本发明公开了一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,包括步骤:前处理、精炼、烂花印花、水洗、烘干,精炼步骤后添加酶整理工序,酶整理液包含果胶酶1.5‑2.5%(owf)、脂肪酶0.5‑1%(owf)、纤维素酶1‑2%(owf)和蛋白酶0.8‑1.2(owf),非离子型表面活性剂1.3‑1.8g/L,乙酸2‑6g/L,处理温度为45‑55℃,PH值为5‑6,处理时间为30‑35min。本发明通过在精炼工序后添加酶整理工艺,可有效改善面料状态,使其亲水性更好,为后面的烂花印花工艺提供保障,且酶整理液绿色环保,不会对环境造成负担,有益效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的烂花印花工艺,尤其是一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料烂花工艺的改进。
背景技术
烂花印花(burnout printing)是指在多组份纤维组成的织物上印腐蚀性化学药品 (如硫酸、ALCL3等)经烘干、烘赔等后处理使某一纤维组分破坏而形成图案的印花工艺。多用于丝绒织物。这种花纹或凹凸有序,或呈半透明壮,装饰性强。亦可于印浆中加入适当耐受性染料,在烂掉某一纤维组分的同时使另一组分纤维着色,获得彩色烂花效应,因此受到了越来越多人的喜爱。
目前,国内市场上流行的锦纶/人棉烂花产品,其不烂花处的着色,均为涂料印花,手感较硬,不够丰满,有碍烂花织物风格的突出向。且锦纶/人棉烂花产品由于其组成材料的缺陷,穿着时舒适感较低,无法满足人们对于舒适感的追求。
因此,研究出一种手感舒适、花色丰满的烂花工艺是目前染色行业需要解决的重要问题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料烂花工艺的改进。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,包括步骤:前处理、精炼、烂花印花、水洗、烘干,精炼步骤后添加酶整理工序,具体为:将精炼后的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料浸入酶整理液中,所述酶整理液包含果胶酶1.5-2.5%(owf)、脂肪酶0.5-1%(owf)、纤维素酶1-2%(owf)和蛋白酶 0.8-1.2(owf),非离子型表面活性剂1.3-1.8g/L,乙酸2-6g/L,处理温度为45-55℃,PH 值为5-6,处理时间为30-35min。
步骤烂花印花包括:
1)不烂花处着色:将面料送入圆网印花机进行染色,所述圆网印花机内的染料具体为:K型活性染料2.5-3g/L、固色剂T 1.6-2.8g/L、柠檬酸1.5-2.2g/L、淀粉糊3-6g/L,其余部分为去离子水;将染色后的面料进行烘干、烘焙、水洗处理;
2)烂花印花:将步骤1)中不烂花处着色后的面料送入圆网印花机进行印花处理,所述圆网印花机内的印花浆料具体为:酸性染料0.6-1.8g/L、烂花粉R 1.3-1.5g/L、淀粉糊1-2g/L、酒石酸0.5-0.8g/L、甘油1.5-2.0g/L、渗透剂JFC 0.3-0.6g/L其余部分为去离子水,将着色后的面料依次进行烘干、汽蒸、烘焙、水洗处理。
步骤1)中所述的烘干温度为95-98℃;烘焙温度为140-155℃,烘焙时间为3.5-4min。
步骤2)中所述的汽蒸温度为103℃,汽蒸时间为5-6min;烘焙温度为140-155℃,烘焙时间为3-4min。
酶整理液中包括渗透剂JFC。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明通过在精炼工序后添加酶整理工艺,可有效改善面料状态,使其亲水性更好,为后面的烂花印花工艺提供保障,且酶整理液绿色环保,不会对环境造成负担,有益效果明显。
2.本发明通过将烂花印花工艺具体分为不烂花处着色以及烂花处着色,可具体针对面料材质不同选用不同的染色方法及确定后续的固色工艺,而舍弃了在不烂处采用涂布涂料的传统工艺,使烂花印花面料手感更为自然舒适,印花效果更为立体,风格更为鲜明。具有广阔的市场前景。
3.本发明通过先精炼后酶整理的方式对面料进行二次处理,可更为有效地去除面料中的果胶质、蜡质、含氮物质等天然杂质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂M-118 1g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8g/L,双氧水5g/L,烧碱3g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:20,处理时间为60℃,处理时间为15min;
