量精度;2、可以保证搅拌的均匀性。然而,间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备也存在以下缺点:1、间歇式的设备由于需要间歇性的进行计量、放料、再计量等繁琐的动作,受周期影响,设备产量比较低;2、要实现间歇式的计量和搅拌,必须有缓冲斗、计量斗、传感器、放料门等机构保证,故设备结构复杂,制造成本比较高;3、间歇式的放料过程会导致设备密封位置的气压间歇性地出现高低变化,容易产生冒灰等环保问题;4、原材料在进厂的时候本身就是分为好几种规格的,通过设备烘干后再次筛分开来,在间歇性搅拌缸中再一次混合料在一起,如果不考虑原材料来料的质量问题,从间歇式设备整体搅拌工艺来看存在重复混合再分离的过程,浪费能源。
目前,也出现了一些连续式沥青混合料搅拌设备,但由于结构上的设计不尽合理,导致混合料在搅拌设备中搅拌时间短、搅拌效果不佳,容易生产出不均匀的沥青混合料。另外,现有骨料的连续式称量受喂料皮带张紧力、浮动托辊位置差异影响而导致计量精度低,从而导致成品料油石比误差较大,而粉料计量称及沥青流量计的标定必须停机,影响搅拌设备生产效率和出料质量的稳定性。

本发明提供一种基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其主要目的在于克服现有连续式沥青混合料生产设备的搅拌效果不佳,容易生产出不均匀的沥青混合料等缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,包括冷料仓、连续式骨料输送计量系统、烘干滚筒、骨料提升机、双卧轴连续式搅拌主机、连续式沥青计量输送系统、连续式粉料输送计量系统以及成品料仓,所述冷料仓通过所述连续式骨料输送计量系统与所述烘干滚筒的进料端连接,所述烘干滚筒的出料端通过所述骨料提升机与所述双卧轴连续式搅拌主机连接,所述双卧轴连续式搅拌主机包括串联连接的第一双卧轴搅拌缸和第二双卧轴搅拌缸,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸设有骨料进口、沥青进口、粉料进口以及第一出料口,所述第二双卧轴搅拌缸设有混合料进口和第二出料口,所述骨料进口、沥青进口及粉料进口分别与所述骨料提升机出口、连续式沥青计量输送系统及连续式粉料输送计量系统对应连接,所述第一出料口对接在所述混合料进口对接,所述第二出料口连接所述成品料仓。
进一步地,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸和第二双卧轴搅拌缸均倾斜安装,其中,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸设有骨料进口的一端低于设有第一出料口的另一端,所述第二双卧轴搅拌缸设有混合料进口的一端低于设有第二出料口的另一端。
进一步地,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸和第二双卧轴搅拌缸内均设有两根搅拌轴,两根搅拌轴平行同步反向旋转,每根搅拌轴上间隔设有复数个进给搅拌组,每连续两个进给搅拌组之后还设有一个返回搅拌组,所述进给搅拌组包括沿搅拌轴同一圆周面垂直间隔布置的复数个搅拌臂和安装在搅拌臂上的进给叶片,所述返回搅拌组包括沿搅拌轴同一圆周面垂直间隔布置的复数个搅拌臂和安装在搅拌臂上的返回叶片,所述进给叶片和返回叶片结构相同、安装方向相反,同一搅拌轴上相邻两组进给叶片或相邻的进给叶片与返回叶片间隔交替布置。
进一步地,所述连续式骨料输送计量系统包括集料皮带输送机、全浮动称重皮带称以及倾斜皮带输送机,所述集料皮带输送机的入口设于所述冷料仓下方,所述全浮动称量皮带秤包括皮带计量称和称重传感器,所述皮带计量称悬浮于所述称重传感器上,所述皮带计量称的进料口与所述集料皮带的出口对接,该皮带计量称的出料口与所述倾斜皮带输送机入口对接。
