本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种百香果糖水及其加工方法
背景技术
百香果,又名鸡蛋果,有黄色和紫色两个品种,果可生食或作蔬菜、饲料,用途极为多样,入药具有兴奋、强壮之效。其果瓤多汁液,加入重碳酸钙和糖,可制成芳香可口的饮料,还可用来添加在其他饮料中以提高饮料的品质;其种子榨油,可供食用和制皂、制油漆等;花大而美丽,没有香味,可作为庭园观赏植物。百香果营养丰富,含有17种氨基酸,丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖、维生素、钙、磷、铁、钾、SOD酶和超纤维等165种对人体有益物质,对高血压、高血糖降低胆固醇有功效;调节血糖、有助预防糖尿病;形成强健骨骼、舒缓骨质疏松;提高人体免疫力,预防疾病。在中国以外的其他地区,百香果享有“果汁之王”、“摇钱树”等称号。其加工食用方法多样。

本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种百香果糖水及其加工方法,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:百香果30-50份、柠檬0.2-0.4份、蜂蜜1-3份、金银花6-8份、枸杞4-7份、山栀1.5-2.5份、刺瓜0.6-0.8份、荷叶3-5份、冰糖3-5份、纯净水80-100份。
本发明还提供了一种百香果糖水制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)百香果对半切开,用勺子挖出果肉放入洁净容器中,金银花等洗净晾干,柠檬洗净切碎待用;
(2)另将冰糖加入纯净水中,加热至冰糖溶化,放入金银花、枸杞和山栀等,煮半小时;
(3)将果肉加入纯净水中,滴加蜂蜜,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的优点是:酸甜可口,有降血压、降低血糖、降低胆固醇、养颜美容、生津止渴、补中润燥、清热泻火和健脾和胃等的功效,长期食用有助于预防糖尿病,改善人体吸收功能,提高肠胃功效。

3.根据权利要求1所述的百香果糖水及其加工方法,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:百香果40份、柠檬0.3份、蜂蜜2份、金银花7份、枸杞5.5份、山栀2.0份、刺瓜0.7份、荷叶4份、冰糖4份、纯净水90份。
4.一种百香果糖水的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
