本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺。
背景技术
现有技术的制造家纺产品的工艺过程包括:将原棉通过常规工序开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、染纱、翻筒、分条整经、浆纱、织造半坯、烧毛、退煮漂、丝光、染色、皂洗、柔软、烘干和缝纫以制成纯棉家纺产品。上述工艺技术对采用普通纱线织造的家纺产品非常适用,但如果用来生产和处理含有汉麻纤维的家纺产品,则制得的产品会出现手感差、产品的使用寿命不长等缺点。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对不足,提出一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,本工艺制成的含麻纤维与其他纤维的家纺产品有良好的抑菌保健性能,且具有防紫外线、防辐射功能以及良好的吸湿透气性,产品比其它麻制品手感柔软舒适。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,采用麻纤维与棉纤维、珍珠纤维纺成的混纺纱为经纬纱织造而成,包括如下步骤:
(1)络筒:先用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,络筒时槽筒转速为600±5r/min;
(2)整经:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
(3)穿经;
(4)精练;
(5)烧毛:采取一正一反烧毛工艺,火口压力18±5mbar,车速80±5m/min;
(6)烘干:使用的柔软剂:柔软剂FRD-5 20±5g/L,柔软剂AQG-01EZ 20±5g/L,并调节pH值为4.5-7.5,烘干拉幅机温度140±5℃,车速为50±5m/min;
(7)织造:使用自由飞翔的无导钩织机,织机车速在130~250r/min;导纱摩擦系数为0.4-0.5,经纱张力控制在50-100kg,纬纱张力控制在50-200CN。
作为优化,所述麻纤维:棉纤维:珍珠纤维的重量比为55:25:20。

染纱∶浴比1∶4~8,40~50℃时,加入Hunsman活性染料Yellow C-RG0.0315wt%,Red C-2BL 0.07wt%,处理10±5min后,加入元明粉,浴液中元明粉10±2g/L处理10±5min,加入纯碱,浴液中纯碱6~8g/L,然后升温至55~60℃,染色30±10min;
皂洗∶浴比1∶4~8,加入净洗剂LS,浴液中净洗剂LS:0.1~0.3g/L,90~100℃皂洗10±5min,再分别进行热水洗和冷水洗。

(4)精练:所述精练是在织造前对纱线进行的精练,包括:
漂纱∶浴比为1∶4~8,温度50~60℃,浴液中生物精练剂EZ-2100F 1.0~1.5ml/L,处理30±10min,再加入渗透剂FC-2、稳定剂F-PL、火碱和双氧水,浴液中渗透剂FC-2 1~1.5ml/L,稳定剂F-PL 1.5~3ml/L,36°Bé火碱1.0~1.6ml/L,浓度为27.5%的双氧水3~6ml/L,升温至85~95℃,处理30±10min;
酸洗:加入柠檬酸,浴液中柠檬酸0.3~0.6g/L,在35~45℃条件下处理10±5min;

(7)精练:包括:
退浆煮练:火碱浓度为100ml/kg,27.5%双氧水4ml/kg,阴离子与非离子表面活性剂CSA:5ml/kg,聚丙烯酸酯络合剂MSD:1~3ml/kg,蒸箱温度100±1℃,时间30±1分钟;
漂白处理:27.5%双氧水浓度为25±5ml/kg,36°Bé火碱浓度为8±2ml/kg,稳定剂F-PL:8±2ml/kg,聚丙烯酸酯络合剂MSD:1~2ml/kg,蒸箱温度100±1℃,时间25±1min;
染色:采用浸染工艺,浴比1∶4~8,采用Hunsman活性染料Yellow C-RG0.0315%,Red C-2BL 0.07%染色,浴液中元明粉10±2g/L,纯碱6~8g/L,60±5℃条件下染色30±10min;
皂煮∶浴比1∶4~8,在90~100℃,浴液中,净洗剂LS 0.1~0.15g/L,浸洗15±5分钟。
所述的柔软剂FRD-5为D4-改性氨基硅油;
所述的柔软剂AQG-01EZ为磺化琥珀酸酯或烷基聚氧乙烯醚;
所述的稳定剂F-PL为无机盐;
所述的阴离子与非离子表面活性剂CSA为古伯特醇;
所述的Hunsman活性染料Yellow C-RG为7-(2-(-甲酰胺基)氨基-4-(4-(2-(2-(8-乙烯磺酸基)乙氧基)乙基)氨基-6-氟-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基)苯基)偶氮-1,3,6-萘三磺酸三钠;所述的Hunsman活性染料RED C-2BL为3-氨基-4-[[4-[[4-[[2-[1-(乙烯基磺酰基)乙氧基]乙烷基]氨基]-6-氟-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]氨基]-2-磺苯基]偶氮]-5-羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸三钠;
所述的净洗剂LS为对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠。

