本发明涉及一种印花染色的工艺,尤其涉及一种棉布涤线印花染色的工艺,属于印花染色技术领域。所述的工艺包括如下步骤:先在棉坯布上绣全涤材质的牛奶丝,再利用热转移印花技术在牛奶丝上印花;印花后,先用保险粉染料在95‑105℃下剥色50‑70min,然后用H2O2在90‑100℃下漂底处理50‑70min,得棉布涤线印花染色半成品;最后根据所需颜色将棉布涤线印花染色半成品染色,定型,即可得棉布涤线印花染色成品。本发明印花染色工艺简单可行,棉坯布不需要预先处理,所需的温度容易控制,所使用的保险粉、双氧水均为环保型试剂,不会产生污水污染环境,且成本较低。

本发明涉及一种印花染色的工艺,尤其涉及一种棉布涤线印花染色的工艺,属于印花染色技术领域。
背景技术
纺织品的着色有两种主要的方法,一是应用最为广泛的染色(常规染色),主要是将纺织品放在化学染料溶液中处理,另一种方法是使用涂料,把涂料制成微小的不可溶的有色颗粒以黏附与织物上。目前市场上,针对不同材质纺织品的染色工艺有以下两种,一、先在棉坯布上绣花,再根据绣花所需的颜色分别进行染色;二、先将棉坯布染色,再根据图案所需进行色绣。前者因为针对绣花要求的颜色分别染色,不仅工艺繁琐,且各种颜色之间的渗透、掺杂影响最终的色泽;后者棉坯布的底色会影响色绣的效果,且色绣工序繁琐,成本高。(麻烦补充两种现有技术中存在问题的原因)
另外,转移印花是按图案先将染料色料印在转移纸上,利用分散染料的高温升华,使图案中的染料转移到纺织品上。由于分散染料在棉纤维上的着色力差,采用转移印花对纯棉纤维或含棉纤维织物进行印花容易产生留白的现象,为克服留白的问题,现有转移印花通常是在印花前,先对棉纺织品进行化学改性、溶胀等预处理,以提高分散染料在棉纤维上的着色率,而这不可避免的会产生污水。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术所存在的缺陷,提供一种操作简单、成本低、印花染色效果鲜明,环保无污染的印花染色的工艺。
本发明的上述目的可以通过以下技术方案得以实施:一种棉布涤线印花染色的工艺,所述的工艺包括如下步骤:
先在棉坯布上绣全涤材质的牛奶丝,再利用热转移印花技术在牛奶丝上印花;
印花后,先用保险粉染料在95-105℃下剥色5-20min,然后用H2O2在90-100℃下漂底处理50-70min,得棉布涤线印花染色半成品;
最后根据所需颜色将棉布涤线印花染色半成品染色,定型,即可得棉布涤线印花染色成品。
本发明先在棉坯布上锈全涤材质的牛奶丝,再通过热转移印花,在牛奶丝涤线上染上鲜艳的颜色,同时棉坯布上也会沾上少许暗淡的颜色。针对棉坯布上少量暗淡的颜色,本发明通过采用环保型的保险粉先剥色,再用H2O2进行漂底,最后对棉坯布进行染色。因为棉坯布上只是沾上少许暗淡的颜色且为棉线,通过对剥色、漂底时温度的控制既可以较为简便地除去棉坯布上少许的颜色,而不影响全涤材质的牛奶丝上的颜色。若剥色的温度过高会影响棉坯布的质量,且会影响牛奶丝上的颜色;若剥色的温度过低,则达不到剥色的要求。
作为优选,热转移印花中染料配方按质量百分比包括如下组分:分散染料15-50%,着色剂2-8%,海藻酸钠0.2-1%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2-0.8%,丙烯酸树脂1-3%,余量为水。通过在染料中加入海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酸树脂,使其在热转印过程中的不仅染色效果更好,且布料不会因加热温度过高而导致产品损坏。
作为优选,热转移印花的温度为160-190℃,压力为0.4-0.6Kpa/s,时间为20-30s。热转移印花完成后,先冷却,再用清水漂洗,再将面料浸轧涤纶用柔软剂和纤维素用柔软剂的复配液中整理,最后在定型机上以150-160℃热风喷打40-45s进行定型。使印花面料效果逼真,颜色丰富,不掉色,手感柔软,吸湿透气,且为后续棉坯布上的剥色、漂底做准备。
作为优选,所述的保险粉染料包括保险粉3-5g/L,小苏打1-1.8g/L,浴比1:20,保险粉剥色的时间为5-20min。时间太短剥色不彻底,时间太长影响棉布质量。
作为优选,所述的H2O2的浓度0.8-1.2g/L,浴比1:20。H2O2的浓度视染物色深的程度而决定其用量,在一般情况下,染物比标样深40%左右时,H2O2用量为1.2g/L;比标样深20%左右时,H2O2用量为0.8g/L。如在短时间内剥色、漂底太快,则有可能产生漂底不均匀和不易对色的现象。当H2O2的用量一定时,漂底的程度主要取决于温度。本发明棉坯布为面线,先绣上牛奶丝的涤线,通过热转移印花后,牛奶丝涤线印上去的颜色较鲜艳,棉布上沾色后较暗淡,先通过保险粉剥色,再用H2O2的用量在90-100℃漂底可以较容易地控制剥色、漂底的程度,且不会影响牛奶丝涤线上印染好的颜色。
进一步优选,漂底处理中除H2O2还含有NaOH 1-1.2g/L,稳定剂4%,净洗剂1%,Na3PO4 1%。
作为优选,本发明染色前先进行改性处理,改性处理为:室温下,用二浸二轧处理液对棉布涤线印花染色半成品进行改性,浴比为1∶20,轧余率100%,然后置于55-65℃烘箱中烘20-25min后取出,水洗至中性。
