背景技术
随着经济社会的发展,人们生活水平越来越高,摄取的高热量食物增多,加之工作忙碌导致户外活动的减少、精神压力过重以及电磁辐射、环境污染的影响,各种各样的慢性病也随之出现:高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化、中风、冠心病、糖尿病、慢性肾炎、支气管哮喘、肝硬化等,报告称我国慢性病导致死亡的人数已占全国总死亡的86.6%,导致的疾病负担占总疾病负担的近70%。而大部分慢性病的发生发展相关系于内分泌系统的失调,常见的内分泌疾病包括内分泌组织疾病:如腺体增生、腺瘤(癌)、胃泌素瘤、肾素瘤;肾上腺皮质疾病、甲状腺疾病、嗜铬细胞瘤、糖尿病、肥胖症、痛风以及骨质疏松等。因此当代人们迫切需要一种行之有效和功效显著的健康产品来降低诸多慢性病、亚健康、肥胖和癌症的发生。

为了调节并改善人体内分泌系统,本发明提供了一种调节并改善人体内分泌系统的蓝莓复合冲剂及其制备方法,本发明以蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物、蓝靛果提取物、红树莓、草莓、桑葚和黑加仑为主要原料,添加木糖醇、麦芽糊精、甜味剂、复合维生素及矿物质辅料制作了一种调节并改善人体内分泌系统复合冲剂,可用于临床上内分泌系统疾病的辅助治疗和保健食品,也可用于人们日常生活的防护。采用的技术方案如下:

优选地,所述复合冲剂由以下重量份的原料制成:蓝莓提取物冻干粉200份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉50份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉50份,红树莓冻干粉15份,草莓冻干粉15份,桑葚冻干粉15份,黑加仑冻干粉15份,木糖醇200份,麦芽糊精25份,复合维生素及矿物质0.1份,甜味剂0.3份。
优选地,所述复合维生素及矿物质由如下重量份的组分组成:VD 4份~8份,VA0.5份~1份,VE 1份~5份,VC 6份~10份,VB1 0.5份~1份,VB2 0.5份~1份,VB6 0.1份~0.5份,VB12 0.005份~0.01份,叶酸0.01份~0.03份,烟酸0.5份~1份,β-胡萝卜素10份~20份,铜0.1份~0.4份,钙20份~40份,铁2份~6份,磷10份~20份,碘0.005份~0.01份,镁2份~4份,锌0.5份~1份。
本发明中“复合维生素及矿物质”配方中的重量份数是为了说明配方内各个维生素和矿物质成分之间的配比,“复合维生素及矿物质”配方中的重量份数并非与复合冲剂中的重量份数一致,在实际使用过程中只需要按照“复合维生素及矿物质”的配方进行制备后,再按照复合冲剂配方比例中所需要的“复合维生素及矿物质”称取相应重量份数“复合维生素及矿物质”即可。
优选地,所述甜味剂为天然产物提取的罗汉果甜甙和甜菊糖中的任意一种或两种。
优选地,所述蓝莓提取物冻干粉、黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉和蓝靛果提取物冻干粉均是通过以下工艺制备得到:
1)预处理:将蓝莓全果或黑果腺肋花楸全果或蓝靛果全果经筛选漂洗后,分别置于60°乙醇浸泡一周,将浸泡好的果料粉碎至40目;
2)提取:将粉碎后果料与60°乙醇以1:4(v/v)混合,并添加0.02%~0.1%(m/m)纤维素酶与木瓜蛋白酶的复合酶,调节提取液PH值至2.0~4.0;采用连续逆流超声提取设备在超声萃取功率为50KW/h、提取温度40℃的条件下提取;所述纤维素酶与木瓜蛋白酶的质量比为1:4;
3)浓缩:将提取后的料液经真空减压浓缩罐浓缩至原体积1/10,浓缩温度控制在50℃~60℃,真空度控制在0.075Mpa~0.1Mpa;
4)纯化:浓缩后的料液,经多通道二维色谱柱进行分离纯化,柱内填料为HYA-508A树脂,流速控制在10~30L/h,用60~90%乙醇进行洗脱,得到的洗脱液进行二次浓缩,浓缩温度控制在50~60℃,真空度控制在0.075~0.1Mpa;
5)冻干:将二次浓缩料液,分装入冷冻盘进行真空冷冻干燥,装料厚度为10~18mm,真空度为25~65Pa,冷阱温度控制在-60~-85℃,升华温度控制在45℃,解析温度控制在60℃干燥至恒重;
6)粉碎:将冻干的蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物、蓝靛果提取物粉碎过100目筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
优选地,所述红树莓冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜红树莓在-30℃下预冻6h,在冷阱温度-40℃、真空度≤30Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度50℃,解析干燥60℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的红树莓粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
优选地,所述草莓冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜草莓清洗后切片至2mm~4mm,在-26℃预冻6h,在冷阱温度-40℃、真空度≤45Pa条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度55℃,解析干燥65℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的草莓粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
