Abstract
本发明公开了一种具备除螨功能的,棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法,包括步骤(1)前处理;(2)并线、织造;(3)精练;(4)清洗;(5)除螨整理;(6)抗菌整理;(7)清洗;(8)烘干;(9)浸轧;(10)烘干;(11)培烘;(12)定型;(13)轧光;(14)收卷。本发明通过将棉纤维与负离子活性炭纤维混纺,与肌肤直接接触时,既能够保持面料的舒适性,又由于增加的负离子活性炭纤维,可保证面料释放2000‑3000个/cm³负离子,有利于人体健康;又由于本发明通过在负离子活性炭纤维表面涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂,进一步提高面料的抗菌能力,有益效果明显。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性面料的制备方法,尤其是一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,科学技术的发展,人们对自身健康日渐重视,越来越多的生活用品注重健康。面料作为可直接与人体接触的织物,其健康、安全性能受到了越来越多的重视。负离子素有“空气维生素”之称,对人体健康有益,因此负离子纺织产品受到了越来越多人的喜爱,有着良好的发展前景。但是,由于我国负离子纺织产品研发起步较晚,目前技术尚不成熟,造成负离子产品生产工艺较为繁琐复杂,且负离子纺织产品功能较为单一,无法满足消费者日益增长的需求。
因此,研究出一种简单的负离子纺织产品生产方法是目前负离子纺织产品领域需要解决的重要问题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料制备方法,包括步骤
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂1-2g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8-2.6g/L,保险粉0.3-0.8g/L,双氧水5-7g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为65-70℃,处理时间为20-30min;
(4)清洗:将经过精练处理的面料置于清水中清洗,清洗时间为15-20min,清洗温度为20-30℃;
(5)除螨整理:将清洗后的面料浸入除螨溶液中作除螨整理,所述的除螨溶液包含椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-4g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-2g/L,纳米氧化银1.2-2.3g/L,纳米二氧化钛2-3g/L,螯合剂0.3-0.8g/L,整理时间为15-30min,溶液温度保持在25-35℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对除螨整理后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度100-105℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为18-24r/min,轧余率85-88%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸1-2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100)3-5g/L;
柔软剂1-2g/L;
甲壳素:3-5g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1-2g/L;
三乙醇胺1.5-2g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2-3g/L;
丝素:0.5-1g/L;
(7)清洗:将经过抗菌整理的面料放入25-35℃的清水中清洗,清洗时间为20-30min;
(8)烘干:将清洗过的面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-105℃,机车速为20-24m/min;
(9)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40-50℃,pH为5-6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为8-12r/min,轧余率80-90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
防水剂:1-3g/L;
渗透剂JFC:2-3g/L;
HAC:1.5-2.4g/L;
除臭剂0.5-1g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.5-2.2g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.5-1.8g/L;
(10)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95-100℃,机车速为15-20m/min;
(11)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100℃,机车速为50-55m/min;
(12)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度100-105℃,机车速为65-80m/min;
(13)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度105-110℃,机车速为20-25m/min;
(14)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
步骤(1)中所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中。
所述的负离子纳米活性炭纤维表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂。
步骤(9)中所述的防水剂为UG纳米防水防油剂。
步骤(9)中所述的除臭剂为活性炭。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.面料舒适健康:本发明通过将棉纤维与负离子活性炭纤维混纺,与肌肤直接接触时,既能够保持面料的舒适性,又由于增加的负离子活性炭纤维,可保证面料释放2000-3000个/cm3负离子,有利于人体健康;又由于本发明通过在负离子活性炭纤维表面涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂,进一步提高面料的抗菌能力,提高面料安全性能。
2.除螨效果好:本发明通过增加的除螨整理工艺,可有效抑制螨虫的生产,避免因螨虫而滋生的肌肤过敏问题,提高面料的实用性。
3.抗菌效果好:本发明通过增加的抗菌整理工艺,可有效提高面料的抗菌效果,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑制率都>98%,有益效果明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料制备方法,包括步骤
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂1g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8g/L,保险粉0.3g/L,双氧水5g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为65℃,处理时间为20min;
(4)清洗:将经过精练处理的面料置于清水中清洗,清洗时间为15min,清洗温度为20℃;
(5)除螨整理:将清洗后的面料浸入除螨溶液中作除螨整理,所述的除螨溶液包含椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2g/L,渗透剂JFC 1g/L,纳米氧化银1.2g/L,纳米二氧化钛2g/L,螯合剂0.3g/L,整理时间为15min,溶液温度保持在25℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对除螨整理后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度100℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为18r/min,轧余率85%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸1g/L;
聚乙二醇(100)3g/L;
柔软剂1g/L;
甲壳素:3g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1g/L;
三乙醇胺1.5g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2g/L;
丝素:0.5g/L;
(7)清洗:将经过抗菌整理的面料放入25℃的清水中清洗,清洗时间为20min;
(8)烘干:将清洗过的面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃,机车速为20m/min;
(9)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40℃,pH为5,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为8r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
UG纳米防水防油剂:1g/L;
渗透剂JFC:2g/L;
HAC:1.5g/L;
活性炭:0.5g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.5g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.5g/L;
(10)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95℃,机车速为15m/min;
(11)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100℃,机车速为50m/min;
(12)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度100℃,机车速为65m/min;
(13)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度105℃,机车速为20m/min;
(14)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例2:
一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料制备方法:包括步骤
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂1.5g/L,渗透剂JFC 1.7g/L,保险粉0.5g/L,双氧水6g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为68℃,处理时间为25min;
(4)清洗:将经过精练处理的面料置于清水中清洗,清洗时间为18min,清洗温度为27℃;
