Abstract
本发明提出了一种吸水快干面料,包括基布层、导水层、防螨层、抗菌层、透气层、阻燃织物层和速干层,所述基布层内设有若干导流条纹,所述基布层的上表面设有导水层,所述导水层上设有导流凸起,所述导流凸起与导流条纹相连,所述导水层的上表面自下至上依次设有防螨层、抗菌层、透气层、阻燃织物层和速干层,所述阻燃织物层与速干层之间设有亲水性有机硅助剂层,所述速干层的上表面设有排汗凸条,所述速干层采用亲水性纤维。通过基布上设置导流条纹,将汗水导入导水层,能够减少人体与储存含水的导水层之间的接触面积,通过导水层将汗水迅速导入到速干层,排汗凸条能够增大速干层与空气的接触面积,加快汗水挥发,增加透气层,提高面料整体透气性。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及特殊功能面料的领域,特别是一种吸水快干面料。
【背景技术】
随着生活质量的提高,随着人们食物的丰富化,越来越多的人呈现出一种肥胖状态,因此很多人开始注重运动,通过运动来消耗热量锻炼身体。一般服装的面料为单层织物,功能单一,当人们出汗之后,服装便粘在身上,很不舒服。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料不具有吸湿快干性能,也不具有永久的抗菌功能等优点,螨幼虫会破坏面料等纤维制品,栖息在面料等物品上的螨虫会引起过敏性疾病的问题,通常只能通过将面料放在阳光下曝晒杀死螨虫,但是此方法容易对面料本身的材质造成损坏,缩短使用寿命。为了有效解决此问题,提出一种吸水快干面料。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种吸水快干面料,通过基布上设置导流条纹,将汗水导入导水层,能够减少人体与储存含水的导水层之间的接触面积,通过导水层将汗水迅速导入到速干层,排汗凸条能够增大速干层与空气的接触面积,加快汗水挥发,增加透气层,提高面料整体透气性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种吸水快干面料,包括基布层、导水层、防螨层、抗菌层、透气层、阻燃织物层和速干层,所述基布层内设有若干导流条纹,所述基布层的上表面设有导水层,所述导水层上设有导流凸起,所述导流凸起与导流条纹相连,所述导水层的上表面自下至上依次设有防螨层、抗菌层、透气层、阻燃织物层和速干层,所述透气层内设有透气孔,所述阻燃织物层与速干层之间设有亲水性有机硅助剂层,所述速干层的上表面设有排汗凸条,所述速干层采用亲水性纤维。
作为优选,所述导流条纹呈横向镶嵌于基布层内或横竖交叉镶嵌于基布层内,所述导流条纹采用亲水性纤维,所述导流条纹的下表面设有亲水性有机硅助剂层。
作为优选,所述导流凸起之间形成容槽腔,所述容槽腔内设有热熔胶,所述热熔胶内混合有纳米银离子颗粒和活性炭颗粒。
作为优选,所述防螨层由经线、纬线织造而成,所述经线为包芯丝纤维,所述包芯丝纤维包括棉线、防螨虫纤维,所述防螨纤维缠绕在棉线上,所述纬线为导电纤维、棉纱混合纺织。
作为优选,所述抗菌层由包芯丝纤维制成,所述包芯丝纤维包括纱线、甲壳素纤维,所述甲壳素纤维缠绕在纱线上。
作为优选,所述阻燃织物层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺制成。

参阅图1本发明一种吸水快干面料,包括基布层1、导水层2、防螨层3、抗菌层4、透气层5、阻燃织物层6和速干层7,所述基布层1内设有若干导流条纹11,所述基布层1的上表面设有导水层2,所述导水层2上设有导流凸起21,所述导流凸起21与导流条纹11相连,所述导水层2的上表面自下至上依次设有防螨层3、抗菌层4、透气层5、阻燃织物层6和速干层7,所述透气层5内设有透气孔51,所述阻燃织物层6与速干层7之间设有亲水性有机硅助剂层,所述速干层7的上表面设有排汗凸条71,所述速干层7采用亲水性纤维。所述导流条纹11呈横向镶嵌于基布层1内或横竖交叉镶嵌于基布层1内,所述导流条纹11采用亲水性纤维,所述导流条纹11的下表面设有亲水性有机硅助剂层。所述导流凸起21之间形成容槽腔22,所述容槽腔22内设有热熔胶,所述热熔胶内混合有纳米银离子颗粒和活性炭颗粒。所述防螨层3由经线、纬线织造而成,所述经线为包芯丝纤维,所述包芯丝纤维包括棉线、防螨虫纤维,所述防螨纤维缠绕在棉线上,所述纬线为导电纤维、棉纱混合纺织。所述抗菌层4由包芯丝纤维制成,所述包芯丝纤维包括纱线、甲壳素纤维,所述甲壳素纤维缠绕在纱线上。所述阻燃织物层6由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺制成。
本发明工作过程:

1.一种吸水快干面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)、导水层(2)、防螨层(3)、抗菌层(4)、透气层(5)、阻燃织物层(6)和速干层(7),所述基布层(1)内设有若干导流条纹(11),所述基布层(1)的上表面设有导水层(2),所述导水层(2)上设有导流凸起(21),所述导流凸起(21)与导流条纹(11)相连,所述导水层(2)的上表面自下至上依次设有防螨层(3)、抗菌层(4)、透气层(5)、阻燃织物层(6)和速干层(7),所述透气层(5)内设有透气孔(51),所述阻燃织物层(6)与速干层(7)之间设有亲水性有机硅助剂层,所述速干层(7)的上表面设有排汗凸条(71),所述速干层(7)采用亲水性纤维,所述导流条纹(11)呈横向镶嵌于基布层(1)内或横竖交叉镶嵌于基布层(1)内,所述导流条纹(11)采用亲水性纤维,所述导流条纹(11)的下表面设有亲水性有机硅助剂层,所述导流凸起(21)之间形成容槽腔(22),所述容槽腔(22)内设有热熔胶,所述热熔胶内混合有纳米银离子颗粒和活性炭颗粒。
