Abstract

Description
本发明涉及含有加入洗涤中的软化或抗静电组分的漂洗调理剂,在漂洗步骤,该组分悬浮于洗涤水溶液中。
在过去,织物的调理是在织物洗涤的漂洗步骤及在漂洗过程中或者在织物的回转脱水过程中进行。几乎在所有的情况下,漂洗调理是通过把漂洗调理剂的液体分散液加到漂洗水中来完成。该液体分散液是按惯例配给并作成用户可得到的形式,以容易使用其含水分散液。近来,考虑到环境和用户的方便,已销售浓缩的含水分散液,可以使用其少量或在使用前与水混合形成预稀释液。
在EP234082中,提出使用固体块状漂洗调理剂。这种方法,需要使用特殊的对该块状物的阻尼器,并且也需要改进洗衣机以使该块溶解并通过喷淋系统分散开。已提出了,提供粒状或粉状织物软化剂的各种建议。EP111074是这种类型的,其用二氧化硅携带软化剂。使用如二氧化硅作载体的缺点是其使得产品的体积增加,其除了使该粉状物与洗衣粉中可能含有的其他组分相容外不起什么作用。
WO92/18593介绍了一种粒状织物软化组合物,该组合物含有非离子织物软化剂和一种单一长烷基链的阳离子物质。该说明书指出,有效的阳离子软化化合物当以粒状形式使用时,分散性能很差。
已经提出,将粉状漂洗调理剂直接加到洗衣机中。如果通过通常的分散室做的话,存在相当大的困难,即漂洗调理剂与前面的洗涤的剩余的水接触后要变稠或胶凝。这就会防止或阻碍合适剂量的调理剂的分散。解决这个问题的方法是在适当的时候把该粉状漂洗调理剂直接加到洗涤中。这是很不方便的,并且需要在主要洗涤周期末关闭洗衣机,在继续漂洗步骤之前打开洗衣机,向洗涤液中试着撒粉状调理剂。
由于这些原因,尽管销售无水粉状漂洗调理剂对环境和运输有显著的优越性,但是制造商并不这样做。
根据本发明,提供使用粉状活性的漂洗调理剂,以形成该粉的水分散液,其特征在于把其加到洗衣机前不久,在洗衣机的外边配成该分散液。
本发明也包括把粉状的活性的漂洗调理剂用于洗衣机中,同时提供在其使用前立即在洗衣机的外边把其分散到水中的方法。
本发明还包括把漂洗调理剂或织物软化剂提供到洗衣机的漂洗水溶液中的方法,其包括的步骤为,在洗衣机的外边把该粉状物与家用自来水混合,使含有调理剂或软化剂的该粉状物分散,形成该粉状物的液体分散液,然后,用常规的方法,把这样形成的剂量分散液加到洗衣机的漂洗水溶液中。对于很多机械机器,这将包含把该分散液加到漂洗调理剂分散室中。
在本发明的范围内,在其使用的不久前形成该分散液的意思是,在完成该洗涤步骤的时间内制成用于特定洗涤步骤的分散液。
在本发明的范围内,洗衣机可以定义为通过机械的机理工作的一种机器或如桶和盆的更简单的装置。
该粉状调理剂也可含有共活化剂,其量优选为多至20%。该共活化剂优选是脂肪酸,该脂肪酸共活化剂优选含有硬化的牛脂酸。
该脂肪酸的量应该保持尽可能的低,优选低于15%,以使在由先前织物洗涤和漂洗过程的洗涤中携带阴离子活性剂的情况下,使软化性能的降低减少到最少。
有利的是该粉状调理剂含有非离子分散助剂,也已表明这样的分散助剂还有另外的软化优点。非离子分散助剂的例子包括长链醇乙氧基化物、糖和糖醇。
发明的粉状调理剂最好由用户在家中用水制成织物调理分散液。如果手摇可分散该粉则该粉是优质的。优选的是用水摇动该粉5秒钟,更优选的是用水摇动该粉2秒钟,最优选的是仅通过一次倒转装有该粉和水的密封容器来分散该粉。
如果在室温用水配成该分散液是最好的,因为对用户这是更方便的。
