本发明涉及食品技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种保健火锅底料。
背景技术
火锅具有食用方便,营养丰富的特点,并且,可以根据不同人群、不同气候,调制成各种口味,因此,是一种深受人们喜爱的饮食方式,在中国有很长的历史。现代人士对火锅的需求不仅要吃起来味道鲜美,更重要地是要吃出健康和美丽,传统的火锅调料已不能满足人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种保健火锅底料,保健火锅底料具有营养物质便于吸收、药用及食用效果明显,同时会有效减轻胃肠负担,增加食欲,保胃护胃。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种保健火锅底料,由以下重量百分比原料组成:植物油3000-3200份,豆瓣酱2400-2600份,豆豉900-1000份,中药浓缩液900-1000份,野菊花700-800份,花生酱600-700份,杭椒600-700份,生姜600-700份,白糖400-500份,花椒300-400份,食盐300-400份,大蒜100-200份,海椒50-100份,香辛料30-50份,香叶20-40份,枸杞5-10份,红枣5-10份。
优选的是,所述中药的重量份数组成为:沙棘20-30份,决明子20-30份,枸杞10-15份,山药10-15份,北沙参5-10份,黄荆子5-10份,玉竹3-5份,薏米3-5份,大麦芽3-5份,桂花3-5份,黄芪3-5份。
优选的是,所述香辛料为以下一种或几种组合:八角,丁香,小茴香,甘草,白扣,草果。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:保健火锅底料具有营养物质便于吸收、药用及食用效果明显,同时会有效减轻胃肠负担,增加食欲,保胃护胃。

一种保健火锅底料,由以下重量百分比原料组成:植物油3000份,豆瓣酱2400份,豆豉900份,中药浓缩液900份,野菊花700份,花生酱600份,杭椒600份,生姜600份,白糖400份,花椒300份,食盐300份,大蒜100份,海椒50份,香辛料30份,香叶20份,枸杞5份,红枣5份。

1.一种保健火锅底料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比原料组成:植物油3000-3200份,豆瓣酱2400-2600份,豆豉900-1000份,中药浓缩液900-1000份,野菊花700-800份,花生酱600-700份,杭椒600-700份,生姜600-700份,白糖400-500份,花椒300-400份,食盐300-400份,大蒜100-200份,海椒50-100份,香辛料30-50份,香叶20-40份,枸杞5-10份,红枣5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的保健火锅底料,其特征在于,所述中药的重量份数组成为:沙棘20-30份,决明子20-30份,枸杞10-15份,山药10-15份,北沙参5-10份,黄荆子5-10份,玉竹3-5份,薏米3-5份,大麦芽3-5份,桂花3-5份,黄芪3-5份。
