Abstract
本发明涉及一种织物染整工艺,特别涉及一种羊毛织物染整工艺。本发明的羊毛织物染整工艺包括退浆和漂白、预定型、染色、树脂整理、最后定型等步骤。本发明的羊毛织物染整工艺,在染色前增加了预定型工序,使后序染整均匀;染色在松弛状态下进行,产品能得到满意的染色牢度;通过树脂整理可以改变织物的手感,能够令染色的羊毛织物具有良好的低黏、亲水性和柔软效果,且具有良好的固色性能,令羊毛织物能够长久使用而不褪色。

本发明涉及一种织物染整工艺,特别涉及一种羊毛织物染整工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康时尚的追求也愈来愈强烈。而体现一个时代进步的关键要素之一,莫过于引领时尚潮流的服装服饰。越来越多的消费者在关注纺织品外观性能的同时,对纺织品的内在功能性表现出了更强烈的追求,为了提升衣物的性能,许多羊毛织物厂都在不断的试验,希望找到一款良好的染整工艺来适应市场的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种上色效果好,能够令染色的羊毛织物具有良好的低黏、亲水性和柔软效果,且具有良好固色性能的羊毛织物染整工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种羊毛织物染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、退浆和漂白:加入退浆酶、螯合分散剂、去蜡剂和精炼剂进行退浆处理;加入100%双氧水和稳定剂进行漂白处理;
2、预定型:在190-210℃条件下采用热风加热预定型;
3、染色:按1:2-4的浴比加水,投入织物运转3-10分钟,依次加染色助剂、醋酸及已化料好的分散染料,调节PH值为4-6,进行染色处理;
4、树脂整理:在130-150℃条件下进行树脂整理;
5、最后定型:在150-180℃条件下采用热风加热定型。
作为优选,所述退浆处理过程中,每升水加入退浆酶15g,螯合分散剂3g,去蜡剂5g,精炼剂6g;所述漂白处理过程中,每升水加入100%双氧水4g,稳定剂8g。

实施例1
一种羊毛织物染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、退浆和漂白:每升水加入退浆酶15g、螯合分散剂3g、去蜡剂5g、精炼剂6g,进行退浆处理;加入100%双氧水4g和稳定剂8g进行漂白处理;
2、预定型:在190℃条件下采用热风加热预定型;
3、染色:按1:2的浴比加水,投入织物运转10分钟,依次加染色助剂、醋酸及已化料好的分散染料,调节PH值为6,进行染色处理;
4、树脂整理:在130℃条件下进行树脂整理;
5、最后定型:在150℃条件下采用热风加热定型。
实施例2
一种羊毛织物染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、退浆和漂白:每升水加入退浆酶15g、螯合分散剂3g、去蜡剂5g、精炼剂6g,进行退浆处理;加入100%双氧水4g和稳定剂8g进行漂白处理;
2、预定型:在210℃条件下采用热风加热预定型;
3、染色:按1:4的浴比加水,投入织物运转3分钟,依次加染色助剂、醋酸及已化料好的分散染料,调节PH值为4,进行染色处理;
4、树脂整理:在150℃条件下进行树脂整理;
5、最后定型:在180℃条件下采用热风加热定型。
实施例3
一种羊毛织物染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、退浆和漂白:每升水加入退浆酶15g、螯合分散剂3g、去蜡剂5g、精炼剂6g,进行退浆处理;加入100%双氧水4g和稳定剂8g进行漂白处理;
2、预定型:在200℃条件下采用热风加热预定型;
3、染色:按1:3的浴比加水,投入织物运转5分钟,依次加染色助剂、醋酸及已化料好的分散染料,调节PH值为5,进行染色处理;
4、树脂整理:在140℃条件下进行树脂整理;
5、最后定型:在160℃条件下采用热风加热定型。
Claims (2)
1.一种羊毛织物染整工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、退浆和漂白:加入退浆酶、螯合分散剂、去蜡剂和精炼剂进行退浆处理;加入100%双氧水和稳定剂进行漂白处理;
(2)、预定型:在190-210℃条件下采用热风加热预定型;
(3)、染色:按1:2-4的浴比加水,投入织物运转3-10分钟,依次加染色助剂、醋酸及已化料好的分散染料,调节PH值为4-6,进行染色处理;
(4)、树脂整理:在130-150℃条件下进行树脂整理;
(5)、最后定型:在150-180℃条件下采用热风加热定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物染整工艺,其特征在于:所述退浆处理过程中,每升水加入退浆酶15g,螯合分散剂3g,去蜡剂5g,精炼剂6g;所述漂白处理过程中,每升水加入100%双氧水4g,稳定剂8g。
