技术领域
本发明涉及织物材料技术领域,具体涉及织物用除螨除异味平滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织平滑剂是一种用于纺织工业中的纺织添加剂,为灰白色均质半透明液体,能使纺织品变得柔软、平滑、光亮;是新一代高档纺织品的柔软整理剂;能赋予织物卓越的柔软、平滑效果;适用於各种纤维的制成品。
现有技术中,织物用平滑剂,虽然在一定程度上满足了使织物柔软、平滑的作用,但因为颗粒较大而使其分层,漂浮,容易粘缸;并且稳定性偏低,硅油乳液容易破乳漂油,在面料上形成难以去除的硅油斑点,对织物的正常使用及性能造成影响;此外,目前平滑剂的除螨除异味作用弱或无除虫功能,抗菌性能不足,影响织物的性能及使用者的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷而提供织物用除螨除异味平滑剂及其制备方法,操作工艺简单,所得的平滑剂不仅具有颗粒细小均匀,稳定性好的优点;而且具有除螨除异味及除虫的作用,并使织物具有抗菌的性能,易于推广使用。
织物用除螨除异味平滑剂,包括重量百分数为40%的组份A和60%的组分B;所述组分A包括如下重量份的组分:二羟基聚二甲基硅烷40-60份,氨基硅油10-20份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20-30份,二甲基硅油5-8份,含氢硅油5-10份,1-5份的聚乙二醇200,支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份和冰乙酸1-5份;所述组分B为水。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述组分A包括如下重量份的组分:二羟基聚二甲基硅烷45-55份,氨基硅油10-15份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20-25份,二甲基硅油6-7份,含氢硅油7-8份,2-4份的聚乙二醇200,支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚12-13份和冰乙酸2-4份。
本发明还提供了上述第一个技术方案中平滑剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)加入所述重量份的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入所述重量份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、氨基硅油、二甲基硅油、含氢硅油、聚乙二醇200和冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至40-50℃,持续搅拌60-120min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入3-5%重量的水;40-50℃下,搅拌100-120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到平滑剂。
本发明的目的还可以通过第二个技术方案来实现:
在本发明第一个技术方案中,向所述组分A中加入1-5份的无机纳米材料,得到第二个技术方案。所述无机纳米材料为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、纳米硝酸银、纳米载锌离子沸石和纳米载银离子沸石中的一种或几种。所述无机纳米材料的粒径为150目。
本发明还提供了上述第二个技术方案中平滑剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)加入所述重量份的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入所述重量份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、氨基硅油、二甲基硅油、含氢硅油、聚乙二醇200和冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至40-50℃,持续搅拌60-120min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,在45-50℃下,加入所述重量份的无机纳米材料,搅拌30-60min,得到混合液C;
(4)向上述混合液C中,分次加入水,每次加入3-5%重量的水;40-50℃下,搅拌100-120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到平滑剂。
本发明中的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚选自不同的厂家,其中异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚为1307系列。
本发明的平滑剂,使织物具有优异的柔软性及平滑性;克服了传统平滑剂颗粒较大易分层、漂浮,容易粘缸,稳定性偏低,而对织物的正常使用及性能造成影响的缺陷;具有颗粒细小均匀,稳定性好的优点;而且具有除螨除异味及除虫的作用,并使织物具有抗菌的性能,操作工艺简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的内容进行进一步的解释和说明。
实施例1
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚10份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为40份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、10份氨基硅油、5份二甲基硅油、5份含氢硅油、1份聚乙二醇200和1份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至40℃,持续搅拌60min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入4-7份的水,共加入138份的水;40℃下,搅拌100min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例1的平滑剂。
实施例2
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚30份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚15份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为60份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、20份氨基硅油、8份二甲基硅油、10份含氢硅油、5份聚乙二醇200和5份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至50℃,持续搅拌120min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入6-12份的水,共加入230份的水;50℃下,搅拌120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例2的平滑剂。
实施例3
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚25份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚12份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为45份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、10份氨基硅油、6份二甲基硅油、7份含氢硅油、2份聚乙二醇200和2份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至45℃,持续搅拌80min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入4-9份的水,共加入164份的水;45℃下,搅拌110min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例3的平滑剂。
实施例4
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚13份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为55份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、15份氨基硅油、7份二甲基硅油、8份含氢硅油、4份聚乙二醇200和4份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至48℃,持续搅拌100min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入5-10份的水,共加入189份的水;48℃下,搅拌120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例4的平滑剂。
实施例5
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚10份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为40份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、10份氨基硅油、5份二甲基硅油、5份含氢硅油、1份聚乙二醇200和1份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至40℃,持续搅拌60min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,在45℃下,加入1份粒径为150目的纳米氧化锌,搅拌30min,得到混合液C;
(4)向上述混合液C中,分次加入水,每次加入4-7份的水,共加入140份的水;40℃下,搅拌100min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例5的平滑剂。
实施例6
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚30份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚15份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为60份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、20份氨基硅油、8份二甲基硅油、10份含氢硅油、5份聚乙二醇200和5份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至50℃,持续搅拌120min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,在50℃下,加入5份粒径为150目的纳米二氧化钛,搅拌60min,得到混合液C;
(4)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入7-12份的水,共加入238份的水;50℃下,搅拌120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例6的平滑剂。
实施例7
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚25份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚12份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为45份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、10份氨基硅油、6份二甲基硅油、7份含氢硅油、2份聚乙二醇200和2份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至45℃,持续搅拌80min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,在46℃下,加入2份150目的纳米硝酸银,搅拌40min,得到混合液C;
(4)向上述混合液C中,分次加入水,每次加入5-9份的水,共加入167份的水;45℃下,搅拌110min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例7的平滑剂。
实施例8
(1)加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20份和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚13份,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入重量份为55份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、15份氨基硅油、7份二甲基硅油、8份含氢硅油、4份聚乙二醇200和4份冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至48℃,持续搅拌100min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,在48℃下,加入3份150目的纳米载银离子沸石,搅拌50min,得到混合液C;
(4)向上述混合液C中,分次加入水,每次加入5-10份的水,共加入194份的水;48℃下,搅拌120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到实施例8的平滑剂。
将实施例1-8中的平滑剂用60℃的水稀释到30wt%;将织物在上述溶液中浸泡后,干燥,得到的织物性能测试结果,如表1所示。

