背景技术
如今随着人们生活水平懂的不断提高,着装理念已经由原来的追求耐用、美观向追求舒适、健康转变。消费者不但要求面料的色彩、风格、手感独特,而且迫切要求针织面料科技含量的提升和更多功能型针织面料的出现。
传统的羊毛混纺面料的织造工艺容易导致面料组织结构松弛、悬垂性差的缺陷。珍珠纤维属于粘胶纤维,珍珠粉含量在5%左右,含有钙、钾、镁等微量元素,可以提高面料的保健功能,在西服面料中加入珍珠纤维可以提高面料的悬垂性、导水性、透气性、抗皱性,增强手感,满足人们穿着西服的舒适度。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对不足,提出一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,本工艺制成的羊毛与棉纤维等的家纺产品有良好的抑菌保健性能,且具有防紫外线、防辐射功能以及良好的吸湿透气性,产品比其它麻制品手感柔软舒适。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)络筒:先用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,络筒时槽筒转速为600±5r/min;
(2)整经:在400-500m/min整经速度下,将汉麻纤维作为纱芯,将羊毛纤维沿一个方向缠绕在所述汉麻纤维上,然后进行超声波处理; 将棉纤维沿相反的方向缠绕在处理后的羊毛纤维上,得到复合纱线,再进行织造成表层面料;
(3)浆纱:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出,浸入浆液,在表层面料表面涂布防皱热熔胶,所述防皱热熔胶的组分及重量份为聚四亚甲基醚二醇30-40份、丙烯酸丁酯20-25份、柠檬酸酯15-18份、二甘醇二缩水甘油醚12-15份、海藻酸钠5-10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-8份;
(4)针织;
(5)烘干:使用的柔软剂:柔软剂FRD-5 20±5g/L,柔软剂AQG-01EZ 20±5g/L,并调节pH值为4.5-7.5,烘干拉幅机温度140±5℃,车速为50±5m/min;
(6)定型;
(7)织造:使用自由飞翔的无导钩织机,织机车速在130~250r/min;导纱摩擦系数为0.4-0.5,经纱张力控制在50-100kg,纬纱张力控制在50-200CN。
作为优化,所述羊毛纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维的质量比为100:30-40:5-15。
作为优化,所述染纱工艺为:采用进口意大利巴佐尼环保O型低张力染色机,染色机入水并在常温下分管入布,加入CD-1000N,将其在染色机副缸中搅拌并开具自动加料系统,其将被自动泵入染色机内,PH值控制在3~6之间;然后在电脑系统输入以下工艺参数:张力20-50N,转速150m/min,喷嘴压力0.2-0.5MP/cm2,主泵转速1005r/min,浴比1:5,前处理温度98℃,升温2℃/min,保温时间20min;然后以1.5℃/min的速度降温至常温,水洗2次,并加入CD-1000N;然后以2℃/min的速度升温至后处理温度50℃,保温时间20-30min。
作为优化,所述针织工艺为:将40S棉排列织机第一口;40S棉麻灰排列在织机第二口;40S棉麻灰排列在织机第三口,后续依次排列;开始进行编织调试,有纱线张力调试;喂纱咀位置调试;织针弯纱深浅的具体调试;卷布机的张力调试等;织机初步调试完成,在第二口喂入30D氨纶;此时调试完成,确定产品风格正确,织机各部位调试准确无误后进行织造生产;坯布进入正常生产,织机运转速度为15r/min;然后检验人员进行坯布检验。
作为优化,所述定型工艺为:采用进口韩国理和热定型机,工艺参数:机架幅度155CM,温度160-180℃,机速30r/min,轧辊压力2.5t,超喂28个,机箱风量:上风500r/min,下风800r/min;在入布轧辊调低压力为2.5t浸扎布面;设定温控电脑10箱温度160-180℃;调整超喂28个;入布机速30m/min通过定型,出布测量布幅宽155CM。
作为优化,所述超声波处理的工艺条件为超声波功率为100-120W,处理时间为10-20s。

(2)整经:在400m/min整经速度下,将汉麻纤维作为纱芯,将羊毛纤维沿一个方向缠绕在所述汉麻纤维上,然后进行超声波处理,超声波处理的工艺条件为超声波功率为100W,处理时间为10s; 将棉纤维沿相反的方向缠绕在处理后的羊毛纤维上,得到复合纱线,再进行织造成表层面料;其中羊毛纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维的质量比为100:30:5;

一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)络筒:先用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,络筒时槽筒转速为605r/min;
(2)整经:在500m/min整经速度下,将汉麻纤维作为纱芯,将羊毛纤维沿一个方向缠绕在所述汉麻纤维上,然后进行超声波处理,超声波处理的工艺条件为超声波功率为120W,处理时间为20s; 将棉纤维沿相反的方向缠绕在处理后的羊毛纤维上,得到复合纱线,再进行织造成表层面料;其中羊毛纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维的质量比为100: 40: 15;
(3)浆纱:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出,浸入浆液,在表层面料表面涂布防皱热熔胶,所述防皱热熔胶的组分及重量份为聚四亚甲基醚二醇40份、丙烯酸丁酯25份、柠檬酸酯18份、二甘醇二缩水甘油醚15份、海藻酸钠10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8份;采用进口意大利巴佐尼环保O型低张力染色机,染色机入水并在常温下分管入布,加入CD-1000N,将其在染色机副缸中搅拌并开具自动加料系统,其将被自动泵入染色机内,PH值控制在3~6之间;然后在电脑系统输入以下工艺参数:张力50N,转速150m/min,喷嘴压力0.5MP/cm2,主泵转速1005r/min,浴比1:5,前处理温度98℃,升温2℃/min,保温时间20min;然后以1.5℃/min的速度降温至常温,水洗2次,并加入CD-1000N;然后以2℃/min的速度升温至后处理温度50℃,保温时间20-30min。

