Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善老年人心脑血管疾病及心脑血管疾病病人的日常保健的红树莓复合冲剂的配方。所述冲剂以红树莓提取物、山楂提取物、木瓜、草莓、猕猴桃、柑橘和黑加仑为主要原料,添加玉米糊精、麦芽糊精、木糖醇及柠檬酸等辅料加工而成。本发明采用真空冻干、喷雾干燥结合流化床造粒技术可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,且最大程度地保留其风味。采用流化床造粒技术所得颗粒粒度均匀,色泽良好,溶解性好。本产品可以用于临床上心脑血管疾病病人的日常保健以及防护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善老年人心脑血管红树莓复合冲剂的配方及其制备方法,属于特殊用途食品领域。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病是心脏血管和脑血管疾病的统称,泛指由于高脂血症、血液黏稠、动脉粥样硬化、高血压等所导致的心脏、大脑及全身组织发生的缺血性或出血性疾病。心脑血管疾病是一种严重威胁人类,特别是50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病,具有高患病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点,即使应用目前最先进、完善的治疗手段,仍可有50%以上的脑血管意外幸存者生活不能完全自理,全世界每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数高达1500万人,居各种死因首位。
为了解决上述问题,本发明以红树莓、山楂、木瓜、草莓、猕猴桃粉、柑橘粉和黑加仑为主要原料,添加玉米糊精、麦芽糊精、木糖醇、柠檬酸辅料制作了一种抗心脑血管疾病树莓复合冲剂,可用于临床上心脑血管疾病的日常保健食品,也可用于人们日常生活的防护。
树莓是蔷薇科悬钩子属的多年生落叶性灌木型果树,中草药称其为覆盆子。尤其红树莓富含 21种人体必需氨基酸和多种维生素,其中含有八种必需氨基酸,富含人体所必需的植物SOD, 天然抗癌物质鞣化酸,天然阿斯匹林水杨酸,大量天然减肥物质树莓酮以及维生素E,因此具有美容养颜,抗癌,防止心脑血管疾病等功效。红树莓中含有大量的树莓酮,大量研究表明:树莓酮具有改善心脑血管疾病的效果。
山楂具有健胃消食、调节脂质代谢、抗癌以及抗氧化等作用,山楂,又称山楂果,山里红,山梨等,属于蔷薇科,苹果亚种山楂属植物,山楂果实营养丰富,除此之外,山楂中还含有多种功能成分,如黄酮类物质、山楂酸、熊果酸、原花青素类物质等,这些功能性成分可用于提高免疫力、预防心脑血管疾病等功效。
木瓜中的黄酮类化合物具有多种生物活性,有抗溃疡、抗过敏、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂、治疗心脑血管疾病等功能。
草莓是一种营养价值很高的水果,一项体内研究证实,经常食用草莓可提高血液抗氧化水平,有助于降低人体患心脏疾病、癌症等慢性病和糖尿病等代谢紊乱疾病的风险。草莓中的黄酮类化合物对心脑血管疾病有很好的防护作用。
猕猴桃营养价值丰富,含有糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、VC、VE、VK等多种维生素以人体必需的多种矿物质,被人们称为果中之王。猕猴桃除了可以防癌抗癌,还可以预防冠心病、高血压、动脉硬化等心血管疾病。
柑橘中含有丰富的营养素,其中的橘络含有一种叫路丁的物质,路丁能使血管保持正常的弹性和和致密性,对心脑血管疾病具有改善作用。
黑加仑鲜果中含有大量的生物类黄酮,生物类黄酮对毛细血管的脆性和渗透性有改善作用,且能降低血清胆固醇,降低动脉硬化程度。
本发明首次将红树莓、山楂、木瓜、草莓、猕猴桃粉、柑橘粉和黑加仑这七种均具有改善心脑血管状态且属于药食同源的植物果实复配,制成便携且感官品质良好的冲剂。由于研究结果表明:多种功能成分复配使用,其效果往往要大于使用同剂量的单一成分的效果,即产生增效作用,因此,本产品可实现很好的改善心脑血管疾病的功效,用于心脑血管疾病高发人群的老年人的日常防护。
本发明利用玉米糊精、麦芽糊精以及木糖醇按照一定的比例复配进行造粒可以掩盖冲剂中活性物质产生的涩味,将产品经过造粒工艺制成冲剂具有携带方便、速溶性好、饮用方便、营养丰富、包装简易、运输方便、保存期长等优势。流化床干燥器中物料颗粒在混合底层与气体充分接触,进行物料与气体之间的热传递与水分传递,可使所得颗粒粒度均匀、硬度合适,且色泽、溶解性好。此外,采用流化床干燥器可实现很高的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种改善老年人心脑血管状态的红树莓复合冲剂的配方及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的