作为优选,所述的染色为在25-28℃下将改性后的棉布涤线印花染色半成品入染,保温30-40min,然后以1-2℃/min升温至65-80℃,保温10-18min,再加入Na2CO38-10g/L,继续保温染色30-35min,其中,染料浓度为2-3%,浴比为1∶5。
作为优选,本发明在染色后定型前还进行皂化处理,皂化处理的温度为85-90℃,浴比为1:50。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明印花染色工艺简单可行,棉坯布不需要预先处理,所需的温度容易控制,所使用的保险粉、双氧水均为环保型试剂,不会产生污水污染环境,且成本较低。
2、本发明的染色前线经过BEBA改性处理,不仅提高了染色的速率,还提高了上染的百分率和固色率,同时也提高了织物的干湿摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度性,进一步提高了织物的染色效果和性能。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种棉布涤线印花染色的工艺包括如下步骤:
先在棉坯布上绣全涤材质的牛奶丝,再利用热转移印花技术在牛奶丝上印花;热转移印花中染料配方按质量百分比包括如下组分:分散染料35%,着色剂5%,海藻酸钠0.6%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.5%,丙烯酸树脂2%,余量为水;热转移印花的温度为170℃,压力为0.5Kpa/s,时间为25s。
印花后,先用保险粉染料在100℃下对棉坯布剥色,然后用H2O2在95℃下漂底处理60min,得棉布涤线印花染色半成品;其中,所述的保险粉染料包括保险粉4g/L,小苏打1.4g/L,浴比1:20,保险粉剥色的时间为12min;所述的H2O2的浓度1.0g/L,浴比为1:20;漂底处理中除H2O2还含有NaOH1.1g/L,稳定剂4%,净洗剂1%,Na3PO4 1%。
室温下,用二浸二轧处理液对棉布涤线印花染色半成品进行改性,浴比为1∶20,轧余率100%,然后置于60℃烘箱中烘22min后取出,水洗至中性;然后在26℃下将改性后的棉布涤线印花染色半成品入染,保温35min,再以1.5℃/min升温至72℃,保温14min,再加入Na2CO3 9g/L,继续保温染色32min,染料浓度为2.5%,浴比为1∶5;接着将染色后的棉布涤线印花染色半成品在88℃进行皂化处理浴比为1:50,最后经定型即可得本发明棉布涤线印花染色成品。
实施例2
一种棉布涤线印花染色的工艺包括如下步骤:
先在棉坯布上绣全涤材质的牛奶丝,再利用热转移印花技术在牛奶丝上印花;热转移印花中染料配方按质量百分比包括如下组分:分散染料15%,着色剂8%,海藻酸钠0.2%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.8%,丙烯酸树脂1%,余量为水;热转移印花的温度为160℃,压力为0.6Kpa/s,时间为20s。
印花后,先用保险粉染料在95℃下对棉坯布剥色,然后用H2O2在90℃下漂底处理70min,得棉布涤线印花染色半成品;其中,所述的保险粉染料包括保险粉3g/L,小苏打1.8g/L,浴比1:20,保险粉剥色的时间为5min;所述的H2O2的浓度1.2g/L,浴比为1:20;漂底处理中除H2O2还含有NaOH1g/L,稳定剂4%,净洗剂1%,Na3PO4 1%。

先在棉坯布上绣全涤材质的牛奶丝,再利用热转移印花技术在牛奶丝上印花;热转移印花中染料配方按质量百分比包括如下组分:分散染料50%,着色剂2%,海藻酸钠1%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2%,丙烯酸树脂3%,余量为水;热转移印花的温度为190℃,压力为0.4Kpa/s,时间为30s。
印花后,先用保险粉染料在105℃下对棉坯布剥色,然后用H2O2在100℃下漂底处理50min,得棉布涤线印花染色半成品;其中,所述的保险粉染料包括保险粉5g/L,小苏打1g/L,浴比1:20,保险粉剥色的时间为20min;所述的H2O2的浓度0.8g/L,浴比为1:20;漂底处理中除H2O2还含有NaOH 1.2g/L,稳定剂4%,净洗剂1%,Na3PO4 1%。
室温下,用二浸二轧处理液对棉布涤线印花染色半成品进行改性,浴比为1∶20,轧余率100%,然后置于65℃烘箱中烘20min后取出,水洗至中性;然后在28℃下将改性后的棉布涤线印花染色半成品入染,保温30min,再以2℃/min升温至80℃,保温10min,再加入Na2CO310g/L,继续保温染色30min,染料浓度为3%,浴比为1∶5;接着将染色后的棉布涤线印花染色半成品在90℃进行皂化处理浴比为1:50,最后经定型即可得本发明棉布涤线印花染色成品。
实施例中所说的保险粉为现有技术中普通的保险粉,定型为织物普通的定型工艺。
综上所述,本发明印花染色工艺简单可行,棉坯布不需要预先处理,所需的温度容易控制,所使用的保险粉、双氧水均为环保型试剂,不会产生污水污染环境,且成本较低。另外,本发明的染色前线经过BEBA改性处理,不仅提高了染色的速率,还提高了上染的百分率和固色率,同时也提高了织物的干湿摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度性,进一步提高了织物的染色效果和性能。
