背景技术
板栗,又称为栗子、毛栗子等,属于多年生植物,其含有丰富的营养物质,每100克中含淀粉51~60%,蛋白质5.7~10.7%,脂肪2~7.4%,钙15毫克,铁1.2毫克,锌1.32毫克,维生素E11.45毫克,核黄素0.15毫克,维生素C2.5毫克、粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素A、B、C及钙、磷、钾等矿物质,可供人体吸收和利用的养分高达98%。它的淀粉含量很高了,干板栗的碳水化合物达到77%,与粮谷类的75%相当;是马铃薯的2.4倍。栗子的维生素B1、B2含量丰富,维生素B2的含量至少是大米的4倍,每100克还含有24毫克维生素C,这是粮食所不能比拟的。鲜板栗所含的维生素C比公认含维生素C丰富的西红柿还要多,更是苹果的十多倍。板栗性味甘寒,有养胃健脾、补肾强筋的功能。栗子所含高淀粉质可提供高热量,而钾有助维持正常心跳规律,纤维素则能强化肠道,保持排泄系统正常运作。栗子对辅助治疗肾虚有益,故又称“肾之果”。

(1)将成熟后的板栗采摘后去壳,得板栗仁,将板栗仁在温度为55-65℃的冷风干燥设备中干燥处理40-50分钟,然后粉碎过80目筛,得到板栗全粉;
(2)将板栗全粉的湿度调节至40-42%,送入微波处理设备中,于微波频率2450MHz、功率500W下间隔微波处理,间隔时间为5分钟,每次微波处理10分钟,连续进行3-4次;
(3)取微波处理后的板栗全粉按重量比1(混合料):12-18(水)左右加水,于75℃水浴中浸泡1.5小时,然后加入木聚糖酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在40~60℃浸提1~4小时,得到提取液待用;
其中木聚糖酶的加入量为板栗全粉重量的0.1-1%;
(4)取上述提取液,利用循环水式多用真空泵进行真空抽滤,得到抽滤后的肽液,制得原料肽液:
(5)对原料肽液进行真空喷雾干燥,收集干燥物,粉碎即得板栗小分子肽粉。
一种含有板栗小分子肽粉的制品,由以下重量的组分制成:板栗小分子肽粉100g、呈味肽5g、山药多糖6g、蛋白锌3g、西兰花提取物4g、富硒蛋白粉10g、芦根提取物5g、羊胎素5g、茶树菇提取物3g、紫甘薯花青素3g、姜黄素2g、蜂花粉3g、小麦芽粉20g、绞股蓝提取物3g、单甘脂0.2g;制备时,将上述组合混合制成冲剂或饮品均可,富含微量元素,能够促进人体新陈代谢、健脑益智、预防心脑血管疾病的发生,有助于便秘、慢性肠炎等疾病的恢复,具有延年益寿的功效。
上述羊胎素的制备方法如下:
(1)将新鲜的羊胎盘分拣后去除杂物,放入清洗液或纯净水中进行清洗,保持清洗液的温度在35-45℃,先浸泡35-40分钟,然后清洗干净后捞出沥干表面水分放入温度为6-8℃,湿度为78-82%的保鲜库中至少保存4小时以上;
(2)将步骤(1)保鲜库中的羊胎盘取出,放入温水中浸泡10分钟左右,每500ml水温水中加入玉米肽5g、姜黄素5g、白酒20ml和大豆卵磷脂50g;起到杀菌消毒功效;
(3)将步骤(2)中的羊胎盘捞出,放入绞肉机,用Φ8-12mm的筛板粉碎,得到羊胎盘碎末;
(4)将步骤(3)中的羊胎盘碎末在4-6℃的环境下冷藏3-8小时,然后对羊胎盘碎末进行间断微波处理,间断处理次数为4~10次,每次间断时间为40秒,微波处理温度不超过100℃;
(5)将步骤(4)中微波处理后的羊胎盘碎末加入到纯净水中,并加热到45℃,再加入木聚糖酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在45~60℃浸提2~4小时,得到提取液;
其中羊胎盘碎末、木聚糖酶与纯净水的添加比例为每1kg纯净水中加入羊胎盘碎末0.6-0.7kg,木聚糖酶0.03kg;
(6)将步骤(5)中的提取液加热至100℃,保持30分钟,冷却后利用循环水式多用真空泵进行真空抽滤,得到抽滤后的料液,对料液进行真空喷雾干燥,收集干燥物即为羊胎素。
本发明公开的制备方法,很好的解决了现有技术中羊胎素提取所存在的技术问题。生产工艺克服了单一的物理法、化学法或酶法都去除沉淀不彻底的技术难题,将现代食品新技术和传统方法相结合,将微波和酶提取技术应用到羊胎素产品生产中,有效消除了沉淀,保证了产品的质量。制备的速溶粉即可直接冲服,作为保健药品;也可用于生产口服液、胶囊、食品、化妆品等产品。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述方法制得的板栗小分子肽,既能充分提取板栗中的有效成分,使板栗的活性物质得到最大限度的保留,又便于人体全面吸收,工艺先进、合理,质量可控。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种板栗小分子肽粉的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将成熟后的板栗采摘后去壳,得板栗仁,将板栗仁在温度为55-65℃的冷风干燥设备中干燥处理40-50分钟,然后粉碎过80目筛,得到板栗全粉;
(2)将板栗全粉的湿度调节至40-42%,送入微波处理设备中,于微波频率2450MHz、功率500W下间隔微波处理,间隔时间为5分钟,每次微波处理10分钟,连续进行3-4次;
(3)取微波处理后的板栗全粉按重量比1:12-18左右加水,于75℃水浴中浸泡1.5小时,然后加入木聚糖酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在40~60℃浸提1~4小时,得到提取液待用;