一种抗心脑血管疾病树莓复合冲剂及其制作方法,其特征在于所述冲剂应以以下原料加工而成:树莓提取物10g~20g,山楂提取物6g~16g,木瓜粉6g~16g,草莓粉4g~15g,猕猴桃粉4g~15g,柑橘粉4g~15g,黑加仑2g~10g,麦芽糊精6g~16g,玉米糊精5g~15g,木糖醇15g~30g,柠檬酸0.1g~0.9g
上述抗心脑血管疾病树莓复合冲剂按照以下加工步骤加工而成:
一、将采摘后的12h~24h内的红树莓、山楂果、草莓、猕猴桃、柑橘、黑加仑和去瓤后的木瓜清洗,后置于-25℃~-20℃低温冰箱中迅速冷冻0.5~1.5h,将冷冻后的树莓果、山楂果、草莓和木瓜转移至冻干机干燥仓内,于-20℃~-10℃条件下真空干燥1~3h。对干燥仓内加热板加热直至干燥仓温度为35℃~45℃,并调节干燥仓真空压力为30Pa~40Pa条件下保温1~2h,保持干燥仓真空压力30Pa~40Pa条件下进行降温,待温度降至15℃~25℃后维持1~2h,得到真空冷冻干燥后的树莓果、山楂果、草莓和木瓜,然后将干燥后的树莓果、山楂果粉碎后过40目筛备用。
二、采用微波辅助溶剂萃取的方法对山楂黄酮类成分进行萃取,为提高山楂黄酮类的得率,首先称取山楂粉10g,按照一定的料液比加入乙醇溶剂,充分浸泡2h后进行微波辅助提取,提取结束后离心分离上清液。
三、将上清液于旋转蒸发仪中浓缩,温度40℃,转速25rpm/min。将溶液浓缩至浸膏状备用。
四、将新鲜树莓打浆,后按照料液比1:10(鲜果)加入乙醇溶剂进行超声萃取,提取三次,后离心合并上清液。
五、将上清液于旋转蒸发仪中浓缩,温度50℃,转速20rpm/min,将溶液浓缩至原体积的1/10后,成浸膏状,备用。
六、将草莓、木瓜、猕猴桃、柑橘和黑加仑冻干果进行粉碎,过80目筛后备用。
七、将已制备好的树莓提取物浸膏、山楂提取物浸膏等按照一定比例混合均匀,倒入可倾式反应锅中,搅拌后加热至80℃~90℃,过75目筛,备用。然后启动制粒机,草莓粉、木瓜粉、玉米糊精、麦芽糊精、木糖醇、柠檬酸细粉真空填料于制粒釜内,现将物料预混5min,喷入已预热好的浸膏,进行制粒。
八、制粒结束后,进入沸腾制粒机流化床,温度保持在45℃~65℃,干燥时间15min~30min,水分小于或等于2.5%时,将颗粒冷却至30℃以下,卸料。
九、将制好的颗粒装入已消毒处理的容器中,然后用混合机进行混合,转速8r/min,混合时间10min,混合后的颗粒装于已消毒处理的容器中,备用。
本发明中所述的一种抗心脑血管疾病树莓复合颗粒的加工方法,步骤二中树莓黄酮类物质的提取条件为:料液比 1:51,提取溶剂为56%乙醇,微波辐射时间3.7 min。
本发明中所述的一种抗心脑血管疾病树莓复合冲剂的加工方法,步骤四中,山楂提取的条件为:超声时间40min,温度70℃,功率500W。
本发明的特点是以红树莓提取物、山楂、木瓜、猕猴桃、柑橘、黑加仑和草莓的提取物为主要原料,添加玉米糊精、麦芽糊精、木糖醇、白砂糖、柠檬酸等辅料加工而成。采用真空冻干结合流化床造粒技术可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,且最大程度地保留其风味。流化床造粒技术所得颗粒粒度均匀,色泽良好,溶解性好。本产品可以用于临床上心脑血管疾病病人的日常保健食品,也可用于日常人们预防心脑血管疾病的防护食品。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此,凡是对本发明技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围中。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种抗心脑血管疾病红树莓复合冲剂的加工方法,其加工步骤如下:
一、将采摘后的12h~24h内的树莓果、山楂果、草莓、猕猴桃、柑橘、黑加仑和去瓤后的木瓜清洗,后置于-25℃~-20℃低温冰箱中迅速冷冻0.5~1.5h,将冷冻后的树莓果、山楂果、草莓和木瓜转移至冻干机干燥仓内,于-20℃~-10℃条件下真空干燥1~3h。对干燥仓内加热板加热直至干燥仓温度为35℃~45℃,并调节干燥仓真空压力为30Pa~40Pa条件下保温1~2h,保持干燥仓真空压力30Pa~40Pa条件下进行降温,待温度降至15℃~25℃后维持1~2h,得到真空冷冻干燥后的树莓果、山楂果、草莓和木瓜,然后将干燥后的树莓果、山楂果粉碎后过40目筛备用。
二、采用微波辅助溶剂萃取的方法对山楂黄酮类成分进行萃取,为提高山楂黄酮类的得率,首先称取山楂粉10g,按照一定的料液比加入乙醇溶剂,充分浸泡2h后进行微波辅助提取,提取结束后离心分离上清液。
三、将上清液于旋转蒸发仪中浓缩,温度40℃,转速25rpm/min。将溶液浓缩至浸膏状备用。