进一步地,所述连续式沥青计量输送系统包括沥青储存罐、沥青泵一、中间过渡计量斗、沥青泵二以及沥青流量计,所述中间过渡计量斗设于所述沥青储存罐与第一双卧轴搅拌缸之间,所述沥青储存罐与中间过渡计量斗之间设有进口管道,所述中间过渡计量斗与第一双卧轴搅拌缸之间设有出口管道,所述沥青泵一与沥青泵二分别安装在所述进口管道和出口管道上,所述沥青流量计安装在所述沥青泵二与第一双卧轴搅拌缸之间的出口管道上。
进一步地,所述进口管道的前端与所述沥青储存罐连接,该进口管道的末端连接所述中间过渡计量斗,但不与中间过渡计量斗接触;所述出口管道的前端连接所述中间过渡计量斗,但不与中间过渡计量斗接触。
进一步地,所述连续式粉料输送计量系统包括粉料储存罐、叶龙给料器、气动蝶阀、中间过渡计量斗、出粉螺旋输送机以及粉料计量螺旋秤,所述粉料储存罐的出料口通过所述叶龙给料器及气动蝶阀与所述中间过渡计量斗的进口连接,所述出料螺旋输送机倾斜设置,且其倾斜下端与所述中间过渡计量斗的底部对接,该出料螺旋输送机倾斜上端与所述粉料计量螺旋秤的进料口对接,所述粉料计量螺旋秤的出料口连接至所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸。
进一步地,所述烘干滚筒、骨料提升机、第一双卧轴搅拌缸、第二双卧轴搅拌缸以及成品料仓之间均采用法兰连接,且内部相通。
进一步地,该连续式沥青混合料生产设备还包括一除尘器,所述烘干滚筒上配设一个燃烧器,该烘干滚筒顶部设有一尾气出口,所述尾气出口连接至所述除尘器。
进一步地,该连续式沥青混合料生产设备还包括一控制系统,所述控制系统分别与所述连续式骨料输送计量系统、燃烧器、骨料提升机、双卧轴连续式搅拌主机、连续式沥青计量输送系统、连续式粉料输送计量系统以及除尘器连接。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明的沥青混合料生产设备,采用两个串联的双卧轴搅拌缸,不仅产量大,搅拌时间长,而且由于两个双卧轴搅拌缸都是倾斜布置的,搅拌过程中在重力作用下,被搅拌的材料在搅拌缸内实现了回流混合的效果,延长了搅拌时间,还提高了前后材料的混合均匀性。
2、本发明不受周期影响,各个部件之间连续式地关联在一起,无需暂缓等待,产量大,各部件均按照相同的处理能力同步进行,不需要中间的缓冲装置和各类传感器,设备造价相对于间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备低。
3、本发明的各部件之间无缝对接并相互连通,后续沥青混合料搅拌和储存过程中产生的沥青烟会在除尘器负压作用下进入烘干滚筒内进行焚烧处理,环保性能好。
4、本发明通过控制系统使各设备的运行参数互相之间关联联动,使设备内部的气压相对稳定,故各部件之间接口位置不会存在由于间歇性的气压变化而导致冒灰,环保性能好。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。为了全面理解本发明,下面描述到许多细节,但对于本领域技术人员来说,无需这些细节也可实现本发明。对于公知的组件、方法及过程,以下不再详细描述。
基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,参照图1,包括冷料仓1、连续式骨料输送计量系统2、烘干滚筒3、骨料提升机4、双卧轴连续式搅拌主机5、连续式沥青计量输送系统、连续式粉料输送计量系统7以及成品料仓8,所述冷料仓1通过所述连续式骨料输送计量系统2与所述烘干滚筒3的进料端连接,所述烘干滚筒3的出料端通过骨料提升机4与所述双卧轴连续式搅拌主机5连接,双卧轴连续式搅拌主机5的出料口连接成品料仓8。
继续参照图1,该连续式沥青混合料生产设备还包括一除尘器9,上述烘干滚筒3上配设一个燃烧器31,该烘干滚筒3顶部设有一尾气出口,所述尾气出口连接至所述除尘器9。
