本发明公开了一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺,包括步骤:(1)前处理;(2)并线、织造;(3)精练;(4)烂花印花;(5)水洗;(6)抗菌整理;(7)烘干;(8)浸轧;(9)定型;(10)轧光;(11)收卷。本发明通过对棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料采用烂花印花的加工方法,可使面料获得彩色烂花效应,增加面料的观赏度,健康性与美观性相结合,使本发明生产的面料具备广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的烂花印花工艺,尤其是一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺。
背景技术
烂花印花(burnout printing)是指在多组份纤维组成的织物上印腐蚀性化学药品(如硫酸、ALCL3等)经烘干、烘赔等后处理使某一纤维组分破坏而形成图案的印花工艺。多用于丝绒织物。这种花纹或凹凸有序,或呈半透明壮,装饰性强。亦可于印浆中加入适当耐受性染料,在烂掉某一纤维组分的同时使另一组分纤维着色,获得彩色烂花效应,因此受到了越来越多人的喜爱。
目前,在各类烂花印花工艺和产品中,都是利用纤维化学性能的不同而进行设计和执行的。如涤棉烂花产品、粘/真丝烂花产品、涤粘烂花产品等。而另一种创新的纯棉烂花产品,即纯棉印花空洞面料更是引起了消费者的关注。这种面料综合了烂花加工工艺和发泡印花工艺的特点,以烂花工艺实现空洞,而发泡印花防止空洞形成后在洗涤和服用过程中出现脱纱或脱絮现象。
但是烂花织物种类方面缺乏创新,仅仅集中于涤棉烂花产品、粘/真丝烂花产品、涤粘烂花产品等。
因此,研究出新型面料的烂花印花工艺是烂花印花领域发展的新方向。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂M-118 1-2g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8-2.6g/L,双氧水5-7g/L,烧碱3-5g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:20,处理时间为60-70℃,处理时间为15-20min;
(4)烂花印花:将经过精练处理的面料置于印花台板上,其表面涂布烂花浆液并做烘焙处理,所述烂花浆液包括烂花原糊、烂花浆,所述的烂花原糊包含AP-18糊料15-25g/L,硫酸铵2-4g/L,尿素1-3g/L,酒石酸0.3-0.7g/L;所述的烂花浆包括硫酸氢钠、甘油、渗透剂JFC、去离子水,其按重量比为30:8:7:27,烘焙温度为120-135℃,烘焙时间为5-8min,刮印刀来回刮印两次;
(5)水洗:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入清水中清洗5-10min,清洗温度为20-30℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对水洗后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入抗菌整理工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度90℃,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率88-90%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸1-1.5g/L;
聚乙二醇(100)2-3g/L;
柔软剂:0.8-3g/L;
壳聚糖:2.5-4g/L;
鱼精蛋白:2-3g/L
渗透剂JFC:1-2g/L;
三乙醇胺1.5-2.5g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:1.5-2g/L;
丝素:0.5-3g/L;
(7)烘干:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-110℃,机车速为15-18m/min;
(8)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度35-45℃,pH为6-6.5,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为12-14r/min,轧余率80-90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
抗菌剂:1.2-2.4g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.4-2.5g/L;
HAC:1-3g/L;
活性炭:0.5-1g/L;
酯基季铵盐:0.6-1.6g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.5-2.2g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.5-1.8g/L;
(9)定型:将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度85-90℃,机车速为65-80m/min;
(10)轧光:将定型后的面料放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度105-110℃,机车速为20-25m/min;
(11)收卷:轧光结束后将面料进行收卷。
步骤(8)中所述的抗菌剂为纳米氧化银。
步骤(6)中所述的柔软剂为Gemini阳离子柔软剂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.面料舒适健康:本发明通过将棉纤维与负离子活性炭纤维混纺,与肌肤直接接触时,既能够保持面料的舒适性,又由于增加的负离子活性炭纤维,可保证面料释放2000-3000个/cm3负离子,有利于人体健康;又由于本发明通过在负离子活性炭纤维表面涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂,进一步提高面料的抗菌能力,提高面料安全性能。
2.除螨效果好:本发明通过增加的除螨整理工艺,可有效抑制螨虫的生产,避免因螨虫而滋生的肌肤过敏问题,提高面料的实用性。
3.面料视觉效果好:本发明通过对棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料采用烂花印花的加工方法,可使面料获得彩色烂花效应,增加面料的观赏度,健康性与美观性相结合,使本发明生产的面料具备广阔的市场前景。