四、将新鲜树莓打浆,后按照料液比1:10(鲜果)加入乙醇溶剂进行超声萃取,提取三次,后离心合并上清液。
五、将上清液于旋转蒸发仪中浓缩,温度50℃,转速20rpm/min,将溶液浓缩至原体积的1/10后,成浸膏状,备用。
六、将草莓、木瓜、猕猴桃、柑橘和黑加仑冻干果进行粉碎,过80目筛后备用。
七、将已制备好的树莓提取物10g~13g,山楂提取物6g~9g混合均匀,倒入可倾式反应锅中,搅拌后加热至80℃~90℃,过75目筛,备用。然后启动制粒机,将木瓜粉6g~9g,草莓粉4g~8g,猕猴桃粉4g~8g,柑橘粉4g~8g,黑加仑2g~5g,麦芽糊精6g~9g,玉米糊精5g~8g,木糖醇15g~20g,柠檬酸0.1g~0.3g真空填料于制粒釜内,现将物料预混5min,喷入已预热好的浸膏,进行制粒。
八、制粒结束后,进入沸腾制粒机流化床,温度保持在45℃~65℃,干燥时间15min~30min,水分小于或等于2.5%时,将颗粒冷却至30℃以下,卸料。
九、将制好的颗粒装入已消毒处理的容器中,然后用混合机进行混合,转速8r/min,混合时间10min,混合后的颗粒装于已消毒处理的容器中,备用。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一不同的是步骤七中加入树莓提取物14g~17g,山楂提取物10g~13g,木瓜粉10g~13g,草莓粉9g~12g,猕猴桃粉9g~12g,柑橘粉9g~12g,黑加仑6g~8g,麦芽糊精9g~12g,玉米糊精9g~12g,木糖醇21g~25g,柠檬酸0.4g~0.6g。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一不同的是步骤七中加入树莓提取物18g~20g,山楂提取物14g~16g,木瓜粉14g~16g,草莓粉13g~15g,猕猴桃粉13g~15g,柑橘粉13g~15g,黑加仑9g~10g,麦芽糊精13g~16g,玉米糊精13g~15g,木糖醇26g~30g,柠檬酸0.7g~0.9g。以上实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其进行限制;尽管参照前述实施例对被发明进行了详细的说明,但对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,而对这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明所要求保护的技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种改善老年人心脑血管的红树莓复合冲剂的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂应以以下原料加工而成:红树莓提取物10g~20g,山楂提取物6g~16g,木瓜粉6g~16g,草莓粉4g~15g,猕猴桃粉4g~15g,柑橘粉4g~15g,黑加仑2g~10g,麦芽糊精6g~16g,玉米糊精5g~15g,木糖醇15g~30g,柠檬酸0.1g~0.9g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善老年人心脑血管红树莓复合冲剂的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂由以下原料加工而成:红树莓提取物10g~13g,山楂提取物6g~9g,木瓜粉6g~9g,草莓粉4g~8g,猕猴桃粉4g~8g,柑橘粉4g~8g,黑加仑2g~5g,麦芽糊精6g~9g,玉米糊精5g~8g,木糖醇15g~20g,柠檬酸0.1g~0.3g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善老年人心脑血管红树莓复合冲剂的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂由以下原料加工而成:红树莓提取物14g~17g,山楂提取物10g~13g,木瓜粉10g~13g,草莓粉9g~12g,猕猴桃粉9g~12g,柑橘粉9g~12g,黑加仑6g~8g,麦芽糊精9g~12g,玉米糊精9g~12g,木糖醇21g~25g,柠檬酸0.4g~0.6g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善老年人心脑血管红树莓复合冲剂的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂由以下原料加工而成:红树莓提取物18g~20g,山楂提取物14g~16g,木瓜粉14g~16g,草莓粉13g~15g,猕猴桃粉13g~15g,柑橘粉13g~15g,黑加仑9g~10g,麦芽糊精13g~16g,玉米糊精13g~15g,木糖醇26g~30g,柠檬酸0.7g~0.9g。