本发明的连续式沥青混合料生产设备还包括一控制系统,该控制系统分别与上述连续式骨料输送计量系统2、燃烧器31、骨料提升机4、双卧轴连续式搅拌主机5、连续式沥青计量输送系统、连续式粉料输送计量系统7以及除尘器8连接。
参照图2,所述连续式骨料输送计量系统2包括集料皮带输送机21、全浮动称重皮带称22以及倾斜皮带输送机23,上述冷料仓1包括复数个,所述集料皮带输送机21的入口设于所述冷料仓1下方,所述全浮动称量皮带秤22包括皮带计量称221和称重传感器222,所述皮带计量称221悬浮于所述称重传感器222上,称重传感器222包括复数个,复数个称重传感器222均布在所述皮带计量称221的下方,将皮带计量称221稳定支撑。所述皮带计量称221的进料口与所述集料皮带21的出口对接,该皮带计量称221的出料口与所述倾斜皮带输送机23入口对接。
参照图3,所述双卧轴连续式搅拌主机5包括串联连接的第一双卧轴搅拌缸51和第二双卧轴搅拌缸52,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸51设有骨料进口511、沥青进口512、粉料进口513以及第一出料口514,所述第二双卧轴搅拌缸52设有混合料进口521和第二出料口522,所述骨料进口511、沥青进口512及粉料进口513分别与所述骨料提升机4出口、连续式沥青计量输送系统6及连续式粉料输送计量系统7对应连接,所述第一出料口514对接在所述混合料进口521对接,所述第二出料口522连接所述成品料仓8。上述第一出料口514和第二出料口522均设置有可以调节开度大小的放料门。
上述烘干滚筒3、骨料提升机4、第一双卧轴搅拌缸51、第二双卧轴搅拌缸52以及成品料仓8之间均采用法兰连接,且内部相通。
上述第一双卧轴搅拌缸51和第二双卧轴搅拌缸52均倾斜安装,第一双卧轴搅拌缸51的中心轴线与第二双卧轴搅拌缸52的中心轴线相互平行,该两个中心轴线与水平面所形成的夹角相同,该夹角优选为锐角。所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸51设有骨料进口511的一端低于设有第一出料口514的另一端,所述第二双卧轴搅拌缸52设有混合料进口521的一端低于设有第二出料口522的另一端。
参照图4,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸51和第二双卧轴搅拌缸52内均设有两根搅拌轴53,两根搅拌轴53平行同步反向旋转,每根搅拌轴53上间隔设有复数个进给搅拌组54,每连续两个进给搅拌组54之后还设有一个返回搅拌组55,两根搅拌轴上的进给搅拌组54交错布置,所述进给搅拌组54包括沿搅拌轴53同一圆周面垂直间隔布置的复数个搅拌臂541和安装在搅拌臂541上的进给叶片542。两根搅拌轴上的返回搅拌组55也交错布置,所述返回搅拌组55包括沿搅拌轴53同一圆周面垂直间隔布置的复数个搅拌臂551和安装在搅拌臂551上的返回叶片552,所述进给叶片542和返回叶片552结构相同、安装方向相反,同一搅拌轴53上相邻两组进给叶片542或相邻的进给叶片542与返回叶片552间隔交替布置。
参照图5,所述连续式沥青计量输送系统包括沥青储存罐61、沥青泵一62、中间过渡计量斗一63、沥青泵二64以及沥青流量计65,所述中间过渡计量斗一63设于所述沥青储存罐61与第一双卧轴搅拌缸51之间,所述沥青储存罐61与中间过渡计量斗一63之间设有进口管道66,所述中间过渡计量斗一63与第一双卧轴搅拌缸51之间设有出口管道67,所述沥青泵一62与沥青泵二64分别安装在所述进口管道66和出口管道67上,所述沥青流量计65安装在所述沥青泵二64与第一双卧轴搅拌缸51之间的出口管道67上。
上述进口管道66的前端与所述沥青储存罐61连接,该进口管道66的末端连接所述中间过渡计量斗一63,但不与中间过渡计量斗一63的侧壁及底壁接触;所述出口管道67的前端连接所述中间过渡计量斗一63,但不与中间过渡计量斗一63的侧壁及底壁接触。
