背景技术
纺织面料使用范围广泛,不能因为性能限制其使用。长期以来,对纺织面料的功能性改善一直是一个重要的研究方向。天气的变化,周围环境的改变以及织物摩擦作用的影响都会造成织物带有一定的静电荷,织物静电严重者甚至威胁人体健康。因此对与纺织面料,是否具有良好的抗静电性能,也是影响其市场的重要因素。
中国专利CN102560817B公开了一种舒适型功能性仿毛休闲面料及其生产工艺,属于纺织面料技术领域,经向采用天丝、细旦粘胶纤维、细旦羊毛纤维的混纺纱线为经纱;纬向采用A原料和B原料,A原料为氨纶包覆丝,B原料为毛型改性纱,具体包括阳离子纤维、细旦粘胶纤维、导电纤维。本发明舒适型功能性仿毛休闲面料,手感柔软舒适、透气透水性好、有效抗静电效果时间保持长、回弹性好,但是此发明中粘胶与天丝的相容性较差,影响面料整体的手感舒适度,同时面料平整性较差。
中国专利CN103722799B公开了一种抗静电纺织面料,由内层面料、外层面料组成,所述内层各组分为纯棉、真丝、抗静电丝交织;所述表层各组分为竹纤维、棉纤维、氨纶纤维。本发明抗静电纺织面料具有抗静电能力,避免面料由于脱水后面料易与皮肤之间产生静电,且结构简单能有效降低面料的摩擦系数,减少摩擦中静电荷的产生量,具有较高的防静电性,但是此发明中面料为双层结构,面料的稳定性较差,使用寿命较短。
中国专利CN102605511B公开了一种纺织面料,由经线和纬线交织而成平纹或斜纹的组织单元,所述的经线为彩棉,所述的纬线为天然彩麻,所述的平纹或斜纹的组织单元为经线和纬线上下层的设置,经线和纬线的比例为5:3,该纺织面料生产工艺包括织造工艺和整理工艺。通过上述方式,本发明提供了一种纺织面料及其生产工艺,该纺织面料经线和纬线上下层适量配搭,彼此取长补短达到外观手感完美组合,并且具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功能;其生产工艺采用了纯物理整理工艺,无需使用化学制剂,减少了污染,是一种绿色环保的生产工艺,但是此发明中,纺织面料的柔软度较低,手感和舒适度较差,适用范围受限。
因此,本发明针对以上问题,发明一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺,制备的柔软防静电纺织面料手感舒适,光泽鲜艳,具有良好的抗静电性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的不足而提供一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺,改善目前抗静电纺织面料,手感较差,抗静电性能一般,同时制备工艺复杂,生产成本较高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下的技术方案:
一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺,柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;经纱原料中涤纶的直径为20μm~22μm,棉纶纶的直径为32μm~36μm;纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为1.8μm~2.0μm,大豆纤维的直径为6μm~8μm,棉纤维的直径为16μm~18μm;制备柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡10h~12h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干12min~20min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为65℃~75℃;
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为260T~280T,纬纱密度为200T~220T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为450℃~650℃条件下进行烧毛处理,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆5min~10min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布;
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,高温蒸煮20min~30min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。。

实施例1
一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺
柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;经纱原料中涤纶的直径为20μm,棉纶纶的直径为32μm;纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为1.8μm,大豆纤维的直径为6μm,棉纤维的直径为16μm;经纱原料中涤纶的质量比为3.5:6.5;纬纱原料中莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.5:1.0:7.5;
制备柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡10h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干12min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为65℃;
上述操作中,抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵5kg,硬脂酸锌0.5kg,十二烷基磺酸钠0.2kg,茶多酚0.8kg,去离子水40kg。
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为260T,纬纱密度为200T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为450℃条件下进行烧毛处理,其中,烧毛机车速为100m/min,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆5min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
上述操作中,浆料为氧化玉米淀粉、乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和水按质量比2:1:0.2:0.1:6组成的混合液。
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布,其中,坯布克重为280g/m2
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,在温度为110℃条件下,蒸煮20min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。
实施例2
一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺
柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;经纱原料中涤纶的直径为22μm,棉纶纶的直径为36μm;纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为2.0μm,大豆纤维的直径为8μm,棉纤维的直径为18μm;经纱原料中涤纶的质量比为4.5:5.5;纬纱原料中莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维的质量比为2.5:2.0:5.5;
制备柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡12h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干20min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为75℃;
上述操作中,抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵8kg,硬脂酸锌1.0kg,十二烷基磺酸钠0.4kg,茶多酚1.0kg,去离子水50kg。
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为280T,纬纱密度为220T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为650℃条件下进行烧毛处理,其中,烧毛机车速为150m/min,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆10min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
上述操作中,浆料为氧化玉米淀粉、乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和水按质量比3:2:0.3:0.2:8组成的混合液。
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布,其中,坯布克重为320g/m2
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,在温度为120℃条件下,蒸煮30min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。
实施例3
一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺
柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;经纱原料中涤纶的直径为20.5μm,棉纶纶的直径为33μm;纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为1.3μm,大豆纤维的直径为6.5μm,棉纤维的直径为16.2μm;经纱原料中涤纶的质量比为3.7:6.3;纬纱原料中莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.5:2.0:6.5;
制备柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡10.5h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干14min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为68℃;
上述操作中,抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵6kg,硬脂酸锌0.7kg,十二烷基磺酸钠0.2kg,茶多酚0.8kg,去离子水42kg。
