背景技术
随着社会经济的飞速发展和人们消费水平的日益提高,人们的消费水平观念也在不断的更新,对生活质量和生活环境也越发的重视,对服装的功能性要求越来越重视,尤其是对服装的手感、品质、环保等特性。在这种情况下芦荟纤维问世了,芦荟纤维是一种新型再生纤维素纤维,它所含得氨基酸、多糖等物质有护肤、保健、治疗作用,同时它也具有粘胶纤维的舒适性。
接结双层织物开发历来是专家学者研究的焦点,也是企业提高产品档次、增加附加值的突破点。白燕探讨了接结双面织物的设计原理;杨小侠从接结纱的要求、表里组织的选择、纱线的排列、完全循环纱线数的计算、上机图的设计等方面设计接结经接结双层组织织物;蒋秀翔以不同的接结点分布状况作为切入点,设计了表里接结色织双层织物;黄紫娟设计了具有双面配色模纹效果的接结双层色织物;李世雄采用阻燃涤纶和芳纶混纺纱线为原料设计开发了双层阻燃织物并对其性能进行了测试,由此可见,开发符合市场需求的高附加值高档次产品已经成为企业相互竞争的优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种附加值高、性能优良、高档舒适的芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺,其创新点在于:经过原料的选择、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经和织造工艺完成芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)原料的选择:经纱和纬纱均选用14.7tex的芦荟/棉混纺纱,混纺比例为50:50;
(2)络筒:采用TW2-W型络筒机进行络筒,络筒机的车速为600-800m/min,筒子卷绕宽度为150-154mm,筒子卷绕直径为190-210mm,筒子卷绕长度为15800-16200m;
(3)整经:采用CGGA114型高速整经机进行整经,整经速度为400-700m/min,整经配轴692根×10轴,卷绕密度为0.45 -0.5g/m3;
(4)浆纱:采用津田驹HS20-Ⅱ型浆纱机进行浆纱,浆纱机车速为35-60m/min,浆槽温度为95-98℃,预烘温度为120-140℃,烘干温度为105-115℃,上浆率为10.5-11.5%,浆液pH值为7,退绕张力0.2-0.5kN,卷绕张力1.5-2.5kN,托纱张力2.0-2.8kN,接触辊压力1.5-2.5kN;
(5)穿经:选用的综框为9页,穿综方法为(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)×11,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9;第1页和第2页综框综丝各895根,第3页和第7页综框综丝各855根,第8页综框综丝784根,第9页综框综丝71根,选用筘号为100,布身每筘穿入数为2入,布边每筘穿入数为4入,筘幅为174.8cm;
(6)织造:采用JAT710型喷气织机进行单织轴生产,车速650r/min,上机张力1700-1900N,开口时间300°,绞边纱张力为70g,开口量30°,平稳时间300°,平稳量刻度6,后梁座的高度为0,后梁架的前后位置6,停经架织机前面到开口支架织机后面的距离为270mm,停经架高度为-1,综高145mm,主喷启闭时间100-170°,第一组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为100-140°,第二组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为115-155°,第三组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为130-170°,第四组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150-190°,第五组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为170-280°,第六组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为190-300°,第七组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为210-300°,每组辅助喷嘴4只,共计28只辅助喷嘴,拉伸喷嘴的启闭时间为225-330°,主喷气压0.25 MPa,辅助喷嘴气压0.28Mpa,辅助喷嘴高度为+1, 辅助喷嘴角度为+2°。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中的浆料配方为酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚,所述酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚的添加质量比为50:1:0.5,所述浆液粘度为9s。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过 “下接上”的方法将独立的两层面料接结在一起,有效增加了织物的厚度,保暖性,改善织物的透气性且结构稳定,提高了织物的耐磨性和折皱回复性;同时通过对产品的设计、各工序工艺参数的优化,使得生产出来的色织双层面料的附加值大大提高,性能优良。