由表1的测试结果可知,本发明实施例1-8的平滑剂,使织物柔软性能好,褶皱少;通过45℃下,保存6个月后的粘度测试结果证明,本发明的平滑剂稳定性能良好。
采用GB/T24253-2009的测试方法及标准,采用驱避法对本发明实施例1-8的平滑剂进行测试,具体测试结果见表2所示。

由表2测试结果可知,本发明中,无论有无添加无机纳米材料的平滑剂,均具有较强的防螨效果,驱避率均达到94%以上;其中,实施例2-4及实施例6-8的防螨效果极强,驱避率均达到95%以上,具有优良的防螨除虫功效。
此外,本发明的平滑剂中加入了无机纳米材料,使其在防螨防虫除异味的同时,兼具抗菌抑菌的效果;本发明的平滑剂,使织物具有优异的柔软性及平滑性,克服了传统平滑剂颗粒较大易分层、漂浮,容易粘缸,稳定性偏低,而对织物的正常使用及性能造成影响的缺陷;本发明平滑剂的制备方法,操作工艺简单,所得的平滑剂具有颗粒细小均匀,稳定性好的优点,易于工业化生产。
需要注意的是,以上实施例仅是本发明的较佳实施例,而不是全部的实施例,不应对本发明的保护范围产生任何限制作用;应当理解,本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上作出的任何不具有创造力的修改或替换,均应当认为落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种织物用除螨除异味平滑剂,其特征在于:包括40%的组份A和60%的组分B;所述组分A包括如下重量份的组分:二羟基聚二甲基硅烷40-60份,氨基硅油10-20份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20-30份,二甲基硅油5-8份,含氢硅油5-10份,1-5份的聚乙二醇200,支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份和冰乙酸1-5份;所述组分B为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平滑剂,其特征在于:所述组分A包括如下重量份的组分:二羟基聚二甲基硅烷45-55份,氨基硅油10-15份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20-25份,二甲基硅油6-7份,含氢硅油7-8份,2-4份的聚乙二醇200,支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚12-13份和冰乙酸2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的平滑剂,其特征在于:所述组分A还包括1-5份的无机纳米材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的平滑剂,其特征在于:所述无机纳米材料为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、纳米硝酸银、纳米载锌离子沸石和纳米载银离子沸石中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的平滑剂,其特征在于:所述无机纳米材料粒径为150目。
6.一种权利要求1或2所述平滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:

(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入所述重量份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、氨基硅油、二甲基硅油、含氢硅油、聚乙二醇200和冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至40-50℃,持续搅拌60-120min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,分次加入水,每次加入3-5%重量的水;40-50℃下,搅拌100-120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到平滑剂。
7.一种权利要求3-5任一项所述平滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)加入所述重量份的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和支链化异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
(2)向上述混合液A中,依次加入所述重量份的二羟基聚二甲基硅烷、氨基硅油、二甲基硅油、含氢硅油、聚乙二醇200和冰乙酸,搅拌均匀,升温至40-50℃,持续搅拌60-120min,得到混合液B;
(3)向上述混合液B中,在45-50℃下,加入所述重量份的无机纳米材料,搅拌30-60min,得到混合液C;
(4)向上述混合液C中,分次加入水,每次加入3-5%重量的水;40-50℃下,搅拌100-120min,冷却,过滤,包装得到平滑剂。
