背景技术
人在能量代谢过程中会产生大量自由基,机体的抗氧化系统及抗氧化酶系具有清除自由基的能力。但当机体出于不良环境下时,清除自由基的能力不足以抵消其产生时就会产生氧化现象,进而导致衰老和各种疾病,尤其女性在30岁之后就开始缓慢衰老。
为了解决上述问题,本发明以蓝莓,枸杞,刺梨,高粱果,龙葵,酸浆,山里红,山葡萄,刺玫果,沙果,刺玫果,紫薯,薏米,黑米,糙米,燕麦,木糖醇为主要原料制作了一种针对女性人群的蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料,可用于日常生活的抗衰老保健食品。
蓝莓(Bluberry)属多年生灌木小浆果,含有丰富的营养物质,被世界粮农组织推荐为继苹果和柑桔之后的“世界第三代水果”,蓝莓中的花青素是其主要的生物活性物质,具有防止脑神经老化,保护视力,强心,抗癌,软化血管,增强人体免疫机能等多种生理功能。
刺梨是蔷薇科植物缫丝花的果实,在我国西南三省有分布,是贵州特色水果资源,具有“维C之王”的美誉。现代研究发现其主要含有五环三萜和黄酮类物质,在增强免疫力、抗动脉粥样硬化、延缓衰老、抗癌防癌抗突变以及健胃消食等方面均具有较好的辅助作用,刺梨中所含的刺梨多糖具有很好的抗氧化作用。
枸杞在调节免疫、降低血脂、血糖、延缓衰老、抗遗传损伤等方面具有重要的作用,因而在药材、食品等领域被普遍使用。枸杞果实含有丰富的蛋白质、膳食纤维、碳水化合物以及人体必需的微量元素,此外,枸杞提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性。

本发明旨在提供一种可以实现抗氧化、抗衰老的一种针对女性人群的蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的一种针对女性人群的蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料及其制作方法,其特征在于所述冲剂应由以下原料加工而成:蓝莓提取物10g~20g,枸杞7g~17g,高粱果5g~15g,龙葵5g~15g,酸浆5g~15g,山里红5g~15g,山葡萄5g~15g,刺玫果2g~10g,沙果2g~10g,刺梨2g~10g,刺玫果2g~10g,紫薯15g~30g,薏米10g~20g,黑米10g~20g,糙米6g~16g,燕麦6g~16g,木糖醇15g~30g。
上述蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料按照以下加工步骤加工而成:
一、将采摘后的12h~24h内的枸杞、刺玫果、沙果、刺梨清洗,后置于-20℃~-15℃低温冰箱中迅速冷冻1~2h,将冷冻后的蓝莓转移至冻干机干燥仓内,于-20℃~-10℃条件下真空干燥2~4h。对干燥仓内加热板加热直至干燥仓温度为30℃~50℃,并调节干燥仓真空压力为30Pa~40Pa条件下保温1~2h,保持干燥仓真空压力30Pa~40Pa条件下进行降温,待温度降至20℃~30℃后维持2~3h,得到真空冷冻干燥后的蓝莓,然后将干燥后的蓝莓果进行粉碎,过40目筛备用。
二、采用超声波辅助溶剂萃取的方法对蓝莓中花青素成分进行萃取,以提高蓝莓花青素的得率,首先将蓝莓打浆,按照料液比1:10加入60%的乙醇,充分浸泡2h后,于超声波清洗机中萃取,重复提取两次,合并上清液。
三、后将上清液于旋转蒸发仪中浓缩,温度40,转速25rpm/min。将溶液浓缩至原体积的1/10后,于真空冻干机中冻干成粉状,备用。
四、将薏米、黑米、糙米、紫薯及燕麦进行焙烤,控制温度120 ℃,时间20 min,焙烤熟后粉碎过80目筛备用。
五、将高粱果、龙葵、酸浆、山里红、山葡萄打浆后冻干,过40目筛备用。
六、将蓝莓提取物10g~20g,枸杞7g~17g,高粱果5g~15g,龙葵5g~15g,酸浆5g~15g,山里红5g~15g,山葡萄5g~15g,刺玫果2g~10g,沙果2g~10g,刺梨2g~10g,刺玫果2g~10g,紫薯15g~30g,薏米10g~20g,黑米10g~20g,糙米6g~16g,燕麦6g~16g,木糖醇15g~30g混合,置于三维混合罐中中充分混合30min,再经粉碎机粉碎后用 80目筛网过筛。
七、选用体积分数为85%的乙醇溶液作润湿剂,将步骤五中已混合均匀的物料揉成软硬度适中的团,然后过20目筛子造粒,颗粒放入50 ℃鼓风干燥箱干燥 1 h,成品置于干燥处保存。
本发明中所述的一种针对女性人群的蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料的加工方法,步骤二中蓝莓花青素的超声条件为:时间30min,功率500W,温度50℃。
本发明中所述的一种针对女性人群的蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料的加工方法,步骤三中的真空冻干条件为:预冷温度-30℃,时间3h,冷阱温度-80℃,压强0.01kPa。
本发明的特点是以蓝莓,枸杞,刺梨,高粱果,龙葵,酸浆,山里红,山葡萄,刺玫果,沙果,刺玫果,紫薯,薏米,黑米,糙米,燕麦,木糖醇加工而成,不添加任何添加,属于健康功能性保健食品。此外,采用真空冻干结合常温湿法造粒技术可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,且最大程度地保留其风味。乙醇湿法造粒技术所得颗粒粒度均匀,色泽良好,溶解性等。本产品可以用于女性人群抗衰老的功能保健食品,也可用于长期暴露于不良环境下人群的日常氧化防护食品。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此,凡是对本发明技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围中。
实施例一
一、将采摘后的12h~24h内的枸杞、刺玫果、沙果、刺梨清洗,后置于-20℃~-15℃低温冰箱中迅速冷冻1~2h,将冷冻后的蓝莓转移至冻干机干燥仓内,于-20℃~-10℃条件下真空干燥2~4h。对干燥仓内加热板加热直至干燥仓温度为30℃~50℃,并调节干燥仓真空压力为30Pa~40Pa条件下保温1~2h,保持干燥仓真空压力30Pa~40Pa条件下进行降温,待温度降至20℃~30℃后维持2~3h,得到真空冷冻干燥后的蓝莓,然后将干燥后的蓝莓果进行粉碎,过40目筛备用。

实施例三
本实施例与实施例一不同的是步骤五中将蓝莓提取物17g~20g,枸杞14g~17g,高粱果13g~15g,龙葵13g~15g,酸浆13g~15g,山里红13g~15g,山葡萄13g~15g,刺玫果9g~10g,沙果9g~10g,刺梨9g~10g,刺玫果9g~10g,紫薯26g~30g,薏米17g~20g,黑米17g~20g,糙米13g~16g,燕麦13g~16g,木糖醇26g~30g混合,置于三维混合罐中中充分混合30min,再经粉碎机粉碎后用 80目筛网过筛。

1.一种针对女性人群的蓝莓复合谷物固体饮料的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂应以以下原料加工而成:蓝莓提取物10g~20g,枸杞7g~17g,高粱果5g~15g,龙葵5g~15g,酸浆5g~15g,山里红5g~15g,山葡萄5g~15g,刺玫果2g~10g,沙果2g~10g,刺梨2g~10g,刺玫果2g~10g,紫薯15g~30g,薏米10g~20g,黑米10g~20g,糙米6g~16g,燕麦6g~16g,木糖醇15g~30g。