参照图5,上述中间过渡计量斗一63包括计量桶一631和称重传感器一632,所述计量桶一631上部的两旁侧分别对称设有一个称重传感器一632,计量桶一631竖直挂设在所述称重传感器一632下方,所述计量桶一631的外周壁上包覆一保温加热层633,对计量桶一631内的沥青进行加热保温。
连续式沥青计量输送系统的标定方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)参照图5,使沥青泵一62和沥青泵二64以相同的流量参数运行,沥青流量由沥青流量计65控制;
(2)参照图6,沥青泵一62停止工作,而沥青泵二64以原流量参数继续运行,中间过渡计量斗一63内沥青重量逐渐减少,并通过控制系统运算得到中间过渡计量斗一63内沥青重量减少的速度;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间过渡计量斗一63内沥青重量减少的速度与沥青流量计65的计量数据进行比较;
(4)若沥青流量计65的计量数据与中间过渡计量斗一63内沥青重量减少的速度存在误差,通过控制系统自动对沥青流量计65的参数进行修正。
参照图7,上述连续式粉料输送计量系统7包括粉料储存罐71、叶龙给料器72、气动蝶阀73、中间过渡计量斗二74、出粉螺旋输送机75以及粉料计量螺旋秤76,所述粉料储存罐71的出料口通过所述叶龙给料器72及气动蝶阀73与所述中间过渡计量斗二74的进口连接,所述出料螺旋输送机75倾斜设置,且其倾斜下端与所述中间过渡计量斗二74的底部对接,该出料螺旋输送机75倾斜上端与所述粉料计量螺旋秤76的进料口对接,所述粉料计量螺旋秤76的出料口连接至第一双卧轴搅拌缸51。
参照图7,上述中间过渡计量斗二74包括计量桶二741和称重传感器二742,所述计量桶741通过悬挂在称重传感器二742下方。称重传感器二742可以实时称量计量桶二741中的粉料重量。
参照图7和图8,上述粉料计量螺旋秤76由螺旋输送机761和称重传感器三762组成,所述螺旋输送机761完全浮动设于称重传感器三762上。具体地,所述螺旋输送机761采用三点支撑结构,其中一个支撑点安装有称重传感器三762,另外两个支撑点设有活动铰链763。当螺旋输送机761内粉料重量发生变化导致螺旋输送机761对三个支撑点压力发生变化时,则实现了粉料计量螺旋称76的称重过程。
连续式粉料输送计量系统7标定时,气动蝶阀73关闭,随着中间过渡计量斗二74的出粉螺旋输送机75的运行,中间过渡计量斗二74内的粉料重量逐步减少,通过检测中间过渡计量斗二74内的粉料重量逐渐减少的速度运算出中间过渡计量斗二74底部出粉螺旋输送机75的实测产量,将此实测产量与粉料计量螺旋秤76的产量参数进行对比。对比后如果存在不一致,则自动修改粉料计量螺旋秤76的修正参数,使其与实测值一致。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (10)

1.基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:包括冷料仓、连续式骨料输送计量系统、烘干滚筒、骨料提升机、双卧轴连续式搅拌主机、连续式沥青计量输送系统、连续式粉料输送计量系统以及成品料仓,所述冷料仓通过所述连续式骨料输送计量系统与所述烘干滚筒的进料端连接,所述烘干滚筒的出料端通过所述骨料提升机与所述双卧轴连续式搅拌主机连接,所述双卧轴连续式搅拌主机包括串联连接的第一双卧轴搅拌缸和第二双卧轴搅拌缸,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸设有骨料进口、沥青进口、粉料进口以及第一出料口,所述第二双卧轴搅拌缸设有混合料进口和第二出料口,所述骨料进口、沥青进口及粉料进口分别与所述骨料提升机出口、连续式沥青计量输送系统及连续式粉料输送计量系统对应连接,所述第一出料口对接在所述混合料进口对接,所述第二出料口连接所述成品料仓。