Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理20‑30min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水37%‑45%、硫酸氢钾16%‑22%、复合酶15%‑20%、有机硅树脂22%‑26%;(2)水洗、脱水烘干;(3)印花;(4)固色;(5)皂洗、烘干;(6)定型。本发明工艺简单易控,安全环保,先采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理,能够提高羊毛织物的抗毡缩性、避免织物泛黄,然后再依次进行印花、固色,使羊毛织物的印花图案颜色鲜明,色牢度高。

一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织物印染技术领域,特别是涉及一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,消费者对纺织品的材质及外观品质要求越来越高。羊毛织物由于其具有优异的舒适性和保暖性,受到消费者的青睐。但是目前羊毛织物的印花工艺比较复杂,且由于羊毛织物存在一定的毡缩性能,因此一般在印花前要对其进行防缩处理,现有的防缩处理一般采用氯化法,氯化处理会使羊毛织物的颜色变黄,从而影响印花品质,并且氯化处理会产生有害氯化物造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,能解决现有羊毛织物印花工艺存在的上述缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理20-30min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水37%-45%、硫酸氢钾16%-22%、复合酶15%-20%、有机硅树脂22%-26%;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂12%-16% 、活性染料15%-20% 、渗透剂5%-9%、水60%-65%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水39%、硫酸氢钾18%、复合酶17%、有机硅树脂26%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水42%、硫酸氢钾20%、复合酶16%、有机硅树脂22%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶中的任意两种或多种混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂15% 、活性染料16% 、渗透剂7%、水62%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤(6)定型温度为120-140℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单易控,安全环保,先采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理,能够提高羊毛织物的抗毡缩性、避免织物泛黄,然后再依次进行印花、固色,使羊毛织物的印花图案颜色鲜明,色牢度高。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理20-30min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水37%-45%、硫酸氢钾16%-22%、复合酶15%-20%、有机硅树脂22%-26%;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂12%-16% 、活性染料15%-20% 、渗透剂5%-9%、水60%-65%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型,所述定型温度为120-140℃。
其中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶中的任意两种或多种混合物。
本发明采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理对印花前的羊毛织物进行预处理,能够解决羊毛织物的毡缩性,提高羊毛织物的尺寸稳定性,以提高印花效果,且采用复合酶无氯防缩整理液进行处理,不会使羊毛织物产生泛黄现象,环保无污染。
实施例1
一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理25min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水39%、硫酸氢钾18%、蛋白酶10%、淀粉酶5%、果胶酶2%、有机硅树脂26%;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂15% 、活性染料16% 、渗透剂7%、水62%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型,所述定型温度为125℃。
实施例2
一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理30min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水42%、硫酸氢钾20%、复合酶16%、有机硅树脂22%;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂15% 、活性染料16% 、渗透剂7%、水62%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型,所述定型温度为125℃。
本发明揭示了一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,工艺简单易控,安全环保,先采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理,能够提高羊毛织物的抗毡缩性、避免织物泛黄,然后再依次进行印花、固色,使羊毛织物的印花图案颜色鲜明,色牢度高。

Claims (6)

1.一种羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理20-30min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水37%-45%、硫酸氢钾16%-22%、复合酶15%-20%、有机硅树脂22%-26%;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂12%-16% 、活性染料15%-20% 、渗透剂5%-9%、水60%-65%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水39%、硫酸氢钾18%、复合酶17%、有机硅树脂26%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水42%、硫酸氢钾20%、复合酶16%、有机硅树脂22%。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶中的任意两种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,其特征在于,所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂15% 、活性染料16% 、渗透剂7%、水62%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的环保印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤(6)定型温度为120-140℃。