(2)本织物的原料选用14.7tex的芦荟/棉混纺纱,芦荟纤维是一种新型再生纤维素纤维,它所含得氨基酸、多糖等物质有护肤、保健、治疗作用,同时它也具有粘胶纤维的舒适性,选用特定长度和细度的芦荟纤维能够使得它不予其他较长纤维的混纺下,纺出来的纱织成的面料具有良好的亲肤性,是一种环保,可回收的材料,能广泛的用于家纺行业。

一、织物风格和特点设计
经纬向分别以丈青、特白色纱线为主色调,辅以少量的浅灰色纱线,配合独特的双层组织设计,使其颜色清新高雅。由于表、里组织均采用平纹组织,布面平整,同时在组织循环中,标号为16的里经与标号为79的表纬交织,将上下两层织物接结起来,在增加了厚度、保暖性,外形可变性强,与人体接触非常舒服,使得该织物能广泛应有在厚衬衫、家用装饰领域;组织图如图1所示。
二、织物规格设计
成品规格设计如下:成品幅宽145.5cm,上机筘幅174.8cm,总经根数6920根,其中边纱40×2根。成品经、纬密分别为472根/10cm和354根/10cm,全幅花数285花,丈青经纱每花10根,共2850根,漂白经纱每花14根,3390根,丈青经纱用纱量4.7443kg/100m,漂白经纱用纱量6.6420kg/100m,边纱用纱量0.1332kg/100m,经纱总用纱量为11.5195kg/100m。丈青纬纱每花8根,浅灰纬纱每花2根,漂白纬纱每花10根,丈青纬纱用纱量3.8757kg/100m,浅灰纬纱用纱量0.9689kg/100m,漂白纬纱用纱量4.8446kg/100m,纬纱总用纱量为9.6892kg/100m。

(1)原料的选择:经纱和纬纱均选用14.7tex的芦荟/棉纺纱,混纺比例为50:50;
(2)络筒:采用TW2-W型络筒机进行络筒,络筒机的车速为600m/min,筒子卷绕宽度为150mm,筒子卷绕直径为190mm,筒子卷绕长度为15800m;
(3)整经:采用CGGA114型高速整经机进行整经,整经速度为400m/min,整经配轴692根×10轴,卷绕密度为0.45g/m3;
(4)浆纱:采用津田驹HS20-Ⅱ型浆纱机进行浆纱,浆纱机车速为35m/min,浆槽温度为95℃,预烘温度为120℃,烘干温度为105℃,上浆率为10.5%,浆液PH值为7,退绕张力0.2kN,卷绕张力1.5kN,托纱张力2.0kN,接触辊压力1.5kN;浆料配方为酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚,酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚的添加质量比为50:1:0.5,浆液粘度为9s;

(6)织造:采用JAT710型喷气织机进行单织轴生产,车速650r/min,上机张力1700N,开口时间300°,绞边纱张力为70g,开口量30°,平稳时间300°,平稳量刻度6,后梁座的高度为0,后梁架的前后位置6,停经架织机前面到开口支架织机后面的距离为270mm,停经架高度为-1,综高145mm,主喷启闭时间100-170°,第一组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为100-140°,第二组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为115-155°,第三组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为130-170°,第四组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150-190°,第五组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为170-280°,第六组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为190-300°,第七组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为210-300°,每组辅助喷嘴4只,共计28只辅助喷嘴,拉伸喷嘴的启闭时间为225-330°,主喷气压0.25 MPa,辅助喷嘴气压0.28Mpa,辅助喷嘴高度为+1, 辅助喷嘴角度为+2°,辅助喷嘴的位置越高,离钢筘越近,传送纬纱的能力就越强,然而却容易在织物上产生喷嘴痕迹,纬纱达到角230°,要用频闪仪检查偏角,因为偏角的设定值对空气消耗量和纬疵的产生等有很大影响,辅助喷嘴压力减小后,偏角可能会从某个压力值急剧变大,确认无纬疵或质量没有问题,并在该偏角的变化点附近设定辅助喷嘴压力后,空气消耗量减少效果显著。
实施例2
一种芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺,经过原料的选择、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经和织造工艺完成芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺;具体步骤如下:

(6)织造:采用JAT710型喷气织机进行单织轴生产,车速650r/min,上机张力1900N,开口时间300°,绞边纱张力为70g,开口量30°,平稳时间300°,平稳量刻度6,后梁座的高度为0,后梁架的前后位置6,停经架织机前面到开口支架织机后面的距离为270mm,停经架高度为-1,综高145mm,主喷启闭时间100-170°,第一组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为100-140°,第二组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为115-155°,第三组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为130-170°,第四组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150-190°,第五组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为170-280°,第六组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为190-300°,第七组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为210-300°,每组辅助喷嘴4只,共计28只辅助喷嘴,拉伸喷嘴的启闭时间为225-330°,主喷气压0.25 MPa,辅助喷嘴气压0.28Mpa,辅助喷嘴高度为+1, 辅助喷嘴角度为+2°,辅助喷嘴的位置越高,离钢筘越近,传送纬纱的能力就越强,然而却容易在织物上产生喷嘴痕迹,纬纱达到角240°,要用频闪仪检查偏角,因为偏角的设定值对空气消耗量和纬疵的产生等有很大影响,辅助喷嘴压力减小后,偏角可能会从某个压力值急剧变大,确认无纬疵或质量没有问题,并在该偏角的变化点附近设定辅助喷嘴压力后,空气消耗量减少效果显著。
实施例3
一种芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺,经过原料的选择、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经和织造工艺完成芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)原料的选择:经纱和纬纱均选用14.7tex的芦荟/棉混纺纱,混纺比例为50:50;
(2)络筒:采用TW2-W型络筒机进行络筒,络筒机的车速为700m/min,筒子卷绕宽度为152mm,筒子卷绕直径为200mm,筒子卷绕长度为16000m;
(3)整经:采用CGGA114型高速整经机进行整经,整经速度为600m/min,整经配轴692根×10轴,卷绕密度为0.47g/m3;
(4)浆纱:采用津田驹HS20-Ⅱ型浆纱机进行浆纱,浆纱机车速为50m/min,浆槽温度为96℃,预烘温度为130℃,烘干温度为110℃,上浆率为11%,浆液pH值为7,退绕张力0.4kN,卷绕张力2.0kN,托纱张力2.3kN,接触辊压力2.0kN;浆料配方为酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚,酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚的添加质量比为50:1:0.5,浆液粘度为9s;
(5)穿经:选用的综框为9页,穿综方法为(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)×11,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9;第1页和第2页综框综丝各895根,第3页和第7页综框综丝各855根,第8页综框综丝784根,第9页综框综丝71根,选用筘号为100,布身每筘穿入数为2入,布边每筘穿入数为4入,筘幅为174.8cm;
(6)织造:采用JAT710型喷气织机进行单织轴生产,车速650r/min,上机张力1800N,开口时间300°,绞边纱张力为70g,开口量30°,平稳时间300°,平稳量刻度6,后梁座的高度为0,后梁架的前后位置6,停经架织机前面到开口支架织机后面的距离为270mm,停经架高度为-1,综高145mm,主喷启闭时间100-170°,第一组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为100-140°,第二组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为115-155°,第三组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为130-170°,第四组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150-190°,第五组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为170-280°,第六组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为190-300°,第七组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为210-300°,每组辅助喷嘴4只,共计28只辅助喷嘴,拉伸喷嘴的启闭时间为225-330°,主喷气压0.25 MPa,辅助喷嘴气压0.28Mpa,辅助喷嘴高度为+1, 辅助喷嘴角度为+2°,辅助喷嘴的位置越高,离钢筘越近,传送纬纱的能力就越强,然而却容易在织物上产生喷嘴痕迹,纬纱达到角235°,要用频闪仪检查偏角,因为偏角的设定值对空气消耗量和纬疵的产生等有很大影响,辅助喷嘴压力减小后,偏角可能会从某个压力值急剧变大,确认无纬疵或质量没有问题,并在该偏角的变化点附近设定辅助喷嘴压力后,空气消耗量减少效果显著。