该组合物也可以含有流动助剂和在漂洗调理剂中常用的其他组分,例如香料、抗泡剂、防腐剂和染料。
有利的是该粉含有阳离子活性剂,优选的是该阳离子活性剂的含量大于该粉重的40%,小于95%。
该阳离子活性剂可以是生物降解的季铵化合物或咪唑鎓盐。
有利的是该粉含有水不溶的阳离子活性剂,该活性剂含有通过一个或多个酯键连到N原子上的两个C12-28烷基或链烯基的化合物。
用于本发明的组合物的优选类型的酯键链的季铵物可由下式表示:

其中R1、n和R2的定义同上。
这种类型的优选物质和它们的制备方法在例如US4,137,180(Lever Brothers)中作了描述。优选的是,这些物质含有少量的如在US4,137,180中所描述的相应的单酯,例如1-牛脂酰氧基,2-羟基三甲基铵丙烷氯化物。
优选阳离子活性物与脂肪酸的比大于6∶1。更优选的是阳离子活性物与脂肪酸的比例是12∶1。
现在参照下面的非限定性的实施例来描述本发明。
实施例1
用三种不同的方法制备具有表1所列组合物的粉剂,第一种方法是通过干混,第二种方法是通过熔融法,第三种方法是通过造粒。
干混:把固体HT TMAPC与非离子表面活性剂一起放到高剪切的容器中,并研磨2-5分钟。把在无机多孔载体中的香料加到该混合物中,然后把该混合物筛成所需要的颗粒大小或造粒。
在该实施例中,HT TMAPC含有溶剂(IPA),但是该方法同样在无溶剂体系中进行。
熔融法:上述的制剂也可以用熔融法制备。在这种情况下,把HT TMAPC、非离子表面活性剂和香料熔融,保证各组分很好的混合,并使其冷却和固化。然后把该固体予混合物和Microsil送到高剪切的容器中,按如上所述研磨成粉剂。
也可以用流动助剂或其他载体加香料,以取代熔融步骤的加香料方法,另外可以把香料喷上。
造粒:把按熔融法制得的熔融的混合物以约65g/分4cm的速度滴到热的(150℃)旋转的(-2000rpm)盘中,当熔融的物质旋转离开盘子时它就被空气冷却(当它向外散射时),并形成近似球形的粒状颗粒(50-500μm)。
所有这三种方法制得的粉剂当用于制备含水分散液时都显示出很好的分散性能。该水分散液在前方加料的洗衣机的漂洗水溶液中进一步稀释时,分散的很好。
实施例2
用熔融法,接着造粒成粒径小于350μ的颗粒来制备表2所列组合物的粉剂。仅存在溶剂是因为它们含在被提供的阳离子活性剂中。
根据预稀释剂所需的生物降解性和可控粘度液选择Genapol C-100非离子活性剂。包含有Alusil作为流动助剂。
然后把该粉剂与1升40℃的热水摇动几秒钟来制备5%阳离子预稀释液,得到一种很好的无小颗粒分散液,其保持稳定超过一个月,当它用做液体漂洗调理剂时有很好的软化性。
要知道,虽然这些实施例描述了制备含阳离子浓度5%(重)的预稀释剂,但是本发明也包括其他的软化剂和较高浓度的活性剂。例如,该粉可以分散形成通常所说的加到洗衣机中的浓缩物。在这样的液体浓缩物中一般活性组分的量为7-20%(重)。
实施例3
用实施例2所描述的熔融法制备实施例3的物质,并用实施例2所证明的同样方法来制备5%预稀释液。
实施例3的组合物列于表3。
*由Tetranyl AHT-1提供溶剂。