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为260T,纬纱密度为220T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为500℃条件下进行烧毛处理,其中,烧毛机车速为120m/min,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆6min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
上述操作中,浆料为氧化玉米淀粉、乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和水按质量比2.5:1.5:0.2:0.1:6.5组成的混合液。
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布,其中,坯布克重为285g/m2
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,在温度为112℃条件下,蒸煮22min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。
实施例4
一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺
柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;经纱原料中涤纶的直径为21.6μm,棉纶纶的直径为35μm;纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为1.6μm,大豆纤维的直径为7.5μm,棉纤维的直径为17.2μm;经纱原料中涤纶的质量比为4:6;纬纱原料中莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维的质量比为2:1.5:7.5;
制备柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡11.5h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干18min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为72℃;
上述操作中,抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵7kg,硬脂酸锌0.8kg,十二烷基磺酸钠0.3kg,茶多酚0.9kg,去离子水46kg。
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为280T,纬纱密度为220T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为620℃条件下进行烧毛处理,其中,烧毛机车速为140m/min,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆8min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
上述操作中,浆料为氧化玉米淀粉、乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和水按质量比2.5:2:0.2:0.2:8组成的混合液。
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布,其中,坯布克重为310g/m2
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,在温度为118℃条件下,蒸煮28min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。
实施例5
一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺
柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;经纱原料中涤纶的直径为21μm,棉纶纶的直径为34μm;纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为1.9μm,大豆纤维的直径为7μm,棉纤维的直径为17μm;经纱原料中涤纶的质量比为4:6;纬纱原料中莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维的质量比为2.5:1.5:6;
制备柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡11h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干15min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为70℃;
上述操作中,抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵6kg,硬脂酸锌0.6kg,十二烷基磺酸钠0.3kg,茶多酚0.9kg,去离子水45kg。
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为260T,纬纱密度为200T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为550℃条件下进行烧毛处理,其中,烧毛机车速为120m/min,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆7min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
上述操作中,浆料为氧化玉米淀粉、乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和水按质量比2.5:1.5:0.2:0.1:8组成的混合液。
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布,其中,坯布克重为300g/m2
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,在温度为115℃条件下,蒸煮25min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。
实验例
对上述实验例1~5制备得到的柔软防静电纺织面料进行抗静电性能检测,其中,抗静电性能以柔软防静电纺织面料表面的比电阻Rs(每平方单位试样对应边间的电阻)来表示,同时,在柔软防静电纺织面料被洗涤20次后再次测试面料的抗静电性能,测试结果见表1。

从表1中可看出,实施例1~5制得的柔软防静电纺织面料抗静电性能良好,洗涤20次后,抗静电性能改变甚微,依旧具有良好的防静电效果,同时手感舒适光滑,穿着舒适。
另外,本发明实施例1~5制备的柔软防静电纺织面料具有良好的力学性能,特别是弹性和耐磨性突出,可以延长其使用寿命。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述柔软防静电纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成;所述经纱原料为涤纶和棉纶混纺;所述纬纱原料为莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维混纺;所述经纱原料中涤纶的直径为20μm~22μm,所述棉纶纶的直径为32μm~36μm;所述纬纱原料中莫代尔纤维的直径为1.8μm~2.0μm,所述大豆纤维的直径为6μm~8μm,所述棉纤维的直径为16μm~18μm;制备所述柔软防静电纺织面料的制备工艺的步骤如下:
S10,原料防静电处理:分别将经纱原料与纬纱原料置于抗静电溶液中,浸泡10h~12h,然后置于高温烘箱中烘干12min~20min,其中,高温烘箱的温度为65℃~75℃;
S20,纺纱:S10烘干后的经纱原料和纬纱原料分别混纺得到经纱和纬纱,其中,经纱密度为260T~280T,纬纱密度为200T~220T;
S30,纱线处理:S20中混纺得到的经纱和纬纱于烧毛机中,在温度为450℃~650℃条件下进行烧毛处理,烧毛后的经纱和纬纱浸入浆液上浆5min~10min,压去余浆,清水洗涤三次,自然晾干;
S40,坯布织造:S30中自然晾干后的经纱和纬纱沿着经纬方向交错重叠编织形成坯布;
S50,坯布处理:S40中得到的坯布清水洗涤后,高温蒸煮20min~30min后清水洗涤晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到所述柔软防静电纺织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述经纱原料中涤纶的质量比为3.5~4.5:5.5~6.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述纬纱原料中莫代尔棉纤维、大豆纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.5~2.5:1.0~2.0:5.5~7.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,S10中,所述抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵5份~8份,硬脂酸锌0.5份~1.0份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.2份~0.4份,茶多酚0.8份~1.0份,去离子水40份~50份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述抗静电溶液由以下重量份的原料组成:二烷基酯甲基羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵6份,硬脂酸锌0.6份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.3份,茶多酚0.9份,去离子水45份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,S30中,所述浆料为氧化玉米淀粉、乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和水按质量比2~3:1~2:0.2~0.3:0.1~0.2:6~8组成的混合液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,S30中,所述烧毛机车速为100m/min~150m/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,S40中,所述坯布克重为280g/m2~320g/m2
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,S50中,所述高温蒸煮的温度为110℃~120℃。
