S5、染色后整理：对坯布进行染色、热风烘干、烘焙定型、皂洗、水洗、烘干，得到成品。

步骤S5中的染色温度为130℃，染色时间50min，热风烘干温度为90℃，热风烘干时间为3min，烘焙定型温度为160℃，烘焙定型时间为40s，皂洗温度为80℃。

1.一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1、络筒：将仿棉涤纶纱卷和棉氨包芯纱卷分别放置于络筒机上进行络筒，络筒速度为350-550m/min，张力圈质量为10-15g，筒子卷绕密度为0.4-0.5g/cm3，络筒温度为20-30℃；
S2、整经：分别对仿棉涤纶纱和棉氨包芯纱进行整经，整经速度为250-450m/min，卷绕密度0.55-0.60g/cm3；
S3、浆纱：对整经后的经纱和纬纱进行浆纱，采用的浆料包括聚丙烯酰胺、柔软剂、甘油、磷酸酯淀粉、聚酯胶粉、丙烯酸浆、抗静电剂和水，浆纱纱速为80-120m/min，桨槽温度为60-65℃，浆纱预烘温度为120-140℃，烘干温度为100-110℃，所述柔软剂为磷酸酯、三元共聚嵌段硅油、顺丁烯二酸、邻苯二甲酸酯、三羟基氨基甲烷混合物，所述抗静电剂为磷酸二氢铵，氯化钙，磷酸三苯酯，聚乙二醇，硬脂酸钠，钛酸异丙酯混合物；
S4、织造：浆纱后的经纱和纬纱经喷气织机织造获得坯布，织机车速为500-700r/min，上机张力1800-2200N；
S5、染色后整理：对坯布进行染色、热风烘干、烘焙定型、皂洗、水洗、烘干，染色温度为100-130℃，染色时间50-80min，热风烘干温度为70-90℃，热风烘干时间为3-5min，烘焙定型温度为150-160℃，烘焙定型时间为40-90s，皂洗温度为70-80℃，得到成品。