Claims (6)

1.一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,其特征在于:采用麻纤维与棉纤维、珍珠纤维纺成的混纺纱为经纬纱织造而成,包括如下步骤:
(1)络筒:先用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,络筒时槽筒转速为600±5r/min;
(2)整经:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
(3)穿经;
(4)精练;
(5)烧毛:采取一正一反烧毛工艺,火口压力18±5mbar,车速80±5m/min;
(6)烘干:使用的柔软剂:柔软剂FRD-5 20±5g/L,柔软剂AQG-01EZ 20±5g/L,并调节pH值为4.5-7.5,烘干拉幅机温度140±5℃,车速为50±5m/min;
(7)织造:使用自由飞翔的无导钩织机,织机车速在130~250r/min;导纱摩擦系数为0.4-0.5,经纱张力控制在50-100kg,纬纱张力控制在50-200CN。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述麻纤维:棉纤维:珍珠纤维的重量比为55:25:20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述精练是在织造前对纱线进行的精练,包括:
漂纱∶浴比为1∶4~8,温度50~60℃,浴液中生物精练剂EZ-2100F 1.0~1.5ml/L,处理30±10min,再加入渗透剂FC-2、稳定剂F-PL、火碱和双氧水,浴液中渗透剂FC-2 1~1.5ml/L,稳定剂F-PL 1.5~3ml/L,36°Bé火碱1.0~1.6ml/L,浓度为27.5%的双氧水3~6ml/L,升温至85~95℃,处理30±10min;
酸洗:加入柠檬酸,浴液中柠檬酸0.3~0.6g/L,在35~45℃条件下处理10±5min;
脱氧:加入生物脱氧酶50-k,浴液中生物脱氧酶50-k:0.15~0.20ml/L,在35~45℃条件下处理10±5min;
染纱∶浴比1∶4~8,40~50℃时,加入Hunsman活性染料Yellow C-RG0.0315wt%,Red C-2BL 0.07wt%,处理10±5min后,加入元明粉,浴液中元明粉10±2g/L处理10±5min,加入纯碱,浴液中纯碱6~8g/L,然后升温至55~60℃,染色30±10min;
皂洗∶浴比1∶4~8,加入净洗剂LS,浴液中净洗剂LS:0.1~0.3g/L,90~100℃皂洗10±5min,再分别进行热水洗和冷水洗。
4.据权利要求1所述的一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述精练是在织造后对坯布进行的精练,包括:
退浆煮练:火碱浓度为100ml/kg,27.5%双氧水4ml/kg,阴离子与非离子表面活性剂CSA:5ml/kg,聚丙烯酸酯络合剂MSD:1~3ml/kg,蒸箱温度100±1℃,时间30±1分钟;
漂白处理:27.5%双氧水浓度为25±5ml/kg,36°Bé火碱浓度为8±2ml/kg,稳定剂F-PL:8±2ml/kg,聚丙烯酸酯络合剂MSD:1~2ml/kg,蒸箱温度100±1℃,时间25±1min;
染色:采用浸染工艺,浴比1∶4~8,采用Hunsman活性染料Yellow C-RG0.0315%,Red C-2BL 0.07%染色,浴液中元明粉10±2g/L,纯碱6~8g/L,60±5℃条件下染色30±10min;
皂煮∶浴比1∶4~8,在90~100℃,浴液中,净洗剂LS 0.1~0.15g/L,浸洗15±5分钟。
5.据权利要求3所述的一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂FRD-5为D4-改性氨基硅油;

所述的生物精练剂EZ-2100F为以碱性果胶酶为主要成分的多组分生物制剂;
所述的渗透剂FC-2为异构十碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述的稳定剂F-PL为无机盐;
所述的Hunsman活性染料Yellow C-RG为7-(2-(-甲酰胺基)氨基-4-(4-(2-(2-(8-乙烯磺酸基)乙氧基)乙基)氨基-6-氟-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基)苯基)偶氮-1,3,6-萘三磺酸三钠;所述的Hunsman活性染料RED C-2BL为3-氨基-4-[[4-[[4-[[2-[2-(乙烯基磺酰基)乙氧基]乙烷基]氨基]-6-氟-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]氨基]-2-磺苯基]偶氮]-5-羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸三钠;
所述的净洗剂LS为对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠;
所述的柠檬酸为2-羟基丙烷-1,2,3-三羧酸。
6.据权利要求4所述的一种麻与纤维面料混纺家纺产品的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂FRD-5为D4-改性氨基硅油;
所述的柔软剂AQG-01EZ为磺化琥珀酸酯或烷基聚氧乙烯醚;
所述的稳定剂F-PL为无机盐;
所述的阴离子与非离子表面活性剂CSA为古伯特醇;