优选地,所述桑葚冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜桑葚清洗后晾干,对半切分后在-40℃预冻8h,然后在冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤65Pa条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度50℃,解析干燥60℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的桑葚粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
优选地,所述黑加仑冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜黑加仑清洗后晾干,在-40℃预冻8h,在冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤65Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度55℃,解析干燥65℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的黑加仑粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
本发明还提供了一种上述蓝莓复合冲剂的制备方法,该方法为:将已制备好蓝莓提取物冻干粉,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉,红树莓冻干粉,草莓冻干粉,桑葚冻干粉,黑加仑冻干粉,木糖醇,麦芽糊精,复合维生素及矿物质和甜味剂真空填料于制粒釜内,将上述物料预混5min,喷入80%食用酒精,进行湿法制粒,制粒结束后,进入沸腾制粒机流化床,温度保持在45℃~65℃,干燥时间15min~30min,水分小于或等于3%时,将颗粒冷却至30℃以下,卸料;将制好的颗粒装入已消毒处理的容器中,然后用混合机进行混合,转速8r/min,混合时间10min,混合后的颗粒装于已消毒处理的容器中,即得具有调节并改善人体内分泌系统的复合冲剂。
本发明的调节和改善人体内分泌系统的蓝莓复合冲剂原料以蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物、蓝靛果提取物、红树莓、草莓、桑葚和黑加仑为主要原料,辅料添加木糖醇、麦芽糊精、甜味剂、复合维生素及矿物质。所述制备工艺采用酶辅助超声波萃取、色谱柱分离纯化、真空冻干后结合流化床造粒技术,即得到颗粒均匀,色泽良好,生物活性高及复溶性好的复合冲剂。真空冻干可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,并最大程度地保留其风味且复水性极高。采用流化床造粒技术所得颗粒粒度均匀,色泽良好,溶解性好。本产品在调节人体内分泌,增强人体免疫力、降血压、降血糖、抗疲劳、延缓衰老和预防肿瘤等方面有相互协同作用,可以用于临床上内分泌系统失衡病人的日常保健以及防护。
本发明有益效果:
1、本发明首次将蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物、蓝靛果提取物、红树莓、草莓、桑葚和黑加仑进行复配,并且经过本发明研究结果表明本发明复合冲剂可实现很好的调节和改善人体内分泌系统的功效,用于内分泌系统疾病高发人群和老年人的日常防护。
2、本发明利用麦芽糊精、木糖醇以及天然甜味剂按照一定的比例复配进行造粒可以掩盖冲剂中活性物质产生的涩味,将产品经过造粒工艺制成冲剂具有携带方便、速溶性好、饮用方便、营养丰富、包装简易、运输方便、保存期长等优势。流化床干燥器中物料颗粒在混合底层与气体充分接触,进行物料与气体之间的热传递与水分传递,可使所得颗粒粒度均匀、硬度合适,且色泽、溶解性好适用于工业化大规模生产。
3、本发明的蓝莓复合冲剂中的蓝莓取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物和蓝靛果提取物,经酶辅助超声波萃取,通过色谱柱分离纯化真空冷冻干燥,所得提取物冻干粉组分中富含高浓度的花青素、花色苷及多酚类物质,含有少量的果糖和果胶及微量元素,花青素和花色苷作为强抗氧化剂,对内分泌系统的调节和改善起到了关键作用。
4、本发明的主要原料均采用真空冻干压工艺制备得到,避免原料中的生物活性成分破坏,并保持原有风味物质及色泽,复水性好,口感好等特点。
5、本发明采用流化床造粒技术可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,同样最大限度的地保留其风味。流化床造粒技术所得颗粒粒度均匀,色泽良好,溶解性好。
6、本发明的复合冲剂在全面提供营养素的前提下,不增加胃肠道的负担,促进胃肠道蠕动,加速新陈代谢,促进消化、吸收和排便,改善便秘,同时可降低血脂,预防大肠癌、降低胆固醇、软化血管、预防高血压和动脉硬化,抑制艾滋病病毒等,具有显著的调节和改善人体内分泌系统、缓解疲劳之功能。
