传统的牛仔布面料,简单讲是一组染色纱线与另一组本白色纱线织造而成,所以,传统牛仔布面料里面是露白的,而外面是有色的。传统的牛仔布面料所用的纱线是用靛蓝或硫化染料所染,服装色调较单一。然而,随着社会的发展与进步,人们的审美观点也不断进步,颜色单一,布面风格沉闷,无弹性,缺乏视觉冲击力的传统牛仔布,不再适应时代潮流。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种多维弹力牛仔布的印染工艺,解决了传统牛仔布颜色单一,布面风格沉闷,缺乏视觉冲击力的问题,适应了时代的潮流。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的本发明所述的一种多维弹力牛仔布的印染工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)织布
在温度<25℃,湿度为60%~70%的工艺条件下,将经纱和纬纱垂直交错编织成多维弹力牛仔布,所述的经纱由:棉21s/2+改性涤纶长丝150D,纬纱由:棉21s/2+氨纶(70D莱卡),密度为84根×42根/寸;
(b)备染
将牛仔布装入染色机,染色机内加水后开动循环泵,控制温控装置将染色机内的水升温至35℃~40℃,加入匀染剂、元明粉、醋酸机染料持续染20min~25min;
(c)染色
控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从50℃~60℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至60℃~70℃,加入氧化剂后缓慢冷却至20min~25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从15℃~20℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min;
(e)清洗
空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂的缸内15min~30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:50~1:100;
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤b中的循环泵的最大流量为100kg/h,循环泵是装置中输送反应、吸收、分离、吸收液再生的循环液用泵,通过使用循环泵使毛条筒内的染料与牛仔布得到充分的接触,使牛仔布最大程度上的吸收染料。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤b中的匀染剂占染料的质量百分比的0.3%~0.5%,元明粉占染料的质量百分比的10%~15%,浓度为98%的醋酸机染料占染料的质量百分比的1.5%~2%。

将牛仔布装入染色机,待染色机内加水后开动循环泵,循环泵的最大流量为100kg/h,控制温控装置将染色机内的水升温至40℃,加入匀染剂、元明粉、醋酸机染料持续染25min,匀染剂占染料的质量百分比的0.5%,元明粉占染料的质量百分比的15%,浓度为98%的醋酸机染料占染料的质量百分比的2%,醋酸机染料取自橙X-GN、艳红X-3B、艳兰X-BR、艳兰B-RV、深红E-2BD、大红E-GGF、艳兰KN-R、翠兰B-BGFN、红B-3BF、蓝B-2GLN、嫩黄B-4GLN、橙DC-3R、黄DC-RL、橙DC-3G、蓝FN-RN、红FL-2BL、藏青DC-GB、军蓝GG、藏青GW-HA、黑GW-HA、绿GW-HA、紫GW-HA、蓝GW-HN、红GW-HA、翠兰GW-HA中的任意一种或者多种的混合;
(c)染色
控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从60℃至沸腾后续染60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至70℃,加入红矾后缓慢冷却至25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从20℃至沸腾后续染60min;
(e)清洗
空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂的缸内30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:100,柔软剂为聚乙烯型柔软剂。
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。

Claims (6)
1.一种多维弹力牛仔布的印染工艺,其特征在于:该工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)织布
在温度<25℃,湿度为60%~70%的工艺条件下,将经纱和纬纱垂直交错编织成多维弹力牛仔布,所述的经纱由:棉21s/2+改性涤纶长丝150D,纬纱由:棉21s/2+氨纶(70D莱卡),密度为84根×42根/寸;
(b)备染
将牛仔布装入染色机,染色机内加水后开动循环泵,控制温控装置将染色机内的水升温至35℃~40℃,加入匀染剂、元明粉、醋酸机染料持续染20min~25min;
(c)染色
控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从50℃~60℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至60℃~70℃,加入氧化剂后缓慢冷却至20min~25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从15℃~20℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min;
(e)清洗
空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂的缸内15min~30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:50~1:100;
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,其特征在于:步骤b中的循环泵的最大流量为100kg/h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,其特征在于:步骤b中的匀染剂占染料的质量百分比的0.3%~0.5%,元明粉占染料的质量百分比的10%~15%,浓度为98%的醋酸机染料占染料的质量百分比的1.5%~2%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,,其特征在于:所述的步骤b中的醋酸机染料取自橙X-GN、艳红X-3B、艳兰X-BR、艳兰B-RV、深红E-2BD、大红E-GGF、艳兰KN-R、翠兰B-BGFN、红B-3BF、蓝B-2GLN、嫩黄B-4GLN、橙DC-3R、黄DC-RL、橙DC-3G、蓝FN-RN、红FL-2BL、藏青DC-GB、军蓝GG、藏青GW-HA、黑GW-HA、绿GW-HA、紫GW-HA、蓝GW-HN、红GW-HA、翠兰GW-HA中的任意一种或者多种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,,其特征在于:步骤c中的氧化剂为红矾。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉彩色提花牛仔布的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤f中的柔软剂为酯基季铵盐柔软剂、脂肪酸酯型柔软剂、右蜡型柔软剂或聚乙烯型柔软剂。
