现有技术中,对棉麻制品的印染是一次染织,容易掉色,染色等问题,如果将洗涤后的棉麻置于阳光下晒洗时,容易使棉麻面料掉色,这就迫切的希望可以找到一种对棉麻面料印染时,具备耐湿处理牢度和耐日晒度的方法。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种棉麻面料的染色工艺,经过该工艺处理后的棉麻面料具有很好的耐湿处理牢度和耐日晒度。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种棉麻面料的染色工艺具体步骤如下:
(a)织布
由黄麻纤维、亚麻纤、竹炭纤维和棉纤维通过环锭纺的纺织工艺编织而成棉麻面料;
(b)备染
将棉麻面料装入染色机,在染色机内加水后开动循环泵,控制温控装置将染色机内的水升温至35℃~40℃,加入匀染剂、元明粉、醋酸机染料持续染20min~25min;
(c)染色
控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从50℃~60℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至60℃~70℃,加入氧化剂后缓慢冷却至20min~25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从15℃~20℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min;
(e)清洗
空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂的缸内15min~30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:50~1:100;
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的棉麻面料从染色机中取出即可。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤c中的循环泵的最大流量为100kg/h,循环泵是装置中输送反应、吸收、分离、吸收液再生的循环液用泵,通过使用循环泵使毛条筒内的染料与棉麻面料得到充分的接触,使棉麻面料最大程度上的吸收染料。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤c中的匀染剂占染料的质量百分比的0.3%~0.5%,元明粉占染料的质量百分比的10%~15%,浓度为98%的醋酸机染料占染料的质量百分比的1.5%~2%。

将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的棉麻面料从染色机中取出即可。

控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从50℃~60℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至60℃~70℃,加入氧化剂后缓慢冷却至20min~25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从15℃~20℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min;
(e)清洗

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤d中的氧化剂为红矾。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤g中的柔软剂为酯基季铵盐柔软剂、脂肪酸酯型柔软剂、右蜡型柔软剂或聚乙烯型柔软剂。