由实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的生产工艺完成的芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的性能参数如下表所示:
由上述表格可知,实施例1、实施例2和实施例3生产得到的芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的经纬向拉伸断裂强力和经纬向撕破强力均高于普通工艺生产出来的色织双层织物。
本发明通过 “下接上”的方法将独立的两层面料接结在一起,有效增加了织物的厚度,保暖性,改善织物的透气性且结构稳定,提高了织物的耐磨性和折皱回复性;同时通过对产品的设计、各工序工艺参数的优化,使得生产出来的色织双层面料的附加值大大提高,性能优良。
本织物的原料选用14.7tex的芦荟/棉混纺,质量混纺比例为50:50,芦荟纤维是一种新型再生纤维素纤维,它所含得氨基酸、多糖等物质有护肤、保健、治疗作用,同时它也具有粘胶纤维的舒适性,选用特定长度和细度的芦荟纤维能够使得它不予其他较长纤维的混纺下,纺出来的纱织成的面料具有良好的亲肤性,是一种环保,可回收的材料,能广泛的用于家纺行业。
上述实施例只是本发明的较佳实施例,并不是对本发明技术方案的限制,只要是不经过创造性劳动即可在上述实施例的基础上实现的技术方案,均应视为落入本发明专利的权利保护范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺,其特征在于:经过原料的选择、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经和织造工艺完成芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺;具体步骤如下:
原料的选择:经纱和纬纱均选用14.7tex的芦荟/棉混纺纱,质量混纺比例为50:50;
络筒:采用TW2-W型络筒机进行络筒,络筒机的车速为600-800m/min,筒子卷绕宽度为150-154mm,筒子卷绕直径为190-210mm,筒子卷绕长度为15800-16200m;
整经:采用CGGA114型高速整经机进行整经,整经速度为400-700m/min,整经配轴692根×10轴,卷绕密度为0.45 -0.5g/m3;
浆纱:采用津田驹HS20-Ⅱ型浆纱机进行浆纱,浆纱机车速为35-60m/min,浆槽温度为95-98℃,预烘温度为120-140℃,烘干温度为105-115℃,上浆率为10.5-11.5%,浆液pH值为7,退绕张力0.2-0.5kN,卷绕张力1.5-2.5kN,托纱张力2.0-2.8kN,接触辊压力1.5-2.5kN;
穿经:选用的综框为9页,穿综方法为(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)×11,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9;第1页和第2页综框综丝各895根,第3页和第7页综框综丝各855根,第8页综框综丝784根,第9页综框综丝71根,选用筘号为100,布身每筘穿入数为2入,布边每筘穿入数为4入,筘幅为174.8cm;
(6)织造:采用JAT710型喷气织机进行单织轴生产,车速650r/min,上机张力1700-1900N,开口时间300°,绞边纱张力为70g,开口量30°,平稳时间300°,平稳量刻度6,后梁座的高度为0,后梁架的前后位置6,停经架织机前面到开口支架织机后面的距离为270mm,停经架高度为-1,综高145mm,主喷启闭时间100-170°,第一组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为100-140°,第二组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为115-155°,第三组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为130-170°,第四组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为150-190°,第五组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为170-280°,第六组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为190-300°,第七组辅助喷嘴的启闭时间为210-300°,每组辅助喷嘴4只,共计28只辅助喷嘴,拉伸喷嘴的启闭时间为225-330°,主喷气压0.25 MPa,辅助喷嘴气压0.28Mpa,辅助喷嘴高度为+1, 辅助喷嘴角度为+2°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芦荟/棉混纺色织双层织物的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的浆料配方为酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚,所述酯化淀粉、甘油和2-萘酚的添加质量比为50:1:0.5,所述浆液粘度为9s。
