本发明涉及医用营养食品及其制备方法领域,具体涉及一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
脂肪代谢是体内重要且复杂的生化反应,指生物体内脂肪,在各种相关酶的帮助下,消化吸收、合成与分解的过程,加工成机体所需要的物质,保证正常生理机能的运作,对于生命活动具有重要意义。脂类是身体储能和供能的重要物质,也是生物膜的重要结构成分。脂肪代谢异常引发的疾病为现代社会常见病。
目前在医用营养食品领域,为人们提供了多种促进脂肪代谢的营养食品。现有的促进脂肪代谢的营养食品,其虽能够达到促进脂肪代谢的功效,却不能够在促进脂肪代谢的同时补充人体所需的其它营养成分,如维生素和矿物质等。且大多促进脂肪代谢的食品在制备过程中对食品口感和口味方面的处理不能达到较好的效果,影响食用者的食用体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品及其制备方法,它具有较高的促进脂肪代谢功效,能够在促进脂肪代谢的同时补充人体所需的其它营养成分,具有较好的食用口味和口感,给使用者带来更好的食用体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品由以下重量份数的原料组成:红薯50-60份、玉米40-50份、山楂20-30份、木瓜20-30份、燕麦10-20份、绿茶叶15-17份、饮用水60-70份、益生菌2-6份、叶酸1-3份、氨基酸1-3份。它的制备方法包括以下步骤:一、按计量配比取红薯、山楂、木瓜、燕麦、玉米去皮后清洗干净,将洗净后的各原料混合后捣碎,并进行搅拌得到混合物;二、将混合物放置于真空环境下的容器中备用;三、将绿茶叶清洗后加入饮用水煮制,饮用水沸腾后得到绿茶,将绿茶放置在容器中自然冷却;四、将绿茶加入混合物中开始搅拌,搅拌的同时将环境温度升高,并同时加入益生菌、叶酸、氨基酸,继续搅拌得到最终混合物;五、最终混合物冷却后,投入至熟化机中熟化,将熟化后的混合物放置于烘干机内烘干;六、将烘干后的成型食品进行真空袋包装,即可完成制备。食用时,打开包装袋即可食用。
所述的真空环境为紫外线照射下的无菌真空环境。紫外线照射下的无菌真空环境可放置混合物在空气中比氧化导致的营养成分流失,也避免了混合物与细菌的接触,保证食品健康。
所述的绿茶搅拌温度应升高至35-40℃。将绿茶搅拌时的温度升高至35-40℃,有利于益生菌加入搅拌时,保证益生菌活性,从而保证食品中益生菌的保健功效。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它具有较高的促进脂肪代谢功效,能够在促进脂肪代谢的同时补充人体所需的其它营养成分,具有较好的食用口味和口感,给使用者带来更好的食用体验。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例采用的技术方案是:一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品由以下重量份数的原料组成:红薯50份、玉米40份、山楂20份、木瓜20份、燕麦10份、绿茶叶15份、饮用水60份、益生菌2份、叶酸1份、氨基酸1份。它的制备方法包括以下步骤:一、按计量配比取红薯、山楂、木瓜、燕麦、玉米去皮后清洗干净,将洗净后的各原料混合后捣碎,并进行搅拌得到混合物;二、将混合物放置于真空环境下的容器中备用;三、将绿茶叶清洗后加入饮用水煮制,饮用水沸腾后得到绿茶,将绿茶放置在容器中自然冷却;四、将绿茶加入混合物中开始搅拌,搅拌的同时将环境温度升高,并同时加入益生菌、叶酸、氨基酸,继续搅拌得到最终混合物;五、最终混合物冷却后,投入至熟化机中熟化,将熟化后的混合物放置于烘干机内烘干;六、将烘干后的成型食品进行真空袋包装,即可完成制备。食用时,打开包装袋即可食用。
红薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有“长寿食品”之誉。含糖量达到15%-20%。有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效。明代李时珍《本草纲目》记有“甘薯补虚,健脾开胃,强肾阴”,并说海中之人食之长寿。
玉米的营养成分比较全面,一般含蛋白质8.5%、脂肪4.3%、糖类73.2%、钙0.022%、磷0.21%、铁0.0016%,还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2和尼克酸以及谷固醇、卵磷脂、维生素E、赖氨酸等。最新研究指出,玉米中含有一种杭癌因子—谷胱甘肽。国内外苦养学家给予玉米很高的评价,认为:玉米中所含谷胱甘肽其有杭癌作用,它可与人体内多种致癌物质结合,能使这些物质失去致癌性;玉米中所含纤维素是一种不能为人体吸收的碳水化合物,可降低人的肠道内致癌物质的浓度,并减少分泌毒素的腐质在肠道内的积累,从而减少结肠癌和直肠癌的发病率;玉米中所含木质素,可使人体内的“巨噬细胞”的活力提高2-3倍,从而抑制癌瘤的发生;玉米中还含大量的矿物质镁,食物中的镁具有明显的防癌效果。日本遗传学家确认:玉来糠可使二硝基茂致癌物质及煎烤鱼、肉时形成的杂环胺的诱癌变作用降低92%。
山楂属核果类水果,核质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩。果可生吃或作果脯果糕,干制后可入药,是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
绿茶叶对人体的保健作用被越来越多的人们所认识,茶叶内含化合物多达数百种,这些化合物中有些是人体所必需的,如维生素类、蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类及矿物质元素,它们对人体有较高的营养价值,可以起到提神益思、消炎灭菌、解毒醒酒、降脂降压等作用。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:红薯55份、玉米45份、山楂25份、木瓜25份、燕麦15份、绿茶叶16份、饮用水65份、益生菌4份、叶酸2份、氨基酸2份。
其他原料组成、制备方法均与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:红薯60份、玉米50份、山楂30份、木瓜30份、燕麦20份、绿茶叶17份、饮用水70份、益生菌6份、叶酸3份、氨基酸3份。
其他原料组成、制备方法均与实施例1相同。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它具有较高的促进脂肪代谢功效,能够在促进脂肪代谢的同时补充人体所需的其它营养成分,具有较好的食用口味和口感,给使用者带来更好的食用体验。

1.一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:红薯50-60份、玉米40-50份、山楂20-30份、木瓜20-30份、燕麦10-20份、绿茶叶15-17份、饮用水60-70份、益生菌2-6份、叶酸1-3份、氨基酸1-3份。
2.一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于它的制备方法包括以下步骤:一、按计量配比取红薯、山楂、木瓜、燕麦、玉米去皮后清洗干净,将洗净后的各原料混合后捣碎,并进行搅拌得到混合物;二、将混合物放置于真空环境下的容器中备用;三、将绿茶叶清洗后加入饮用水煮制,饮用水沸腾后得到绿茶,将绿茶放置在容器中自然冷却;四、将绿茶加入混合物中开始搅拌,搅拌的同时将环境温度升高,并同时加入益生菌、叶酸、氨基酸,继续搅拌得到最终混合物;五、最终混合物冷却后,投入至熟化机中熟化,将熟化后的混合物放置于烘干机内烘干;六、将烘干后的成型食品进行真空袋包装,即可完成制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:红薯50份、玉米40份、山楂20份、木瓜20份、燕麦10份、绿茶叶15份、饮用水60份、益生菌2份、叶酸1份、氨基酸1份。

7.根据权利要求2所述的一种医学用脂肪代谢全营养配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的绿茶搅拌温度应升高至35-40℃。
