S4、织造:浆纱后的经纱和纬纱经喷气织机织造获得坯布;
S5、染色后整理:对坯布进行染色、热风烘干、烘焙定型、皂洗、水洗、烘干,得到成品。

S4、织造:浆纱后的经纱和纬纱经喷气织机织造获得坯布;
S5、染色后整理:对坯布进行染色、热风烘干、烘焙定型、皂洗、水洗、烘干,得到成品。

步骤S5中的染色温度为130℃,染色时间50min,热风烘干温度为90℃,热风烘干时间为3min,烘焙定型温度为160℃,烘焙定型时间为40s,皂洗温度为80℃。

Claims (8)

1.一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、络筒:将仿棉涤纶纱卷和棉氨包芯纱卷分别放置于络筒机上进行络筒;
S2、整经:分别对仿棉涤纶纱和棉氨包芯纱进行整经;
S3、浆纱:对整经后的经纱和纬纱进行浆纱,采用的浆料包括聚丙烯酰胺、柔软剂、甘油、磷酸酯淀粉、聚酯胶粉、丙烯酸浆、抗静电剂和水;
S4、织造:浆纱后的经纱和纬纱经喷气织机织造获得坯布;
S5、染色后整理:对坯布进行染色、热风烘干、烘焙定型、皂洗、水洗、烘干,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中的络筒速度为350-550m/min,张力圈质量为10-15g,筒子卷绕密度为0.4-0.5g/cm3,络筒温度为20-30℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中的整经速度为250-450m/min,卷绕密度0.55-0.60g/cm3
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中的浆纱纱速为80-120m/min,桨槽温度为60-65℃,浆纱预烘温度为120-140℃,烘干温度为100-110℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述柔软剂为磷酸酯、三元共聚嵌段硅油、顺丁烯二酸、邻苯二甲酸酯、三羟基氨基甲烷混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述抗静电剂为磷酸二氢铵,氯化钙,磷酸三苯酯,聚乙二醇,硬脂酸钠,钛酸异丙酯混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中的织机车速为500-700r/min,上机张力1800-2200N。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉弹力双层充绒布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中的染色温度为100-130℃,染色时间50-80min,热风烘干温度为70-90℃,热风烘干时间为3-5min,烘焙定型温度为150-160℃,烘焙定型时间为40-90s,皂洗温度为70-80℃。