7、本发明产品加工方法简单,最大限度地保持了原料的功效成分,食用方便,安全有效,可用于临床内分泌系统疾病病人的辅助治疗和日常保健,也可适用于广泛人群的疾病预防和保健食品。

本实施例提供了一种调节并改善人体内分泌系统的蓝莓复合冲剂及制备方法,其加工步骤如下:
一种调节并改善人体内分泌系统的复合冲剂由以下重量组份原料组成:
蓝莓提取物冻干粉200份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉50份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉50份,红树莓冻干粉15份,草莓冻干粉15份,桑葚冻干粉15份,黑加仑冻干粉15份,木糖醇200份,麦芽糊精25份,复合维生素及矿物质0.1份,甜味剂(天然产物提取的罗汉果甜甙)0.3份;
其中:“复合维生素及矿物质”按照如下配方(重量份)进行制备:
VD 6份,VA 0.3份,VE 3份,VC 8份,VB1 0.8份,VB2 0.8份,VB6 0.3份,VB12 0.006份,叶酸0.02份,烟酸0.8份,β-胡萝卜素15份,铜0.2份,钙30份,铁5份磷15份,碘0.008份,镁3份,锌0.6份,将上述组分按照上述质量份数进行混合后获得“复合维生素及矿物质”。
在获得的“复合维生素及矿物质”中按照复合冲剂的配方比例称取0.1份用于制备复合冲剂。
上述蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物和蓝靛果提取物制备方法为:
(1)预处理:将蓝莓、黑果腺肋花楸和蓝靛果全果经筛选漂洗后,分别置于60°乙醇浸泡一周,将浸泡好的果料粉碎至40目。
(2)提取:将粉碎后果料与60°乙醇以1:4比例混合,并添加0.02~0.1%复合酶(纤维素酶与木瓜蛋白酶用量的比例是1:4),用柠檬酸调提取液PH2.0~4.0。采用连续逆流超声提取设备,超声萃取功率为50KW/h,提取温度40℃。
(3)浓缩:将提取后的料液经真空减压浓缩罐浓缩至原体积1/10,浓缩温度控制在50~60℃,真空度控制在0.075~0.1Mpa。
(4)纯化:浓缩后的料液,经多通道二维色谱柱进行分离纯化,柱内填料为HYA-508A树脂,流速控制在10~30L/h,用60~90%乙醇进行洗脱,得到的洗脱液进行二次浓缩,浓缩温度控制在50~60℃,真空度控制在0.075~0.1Mpa。
(5)冻干:将二次浓缩料液,分装入冷冻盘进行真空冷冻干燥,装料厚度为10~18mm,真空度为25~65Pa,冷阱温度控制在-60~-85℃,升华温度控制在45℃,解析温度控制在60℃干燥至恒重。
(6)粉碎:将冻干的蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物、蓝靛果提取物粉碎过100目筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,防止冻干粉吸潮氧化,用铝箔袋密封包装备用。
红树莓、草莓、桑葚和黑加仑制备方法为:
(1)预处理:挑选成熟、无病虫害的红树莓、草莓、桑葚和黑加仑用清水洗净,将草莓进行切片处理,利于冻干。
(2)冻干:考虑4种浆果尺寸、含水量、共晶点及共熔点温度等特性不同,并根据干燥升温程度,物料温曲线平稳程度,分别制定冻干曲线,确定真空冷冻干燥工艺为:
新鲜红树莓→预冻(-30℃,6h)→真空冷冻干燥(冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤30Pa)→升华温度50℃,解析干燥60℃干燥至恒重
新鲜草莓→清洗→切片(2~4mm)→预冻(-26℃,6h)→真空冷冻干燥(冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤45Pa)→升华温度55℃,解析干燥65℃干燥至恒重
新鲜桑葚→清洗→晾干→对半切分→预冻(-40℃,8h)→真空冷冻干燥(冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤65Pa)→升华温度50℃,解析干燥60℃干燥至恒重
新鲜黑加仑→清洗→晾干→预冻(-40℃,8h)→真空冷冻干燥(冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤65Pa)→升华温度55℃,解析干燥65℃干燥至恒重
(3)粉碎:将冻干的红树莓、草莓、桑葚和黑加仑粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,防果粉吸潮氧化,用铝箔袋密封包装备用。
本实施例的一种调节并改善人体内分泌系统的蓝莓复合冲剂的制备方法为:
将已制备好的蓝莓提取物冻干粉200份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉80份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉80份,红树莓冻干粉15,草莓冻干粉15,桑葚冻干粉15,黑加仑冻干粉15,木糖醇200,麦芽糊精25份,复合维生素及矿物质0.1份,甜味剂0.3份,真空填料于制粒釜内,现将物料预混5min,喷入80%食用酒精,进行湿法制粒。制粒结束后,进入沸腾制粒机流化床,温度保持在40℃~60℃,干燥时间15min~30min,水分小于或等于3%时,将颗粒冷却至30℃以下,卸料。将制好的颗粒装入已消毒处理的容器中,然后用混合机进行混合,转速8r/min,混合时间10min,混合后的颗粒装于已消毒处理的容器中,即得具有调节并改善人体内分泌系统的复合冲剂。