(3)浆纱:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出,浸入浆液,在表层面料表面涂布防皱热熔胶,所述防皱热熔胶的组分及重量份为聚四亚甲基醚二醇35份、丙烯酸丁酯22份、柠檬酸酯17份、二甘醇二缩水甘油醚13份、海藻酸钠7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份;采用进口意大利巴佐尼环保O型低张力染色机,染色机入水并在常温下分管入布,加入CD-1000N,将其在染色机副缸中搅拌并开具自动加料系统,其将被自动泵入染色机内,PH值控制在3~6之间;然后在电脑系统输入以下工艺参数:张力30N,转速150m/min,喷嘴压力0.3MP/cm2,主泵转速1005r/min,浴比1:5,前处理温度98℃,升温2℃/min,保温时间20min;然后以1.5℃/min的速度降温至常温,水洗2次,并加入CD-1000N;然后以2℃/min的速度升温至后处理温度50℃,保温时间20-30min。
(4)针织:将40S棉排列织机第一口;40S棉麻灰排列在织机第二口;40S棉麻灰排列在织机第三口,后续依次排列;开始进行编织调试,有纱线张力调试;喂纱咀位置调试;织针弯纱深浅的具体调试;卷布机的张力调试等;织机初步调试完成,在第二口喂入30D氨纶;此时调试完成,确定产品风格正确,织机各部位调试准确无误后进行织造生产;坯布进入正常生产,织机运转速度为15r/min;然后检验人员进行坯布检验;
(5)烘干:使用的柔软剂:柔软剂FRD-5 20±5g/L,柔软剂AQG-01EZ 20±5g/L,并调节pH值为4.5-7.5,烘干拉幅机温度140±5℃,车速为50±5m/min;
(6)定型:采用进口韩国理和热定型机,工艺参数:机架幅度155CM,温度170℃,机速30r/min,轧辊压力2.5t,超喂28个,机箱风量:上风500r/min,下风800r/min;在入布轧辊调低压力为2.5t浸扎布面;设定温控电脑10箱温度170℃;调整超喂28个;入布机速30m/min通过定型,出布测量布幅宽155CM;
(7)织造:使用自由飞翔的无导钩织机,织机车速在190r/min;导纱摩擦系数为0.4-0.5,经纱张力控制在70kg,纬纱张力控制在120CN。

Claims (6)

1.一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)络筒:先用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,络筒时槽筒转速为600±5r/min;
(2)整经:在400-500m/min整经速度下,将汉麻纤维作为纱芯,将羊毛纤维沿一个方向缠绕在所述汉麻纤维上,然后进行超声波处理; 将棉纤维沿相反的方向缠绕在处理后的羊毛纤维上,得到复合纱线,再进行织造成表层面料;
(3)浆纱:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出,浸入浆液,在表层面料表面涂布防皱热熔胶,所述防皱热熔胶的组分及重量份为聚四亚甲基醚二醇30-40份、丙烯酸丁酯20-25份、柠檬酸酯15-18份、二甘醇二缩水甘油醚12-15份、海藻酸钠5-10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-8份;
(4)针织;
(5)烘干:使用的柔软剂:柔软剂FRD-5 20±5g/L,柔软剂AQG-01EZ 20±5g/L,并调节pH值为4.5-7.5,烘干拉幅机温度140±5℃,车速为50±5m/min;
(6)定型;
(7)织造:使用自由飞翔的无导钩织机,织机车速在130~250r/min;导纱摩擦系数为0.4-0.5,经纱张力控制在50-100kg,纬纱张力控制在50-200CN。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述羊毛纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维的质量比为100:30-40:5-15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述染纱工艺为:采用进口意大利巴佐尼环保O型低张力染色机,染色机入水并在常温下分管入布,加入CD-1000N,将其在染色机副缸中搅拌并开具自动加料系统,其将被自动泵入染色机内,PH值控制在3~6之间;然后在电脑系统输入以下工艺参数:张力20-50N,转速150m/min,喷嘴压力0.2-0.5MP/cm2,主泵转速1005r/min,浴比1:5,前处理温度98℃,升温2℃/min,保温时间20min;然后以1.5℃/min的速度降温至常温,水洗2次,并加入CD-1000N;然后以2℃/min的速度升温至后处理温度50℃,保温时间20-30min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述针织工艺为:将40S棉排列织机第一口;40S棉麻灰排列在织机第二口;40S棉麻灰排列在织机第三口,后续依次排列;开始进行编织调试,有纱线张力调试;喂纱咀位置调试;织针弯纱深浅的具体调试;卷布机的张力调试等;织机初步调试完成,在第二口喂入30D氨纶;此时调试完成,确定产品风格正确,织机各部位调试准确无误后进行织造生产;坯布进入正常生产,织机运转速度为15r/min;然后检验人员进行坯布检验。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述定型工艺为:采用进口韩国理和热定型机,工艺参数:机架幅度155CM,温度160-180℃,机速30r/min,轧辊压力2.5t,超喂28个,机箱风量:上风500r/min,下风800r/min;在入布轧辊调低压力为2.5t浸扎布面;设定温控电脑10箱温度160-180℃;调整超喂28个;入布机速30m/min通过定型,出布测量布幅宽155CM。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛与纤维混纺面料的织造工艺,其特征在于:所述超声波处理的工艺条件为超声波功率为100-120W,处理时间为10-20s。