(5)除螨整理:将清洗后的面料浸入除螨溶液中作除螨整理,所述的除螨溶液包含椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3g/L,渗透剂JFC 1.4g/L,纳米氧化银1.6g/L,纳米二氧化钛2.6g/L,螯合剂0.5g/L,整理时间为22min,溶液温度保持在27℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对除螨整理后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度103℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为23r/min,轧余率87%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸1.5g/L;
聚乙二醇(100)4.1g/L;
柔软剂1.5g/L;
甲壳素:4.2g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.8g/L;
三乙醇胺:1.6g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2.5g/L;
丝素:0.8g/L;
(7)清洗:将经过抗菌整理的面料放入28℃的清水中清洗,清洗时间为28min;
(8)烘干:将清洗过的面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为103℃,机车速为22m/min;
(9)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度45℃,pH为5.5,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为9.5r/min,轧余率86%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
UG纳米防水防油剂:2g/L;
渗透剂JFC:2.4g/L;
HAC:1.9g/L;
活性炭:0.8g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:2g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.7g/L;
(10)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为98℃,机车速为17m/min;
(11)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100℃,机车速为53m/min;
(12)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度103℃,机车速为73m/min;
(13)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度107℃,机车速为22m/min;
(14)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例3
一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料制备方法,包括步骤
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用,所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中,其表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂2g/L,渗透剂JFC 2.6g/L,保险粉0.8g/L,双氧水7g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为70℃,处理时间为30min;
(4)清洗:将经过精练处理的面料置于清水中清洗,清洗时间为20min,清洗温度为30℃;
(5)除螨整理:将清洗后的面料浸入除螨溶液中作除螨整理,所述的除螨溶液包含椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4g/L,渗透剂JFC 2g/L,纳米氧化银2.3g/L,纳米二氧化钛3g/L,螯合剂0.8g/L,整理时间为30min,溶液温度保持在35℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对除螨整理后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度105℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为24r/min,轧余率88%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100)5g/L;
柔软剂2g/L;
甲壳素:5g/L;
渗透剂JFC:2g/L;
三乙醇胺2g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:3g/L;
丝素:1g/L;
(7)清洗:将经过抗菌整理的面料放入35℃的清水中清洗,清洗时间为30min;
(8)烘干:将清洗过的面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为105℃,机车速为24m/min;
(9)浸轧:将烘干后的面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度50℃,pH为6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为12r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
UG纳米防水防油剂:3g/L;
渗透剂JFC:3g/L;
HAC:2.4g/L;
活性炭:1g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:2.2g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.8g/L;
(10)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃,机车速为20m/min;
(11)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100℃,机车速为55m/min;
(12)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度105℃,机车速为80m/min;
(13)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度110℃,机车速为25m/min;
(14)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
Claims (5)
1.一种具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料制备方法,其特征在于:包括步骤
(1)前处理:选用棉纤维作为经纱,经络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综处理后准备待用,选用负离子活性炭纤维作为纬纱,经纺纱、加白处理后准备待用;
(2)并线、织造:采用并条机将步骤1所述的经纱、纬纱做并条处理,采用剑杆织机及提花机织造所需要的面料;
(3)精练:将步骤2织造的面料浸入含有精练剂1-2g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8-2.6 g/L,保险粉 0.3-0.8g/L,双氧水5-7g/L的溶液中做精练处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为65-70℃,处理时间为20-30min;
(4)清洗:将经过精练处理的面料置于清水中清洗,清洗时间为15-20min,清洗温度为20-30℃;
(5)除螨整理:将清洗后的面料浸入除螨溶液中作除螨整理,所述的除螨溶液包含椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 2-4g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-2 g/L,纳米氧化银 1.2-2.3g/L,纳米二氧化钛 2-3g/L,螯合剂 0.3-0.8g/L,整理时间为15-30min,溶液温度保持在25-35℃;
(6)抗菌整理:对除螨整理后的面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度100-105℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为18-24r/min,轧余率85-88%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 1-2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 3-5 g/L;
柔软剂1-2 g/L;
甲壳素:3-5 g/L;
渗透剂 JFC:1-2 g/L;
三乙醇胺 1.5-2 g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2-3 g/L;
丝素:0.5-1 g/L;
(7)清洗:将经过抗菌整理的面料放入25-35℃的清水中清洗,清洗时间为20-30min;

HAC:1.5-2.4g/L;
除臭剂 0.5-1 g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.5-2.2g/L;

(10)烘干:将经过防静电浸轧粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95-100℃,机车速为15-20m/min;
(11)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100℃,机车速为50-55m/min;
(12)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度100-105℃,机车速为65-80m/min;
(13)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度105-110℃,机车速为20-25m/min;
(14)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的负离子活性炭纤维的制备方法为采用中空活性炭纤维做载体,在真空状态下反复浸渍在电气石粉中,使电气石粉进入中空活性炭纤维的中空孔中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的负离子纳米活性炭纤维表层涂覆纳米氧化银抗菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(9)中所述的防水剂为UG纳米防水防油剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具备除螨功能的棉/负离子活性炭纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(9)中所述的除臭剂为活性炭。