将上述功能性蓝莓复合冲剂在哈尔滨市40~80岁人群中进行试验,其中男性占50%,女性占50%,每人每次服用1瓶(600mg/瓶),每日三次,结果如下表1所示:

由表1可知本发明功能性蓝莓复合冲剂具有调节改善人体内分泌系统的功效,如:疲劳不振易困乏、甲状腺增生结节、乳腺增生结节、肿瘤患者、血液黏稠、高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、骨质疏松、风湿关节炎、痛风、便秘、精神抑郁和贫血等症状有明显改善的效果;且本发明功能性复合蓝莓冲剂对于贫血、高血脂、血液粘稠和疲劳不振患者具有显著改善作用,有效率可达90%以上。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一不同的是所述调节并改善人体内分泌系统的复合冲剂配方由以下重量组份原料组成:蓝莓提取物冻干粉150份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉50份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉50份,红树莓冻干粉5份,草莓冻干粉5份,桑葚冻干粉5份,黑加仑冻干粉5份,木糖醇100份,麦芽糊精5份,复合维生素及矿物质0.05份,甜味剂(天然产物提取的罗汉果甜甙)0.1份;
其中:复合维生素及矿物质按照如下配方(重量份)进行制备:VD 4份,VA 0.5份,VE 1份,VC 6份,VB1 0.5份,VB2 0.5份,VB6 0.1份,VB12 0.005份,叶酸0.01份,烟酸0.5份,β-胡萝卜素10份,铜0.1份,钙20份,铁2份磷10份,碘0.005份,镁2份,锌0.5份,将上述组分按照上述质量份数进行混合后获得“复合维生素及矿物质”。
在获得的“复合维生素及矿物质”中按照复合冲剂的的配方比例称取0.05份用于制备复合冲剂。
复合冲剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例三
实施例与实施例一不同的是所述调节并改善人体内分泌系统的复合冲剂配方由以下重量组份原料组成:蓝莓提取物冻干粉250份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉150份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉150份,红树莓冻干粉50份,草莓冻干粉50份,桑葚冻干粉50份,黑加仑冻干粉50份,木糖醇250份,麦芽糊精50份,复合维生素及矿物质0.2份,甜味剂(天然产物提取的罗汉果甜甙)0.5份;
其中:复合维生素及矿物质按照如下配方(重量份)进行制备:VD 8份,VA 1份,VE5份,VC 10份,VB1 1份,VB2 1份,VB6 0.5份,VB12 0.01份,叶酸0.03份,烟酸1份,β-胡萝卜素20份,铜0.4份,钙40份,铁6份磷20份,碘0.01份,镁4份,锌1份,将上述组分按照上述质量份数进行混合后获得“复合维生素及矿物质”。
在获得的“复合维生素及矿物质”中按照复合冲剂的的配方比例称取0.2份用于制备复合冲剂。
复合冲剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
虽然本发明已以较佳的实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技术的人,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可以做各种改动和修饰,因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种调节并改善人体内分泌系统的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述复合冲剂由以下重量份的原料制成:蓝莓提取物冻干粉150份~250份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉50份~150份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉50份~150份,红树莓冻干粉5份~50份,草莓冻干粉5份~50份,桑葚冻干粉5份~50份,黑加仑冻干粉5份~50份,木糖醇100份~250份,麦芽糊精5份~50份,复合维生素及矿物质0.05份~0.2份,甜味剂0.1份~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:蓝莓提取物冻干粉200份,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉50份,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉50份,红树莓冻干粉15份,草莓冻干粉15份,桑葚冻干粉15份,黑加仑冻干粉15份,木糖醇200份,麦芽糊精25份,复合维生素及矿物质0.1份,甜味剂0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述复合维生素及矿物质由以下重量份的组分组成:VD 4份~8份,VA 0.5份~1份,VE 1份~5份,VC 6份~10份,VB1 0.5份~1份,VB2 0.5份~1份,VB6 0.1份~0.5份,VB12 0.005份~0.01份,叶酸0.01份~0.03份,烟酸0.5份~1份,β-胡萝卜素10份~20份,铜0.1份~0.4份,钙20份~40份,铁2份~6份磷10份~20份,碘0.005份~0.01份,镁2份~4份,锌0.5份~1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,所述甜味剂为天然产物提取的罗汉果甜甙和甜菊糖中的任意一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述蓝莓提取物冻干粉、黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉和蓝靛果提取物冻干粉均是通过以下工艺制备得到:
1)预处理:将蓝莓全果或黑果腺肋花楸全果或蓝靛果全果经筛选漂洗后,分别置于60°乙醇浸泡一周,将浸泡好的果料粉碎至40目;
2)提取:将粉碎后果料与60°乙醇以1:4(v/v)混合,并添加0.02%~0.1%(m/m)纤维素酶与木瓜蛋白酶的复合酶,调节提取液PH值至2.0~4.0;采用连续逆流超声提取设备在超声萃取功率为50KW/h、提取温度40℃的条件下提取;所述纤维素酶与木瓜蛋白酶的质量比为1:4(m/m);
3)浓缩:将提取后的料液经真空减压浓缩罐浓缩至原体积1/10,浓缩温度控制在50℃~60℃,真空度控制在0.075Mpa~0.1Mpa;
4)纯化:浓缩后的料液,经多通道二维色谱柱进行分离纯化,柱内填料为HYA-508A树脂,流速控制在10~30L/h,用60~90%乙醇进行洗脱,得到的洗脱液进行二次浓缩,浓缩温度控制在50~60℃,真空度控制在0.075~0.1Mpa;
5)冻干:将二次浓缩料液,分装入冷冻盘进行真空冷冻干燥,装料厚度为10~18mm,真空度为25~65Pa,冷阱温度控制在-60~-85℃,升华温度控制在45℃,解析温度控制在60℃干燥至恒重;
6)粉碎:将冻干的蓝莓提取物、黑果腺肋花楸提取物、蓝靛果提取物粉碎过100目筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述红树莓冻干粉的制备方法如下:
将新鲜红树莓在-30℃下预冻6h,在冷阱温度-40℃、真空度≤30Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度50℃,解析干燥60℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的红树莓粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述草莓冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜草莓清洗后切片至2mm~4mm,在-26℃预冻6h,在冷阱温度-40℃、真空度≤45Pa条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度55℃,解析干燥65℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的草莓粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述桑葚冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜桑葚清洗后晾干,对半切分后在-40℃预冻8h,然后在冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤65Pa条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度50℃,解析干燥60℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的桑葚粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
9.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂,其特征在于,所述黑加仑冻干粉的制备方法如下:将新鲜黑加仑清洗后晾干,在-40℃预冻8h,在冷阱温度-40℃,真空度≤65Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥,在升华温度55℃,解析干燥65℃的条件下干燥至恒重,将冻干的黑加仑粉碎过100筛,控制操作环境温度为20~25℃,相对湿度为10%~20%,不超过40%以上,密封包装备用。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的蓝莓复合冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法为:将已制备好蓝莓提取物冻干粉,黑果腺肋花楸提取物冻干粉,蓝靛果提取物冻干粉,红树莓冻干粉,草莓冻干粉,桑葚冻干粉,黑加仑冻干粉,木糖醇,麦芽糊精,复合维生素及矿物质和甜味剂真空填料于制粒釜内,将上述物料预混5min,喷入80%食用酒精,进行湿法制粒,制粒结束后,进入沸腾制粒机流化床,温度保持在45℃~65℃,干燥时间15min~30min,水分小于或等于3%时,将颗粒冷却至30℃以下,卸料;将制好的颗粒装入已消毒处理的容器中,然后用混合机进行混合,转速8r/min,混合时间10min,混合后的颗粒装于已消毒处理的容器中,即得具有调节并改善人体内分泌系统的复合冲剂。