(4)酶整理:将精炼后的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料浸入酶整理液中,所述酶整理液包含果胶酶1.5%(owf)、脂肪酶0.6%(owf)、纤维素酶1.6%(owf)和蛋白酶0.9(owf),非离子型表面活性剂1.3g/L,乙酸2.3g/L,处理温度为45℃,PH值为5.5,处理时间为 30min。
(5)烂花印花:步骤烂花印花包括:
1)不烂花处着色:将面料送入圆网印花机进行染色,所述圆网印花机内的染料具体为:K型活性染料2.5g/L、固色剂T 1.6g/L、柠檬酸1.5g/L、淀粉糊3g/L,其余部分为去离子水;将染色后的面料进行烘干、烘焙、水洗处理,其中烘干温度为95-98 ℃;烘焙温度为140-155℃,烘焙时间为3.5-4min;
2)烂花印花:将步骤1)中不烂花处着色后的面料送入圆网印花机进行印花处理,所述圆网印花机内的印花浆料具体为:酸性染料0.6g/L、烂花粉R 1.3g/L、淀粉糊1g/L、酒石酸0.5g/L、甘油1.5g/L、渗透剂JFC 0.3g/L其余部分为去离子水,将着色后的面料依次进行烘干、汽蒸、烘焙、水洗处理,其中汽蒸温度为103℃,汽蒸时间为5-6min;烘焙温度为140℃,烘焙时间为3min。
(6)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40℃,pH为6.5,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
纳米氧化银:1.5g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.4g/L;
活性炭:0.5g/L;
柔顺剂:0.8g/L;
壳聚糖:0.5g/L;
(7)定型:将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度90℃,机车速为55m/min;
(8)轧光:将定型后的面料放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度100℃,机车速为20m/min。

1.一种棉/负离子活性碳纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,包括步骤:前处理、精炼、烂花印花、水洗、烘干,其特征在于:精炼步骤后添加酶整理工序,具体为:将精炼后的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料浸入酶整理液中,所述酶整理液包含果胶酶1.5-2.5%(owf)、脂肪酶0.5-1%(owf)、纤维素酶1-2%(owf)和蛋白酶0.8-1.2(owf),非离子型表面活性剂1.3-1.8g/L,乙酸2-6g/L,处理温度为45-55℃,PH值为5-6,处理时间为30-35min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,其特征在于:
步骤烂花印花包括:
1)不烂花处着色:将面料送入圆网印花机进行染色,所述圆网印花机内的染料具体为:K型活性染料2.5-3g/L、固色剂T 1.6-2.8g/L、柠檬酸1.5-2.2g/L、淀粉糊3-6g/L,其余部分为去离子水;将染色后的面料进行烘干、烘焙、水洗处理;
2)烂花印花:将步骤1)中不烂花处着色后的面料送入圆网印花机进行印花处理,所述圆网印花机内的印花浆料具体为:酸性染料0.6-1.8g/L、烂花粉R 1.3-1.5g/L、淀粉糊1-2g/L、酒石酸0.5-0.8g/L、甘油1.5-2.0g/L、渗透剂JFC 0.3-0.6g/L其余部分为去离子水,将着色后的面料依次进行烘干、汽蒸、烘焙、水洗处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述的烘干温度为95-98℃;烘焙温度为140-155℃,烘焙时间为3.5-4min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料烂花工艺的改进,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述的汽蒸温度为103℃,汽蒸时间为5-6min;烘焙温度为140-155℃,烘焙时间为3-4min。
