背景技术
传统的烂花是利用两种不同的纤维对化学药剂反应的不同,一方纤维的破坯与溶脱,使部分的地方变成透明露底,部分的地方产生纹路花样,变成有立体感、透明图案的特殊加工方法,一般是利用棉对酸的敏感性,使其破坯及溶脱,其原理如下,在强酸下,棉的聚合度会降低,此时首先强力下降,最后会变成单分子的葡萄糖,此时水溶性非常高,且易溶脱,在强酸及加热下,因强酸有非常强脱水作用,即棉纤维炭化。

b.工艺条件如下:滚筒压力为:7-8kg/cm2、浆料渗透深度为:2-3mm、烘干温度为:150-160℃、车速为:30-35m/min;
所述用双氧水浸轧中:
a.工艺如下:采用一浸一轧、设备为:退煮漂联合机、车速为:80-85m/min、温度为:95-98℃;
b.处理液配方条件如下:27.5%H2O2:25-30g/L、螯合剂:4-6g/L、精炼剂:6-8g/L、稳定剂:6-8g/L;
所述染色中:
采用酸性染料在溢流染色机中进行染色;
a.染色处方如下:弱酸性黄-GS为0.1-0.3%owf、尤利特黄-G2R为2-2.5%owf、硫胺为1-2%owf、渗透剂为1-3g/L、匀染剂ROL为1-3g/L、冰醋酸为2-3g/L、消泡剂TF-508N添加适量;浴比为12:1;
b.染色工艺流程如下:将上述染料加入染缸,然后以1.5℃/min的速率升温至70℃,保温25min后,以1℃/min的速率升温至100℃,保温60min,然后降温到65℃后保温一段时间,再降温至38℃,然后加入柔软剂保温25min。

有益效果:本发明中的棉锦交织物在前处理过程中加入双氧水进行漂白,但是如果双氧水分解产生氧气的浓度过高会引起棉纤维强力下降甚至产生破洞,铁离子是双氧水分解产生氧气的催化剂,因此织物上有铁锈的地方漂白时容易产生破洞,利用这样的原理在棉锦交织物上,用铁锈水印花,再浸轧双氧水,在有铁锈水印花的地方棉纤维强力下降产生破洞,从而产生镂空烂花效果。
本发明中的烂花面料的优势如下:
1、本发明中的棉烂花不采用浓硫酸,而采用铁锈,降低成本,变废为宝。
2、本发明中的烂花与前处理一步完成,缩短了工艺流程,节能环保。
3、本发明中的两种纤维交织,烂花处出现镂空图案,立体感强。

采用酸性染料在溢流染色机中进行染色;
a.染色处方如下:弱酸性黄-GS为0.1-0.3%owf、尤利特黄-G2R为2-2.5%owf、硫胺为1-2%owf、渗透剂为1-3g/L、匀染剂ROL为1-3g/L、冰醋酸为2-3g/L、消泡剂TF-508N添加适量;浴比为12:1;
b.染色工艺流程如下:将上述染料加入染缸,然后以1.5℃/min的速率升温至70℃,保温25min后,以1℃/min的速率升温至100℃,保温60min,然后降温到65℃后保温一段时间,再降温至38℃,然后加入柔软剂保温25min。

5.根据权利要求1所述的棉锦交织织物铁锈烂花的方法,其特征在于:所述水洗如下:在绳状水洗机上进行,洗去糊料和残余的化学药剂,水洗工艺流程:进布→皂洗→热水洗→酸洗→热水洗→冷水性→落布;温度:皂洗、热水洗温度为80-90℃,酸洗温度为30-40℃;速度为:20-25m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的棉锦交织织物铁锈烂花的方法,其特征在于:所述还原清洗中:去除浮色、沾色,在降温后先排空残夜,然后加入清水,在清水浴中进行清洗;还原清洗处方及条件如下:清洗剂RC-100为:2-22g/L、温度为80℃、时间为20min、然后水洗、出布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的棉锦交织织物铁锈烂花的方法,其特征在于:所述轧柔中:轧柔车速:20-25m/min、轧车压力:2.5-2.8kg/cm2
8.根据权利要求1所述的棉锦交织织物铁锈烂花的方法,其特征在于:所述烘干定形如下:烘箱温度为:150-160℃、速度为:40-50m/min。