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸和第二双卧轴搅拌缸均倾斜安装,其中,所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸设有骨料进口的一端低于设有第一出料口的另一端,所述第二双卧轴搅拌缸设有混合料进口的一端低于设有第二出料口的另一端。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸和第二双卧轴搅拌缸内均设有两根搅拌轴,两根搅拌轴平行同步反向旋转,每根搅拌轴上间隔设有复数个进给搅拌组,每连续两个进给搅拌组之后还设有一个返回搅拌组,所述进给搅拌组包括沿搅拌轴同一圆周面垂直间隔布置的复数个搅拌臂和安装在搅拌臂上的进给叶片,所述返回搅拌组包括沿搅拌轴同一圆周面垂直间隔布置的复数个搅拌臂和安装在搅拌臂上的返回叶片,所述进给叶片和返回叶片结构相同、安装方向相反,同一搅拌轴上相邻两组进给叶片或相邻的进给叶片与返回叶片间隔交替布置。
4.如权利要求1所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述连续式骨料输送计量系统包括集料皮带输送机、全浮动称重皮带称以及倾斜皮带输送机,所述集料皮带输送机的入口设于所述冷料仓下方,所述全浮动称量皮带秤包括皮带计量称和称重传感器,所述皮带计量称悬浮于所述称重传感器上,所述皮带计量称的进料口与所述集料皮带的出口对接,该皮带计量称的出料口与所述倾斜皮带输送机入口对接。
5.如权利要求1所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述连续式沥青计量输送系统包括沥青储存罐、沥青泵一、中间过渡计量斗、沥青泵二以及沥青流量计,所述中间过渡计量斗设于所述沥青储存罐与第一双卧轴搅拌缸之间,所述沥青储存罐与中间过渡计量斗之间设有进口管道,所述中间过渡计量斗与第一双卧轴搅拌缸之间设有出口管道,所述沥青泵一与沥青泵二分别安装在所述进口管道和出口管道上,所述沥青流量计安装在所述沥青泵二与第一双卧轴搅拌缸之间的出口管道上。
6.如权利要求5所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述进口管道的前端与所述沥青储存罐连接,该进口管道的末端连接所述中间过渡计量斗,但不与中间过渡计量斗接触;所述出口管道的前端连接所述中间过渡计量斗,但不与中间过渡计量斗接触。
7.如权利要求1所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述连续式粉料输送计量系统包括粉料储存罐、叶龙给料器、气动蝶阀、中间过渡计量斗、出粉螺旋输送机以及粉料计量螺旋秤,所述粉料储存罐的出料口通过所述叶龙给料器及气动蝶阀与所述中间过渡计量斗的进口连接,所述出料螺旋输送机倾斜设置,且其倾斜下端与所述中间过渡计量斗的底部对接,该出料螺旋输送机倾斜上端与所述粉料计量螺旋秤的进料口对接,所述粉料计量螺旋秤的出料口连接至所述第一双卧轴搅拌缸。
8.如权利要求1所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:所述烘干滚筒、骨料提升机、第一双卧轴搅拌缸、第二双卧轴搅拌缸以及成品料仓之间均采用法兰连接,且内部相通。
9.如权利要求8所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:还包括一除尘器,所述烘干滚筒上配设一个燃烧器,该烘干滚筒顶部设有一尾气出口,所述尾气出口连接至所述除尘器。
10.如权利要求9所述的基于双卧轴强制搅拌的连续式沥青混合料生产设备,其特征在于:还包括一控制系统,所述控制系统分别与所述连续式骨料输送计量系统、燃烧器、骨料提升机、双卧轴连续式搅拌主机、连续式沥青计量输送系统、连续式粉料输送计量系统以及除尘器连接。