向涤垢仪中含有0.001%(W/W)烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)的1升室温自来水(10°FH)中加入0.1g软化活性剂(2ml 5%a、d分散液)来评价软化性能。加ABS是为了模拟由主洗涤中带出的阴离子洗涤剂。把4片厚绒布毛巾料(20cm×20cm,总重50g)加到涤垢仪容器中,在60rpm下处理这些布料5分钟,甩干除去过量水溶液,在绳上干燥过液。
由4人专家小组,用循环成对的比较试验方案来评定织物的软化情况。每个组员评定4组试验布料。在评定时,每组试验布料含每个试验系统的一块布料。在评价时,要求组员挑出每一对中较软的布料。不允许“没有差别”的表决。用“差异分析”技术评定软化分数,较高的值表示较低的软化性。
比较实施例3和2的结果。对于这两种制剂,阳离子活性剂与非离子活性剂的摩尔比是相同的(95∶5),结果列于表4。
可以看出,含有Tetranyl AHT-1的组合物的软化效果没有含有HT TMAPC的组合物的好。
实施例4
用熔融法,制备具有表5所列组合物的实施例4的调理剂粉。
*IPA制成熔融物,但是,在熔融阶段由于蒸发,在成品粉状组合物中存在的IPA的量可能是极少的。
当按实施例1的同样方法使用时,该粉表现出很好的软化织物性能。
实施例5-14
用熔融法制备组合物。在所有情况下,HT TMAPC与脂肪酸的比保持在恒量6∶1,在所有制剂中IPA的存在量为0.4%。HT TMAPC与非离子活性剂的比列于表6
实施例12、13和14,因为它们太粘,不能制成粉。
可以看出,HT TMAPC与非离子活性剂的摩尔比小于80.6∶19.4时,就不能制成粉。
在两组系列实验中测试实施2和3所描述的软化性能,其结果列于表7和8。
其说明,阳离子与非离子表面活性剂的摩尔比越低,该组合物的软化性能越有效。
实施例15
实施例15的粉剂的起始组成示于表9,用实施例1所述的干混法制备该粉。
把该粉过筛,得到150-250μm的颗粒。
HT TMAPC*、脂肪酸*和IPA*由Hoescht以连续的固体提供。
用下述的方法,在7℃和20℃,在水中测试实施例15的分散力。
把实施例15的产物称重加入到容器中,向该粉中加入脱盐的水(在20℃或7℃,95g),密封该容器。将该混合物摇动2秒钟或倒转一次。
用“Polymon 43T”150μm筛目(商标例:George Hall Ltd)过滤所有生成的分散液。把该筛目在105℃在炉子中干燥2小时,然后称重,计算留在筛目上的固体物的百分数。进行这些试验的分散液结果列于表10。
表10说明,用5g粉在7℃和20℃,用最少的摇动,该粉迅速地分散。当用15g粉时可以看出需要较强的摇动。
用实施例3所述的方法试验实施例15的粉的软化性能,结果列于表11。
预期水得到的软化评分是8。

Claims (11)
1、一种制备漂洗调理剂粉的水分散液的方法,其中该分散液是在将其加入到洗衣机不久前在洗衣机外边制备的。
2、一种向自动洗衣机的漂洗水溶液中加入漂洗调理剂或织物软化剂的方法,包括的步骤为:在洗衣机的外边把该粉与家用自来水混合,分散含有调理剂或软化剂的粉,形成该粉的液体分散液,然后,用常规方法把这样制成的剂量分散液加剂洗衣机的漂洗水溶液室中。
3、制备权利要求1中所述粉的方法,其中该粉含有阳离子活性剂。
4、制备权利要求3中所述粉的方法,其中也含有多至20%的共活性剂。
5、制备权利要求4中所述粉的方法,其中共活性剂是脂肪酸。
6、制备权利要求3中所述粉的方法,其还含有多至20%(重)的非离子分散助剂。