实施例1:
一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂M-118 1g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8g/L,双氧水5g/L,烧碱3g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:20,处理时间为60℃,处理时间为15min;
(4)烂花印花:将经过精练处理的面料置于印花台板上,其表面涂布烂花浆液并做烘焙处理,所述烂花浆液包括烂花原糊、烂花浆,所述的烂花原糊包含AP-18糊料15g/L,硫酸铵2g/L,尿素1g/L,酒石酸0.3g/L;所述的烂花浆包括硫酸氢钠、甘油、渗透剂JFC、去离子水,其按重量比为30:8:7:27,烘焙温度为120℃,烘焙时间为5min,刮印刀来回刮印两次;
(5)水洗:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入清水中清洗5min,清洗温度为20℃;

纳米氧化银:1.2g/L;

酯基季铵盐:0.6g/L;

(9)定型:将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度85℃,机车速为65m/min;
(10)轧光:将定型后的面料放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度105℃,机车速为20m/min;
(11)收卷:轧光结束后将面料进行收卷。
实施例2:
一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂M-118 1.5g/L,渗透剂JFC 1.7g/L,双氧水6.3g/L,烧碱4g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:20,处理时间为65℃,处理时间为17min;
(4)烂花印花:将经过精练处理的面料置于印花台板上,其表面涂布烂花浆液并做烘焙处理,所述烂花浆液包括烂花原糊、烂花浆,所述的烂花原糊包含AP-18糊料18g/L,硫酸铵3g/L,尿素2.1g/L,酒石酸0.4g/L;所述的烂花浆包括硫酸氢钠、甘油、渗透剂JFC、去离子水,其按重量比为30:8:7:27,烘焙温度为128℃,烘焙时间为7min,刮印刀来回刮印两次;
(5)水洗:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入清水中清洗7min,清洗温度为25℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对水洗后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入抗菌整理工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度90℃,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率88%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸1.2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100)2.4g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂:1.8g/L;
壳聚糖:3.2g/L;
鱼精蛋白:2.4g/L
渗透剂JFC:1.2g/L;

(7)烘干:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为105℃,机车速为17m/min;
(8)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40℃,pH为6.2,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为13r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
纳米氧化银:2g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.8g/L;
HAC:2g/L;
活性炭:0.6g/L;
酯基季铵盐:1.3g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:2g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.7g/L;
(9)定型:将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度87℃,机车速为73m/min;
(10)轧光:将定型后的面料放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度107℃,机车速为23m/min;
(11)收卷:轧光结束后将面料进行收卷。
实施例3
一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料的烂花工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂M-118 2g/L,渗透剂JFC 2.6g/L,双氧水7g/L,烧碱5g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:20,处理时间为70℃,处理时间为20min;
(4)烂花印花:将经过精练处理的面料置于印花台板上,其表面涂布烂花浆液并做烘焙处理,所述烂花浆液包括烂花原糊、烂花浆,所述的烂花原糊包含AP-18糊料25g/L,硫酸铵4g/L,尿素3g/L,酒石酸0.7g/L;所述的烂花浆包括硫酸氢钠、甘油、渗透剂JFC、去离子水,其按重量比为30:8:7:27,烘焙温度为135℃,烘焙时间为8min,刮印刀来回刮印两次;
(5)水洗:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入清水中清洗10min,清洗温度为30℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对水洗后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入抗菌整理工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度90℃,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率90%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸1.5g/L;

(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂M-118 1-2g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8-2.6 g/L,双氧水5-7g/L,烧碱 3-5g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:20,处理时间为60-70℃,处理时间为15-20min;
(4)烂花印花:将经过精练处理的面料置于印花台板上,其表面涂布烂花浆液并做烘焙处理,所述烂花浆液包括烂花原糊、烂花浆,所述的烂花原糊包含AP-18糊料 15-25g/L,硫酸铵 2-4g/L,尿素 1-3g/L,酒石酸 0.3-0.7g/L;所述的烂花浆包括硫酸氢钠、甘油、渗透剂JFC、去离子水,其按重量比为30:8:7:27,烘焙温度为120-135℃,烘焙时间为5-8min,刮印刀来回刮印两次;
(5)水洗:将经过烂花印花处理的面料放入清水中清洗5-10min,清洗温度为20-30℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对水洗后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入抗菌整理工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度90℃,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为15 r/min,轧余率88-90%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 1-1.5g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 2-3g/L;
