Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛织物印花工艺,(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理;(2)水洗、脱水烘干;(3)印花;(4)固色;(5)皂洗、烘干;(6)定型。本发明工艺简单易控,安全环保,先采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理,能够提高羊毛织物的抗毡缩性、避免织物泛黄,然后再依次进行印花、固色,使羊毛织物的印花图案颜色鲜明,色牢度高。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种羊毛织物印花工艺。
背景技术
羊毛织物由于其具有优异的舒适性和保暖性,受到消费者的青睐。但是目前羊毛织物的印花工艺比较复杂,且由于羊毛织物存在一定的毡缩性能,因此一般在印花前要对其进行防缩处理,现有的防缩处理一般采用氯化法,氯化处理会使羊毛织物的颜色变黄,从而影响印花品质,并且氯化处理会产生有害氯化物造成环境污染。
因此,亟需新的技术来改进现有技术的不足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供了一种污染低、采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理、成品印花图案颜色鲜明,色牢度高的羊毛织物印花工艺。
技术方案:一种羊毛织物印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理28-38min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水13%-22%、硫酸氢钾13%-23%、复合酶14%-18%、有机硅树脂2%-8%,余量为水;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂13%-15% 、活性染料18%-22%、渗透剂6%-10%,其余为水;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单易控,安全环保,先采用复合酶无氯防缩预处理,能够提高羊毛织物的抗毡缩性、避免织物泛黄,然后再依次进行印花、固色,使羊毛织物的印花图案颜色鲜明,色牢度高。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种羊毛织物印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理28min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水13%、硫酸氢钾13%、复合酶14%、有机硅树脂2%,余量为水;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂13%、活性染料18%、渗透剂6%,其余为水;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
实施例2:
一种羊毛织物印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理38min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水22%、硫酸氢钾23%、复合酶18%、有机硅树脂8%,余量为水;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂15%、活性染料22%、渗透剂10%,其余为水;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
实施例3:
一种羊毛织物印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理33min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水16%、硫酸氢钾16%、复合酶15%、有机硅树脂5%,余量为水;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂14%、活性染料20%、渗透剂8%,其余为水;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(4)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。

(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理:将羊毛织物浸润到复合酶无氯防缩整理液中,浸轧处理28-38min;其中所述复合酶无氯防缩整理液包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:双氧水13%-22%、硫酸氢钾13%-23%、复合酶14%-18%、有机硅树脂2%-8%,余量为水;
(2)水洗、脱水烘干:将步骤(1)复合酶无氯防缩预处理后的羊毛织物进行水洗,然后脱水烘干;
(3)印花:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛织物浸入色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;其中所述色浆包括的原料成分及其质量百分比为:粘合剂13%-15% 、活性染料18%-22%、渗透剂6%-10%,其余为水;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)中印花后的羊毛织物烘干,用低温等离子技术进行固色处理;