上述羊胎素的制备方法如下:
(1)将新鲜的羊胎盘分拣后去除杂物,放入清洗液或纯净水中进行清洗,保持清洗液的温度在35-45℃,先浸泡35-40分钟,然后清洗干净后捞出沥干表面水分放入温度为6-8℃,湿度为78-82%的保鲜库中至少保存4小时以上;
(2)将步骤(1)保鲜库中的羊胎盘取出,放入温水中浸泡10分钟左右,每500ml水温水中加入玉米肽5g、姜黄素5g、白酒20ml和大豆卵磷脂50g;起到杀菌消毒功效;
(3)将步骤(2)中的羊胎盘捞出,放入绞肉机,用Φ8-12mm的筛板粉碎,得到羊胎盘碎末;
(4)将步骤(3)中的羊胎盘碎末在4-6℃的环境下冷藏3-8小时,然后对羊胎盘碎末进行间断微波处理,间断处理次数为4~10次,每次间断时间为40秒,微波处理温度不超过100℃;
(5)将步骤(4)中微波处理后的羊胎盘碎末加入到纯净水中,并加热到45℃,再加入木聚糖酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在45~60℃浸提2~4小时,得到提取液;
其中羊胎盘碎末、木聚糖酶与纯净水的添加比例为每1kg纯净水中加入羊胎盘碎末0.6-0.7kg,木聚糖酶0.03kg;
(6)将步骤(5)中的提取液加热至100℃,保持30分钟,冷却后利用循环水式多用真空泵进行真空抽滤,得到抽滤后的料液,对料液进行真空喷雾干燥,收集干燥物即为羊胎素。
本发明公开的制备方法,很好的解决了现有技术中羊胎素提取所存在的技术问题。生产工艺克服了单一的物理法、化学法或酶法都去除沉淀不彻底的技术难题,将现代食品新技术和传统方法相结合,将微波和酶提取技术应用到羊胎素产品生产中,有效消除了沉淀,保证了产品的质量。制备的速溶粉即可直接冲服,作为保健药品;也可用于生产口服液、胶囊、食品、化妆品等产品。

1.一种板栗小分子肽粉的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)将成熟后的板栗采摘后去壳,得板栗仁,将板栗仁在温度为55-65℃的冷风干燥设备中干燥处理40-50分钟,然后粉碎过80目筛,得到板栗全粉;
(2)将板栗全粉的湿度调节至40-42%,送入微波处理设备中,于微波频率2450MHz、功率500W下间隔微波处理,间隔时间为5分钟,每次微波处理10分钟,连续进行3-4次;
(3)取微波处理后的板栗全粉按重量比1:12-18左右加水,于75℃水浴中浸泡1.5小时,然后加入木聚糖酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在40~60℃浸提1~4小时,得到提取液待用;
(4)取上述提取液,利用循环水式多用真空泵进行真空抽滤,得到抽滤后的肽液,制得原料肽液;
(5)对原料肽液进行真空喷雾干燥,收集干燥物,粉碎即得板栗小分子肽粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板栗小分子肽粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中木聚糖酶的加入量为板栗全粉重量的0.1-1%。
3.一种含有板栗小分子肽粉的制品,其特征在于,由以下重量的组分制成:板栗小分子肽粉100g、呈味肽5g、山药多糖6g、蛋白锌3g、西兰花提取物4g、富硒蛋白粉10g、芦根提取物5g、羊胎素5g、茶树菇提取物3g、紫甘薯花青素3g、姜黄素2g、蜂花粉3g、小麦芽粉20g、绞股蓝提取物3g、单甘脂0.2g。
